I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time was horrible the woman (did not get name) rushed though my manicure and the acrylic looked terrible, it had bumps and my nails were all different shapes. The second time I brought a picture and one of the mail workers did my nails and they look so nice! Very pleased and the price is very reasonable.

I've been to this nail salon before and hadn't had an issue. This time, I come in and some guy starts doing my nails. I picked out a blue glitter SNS that I wanted on the tips. As he's putting the SNS on, the glitter goes everywhere... all over my nails. He did every last one and couldn't get it right. He then calls the lady working the front (who did not speak to me this whole time) and all of a sudden I'm moved to a lady. She redo's the work, and I picked a different color to prevent it happening again. All he had to say was you can't do glitter tips without it spreading. Mind you, I've had glitter tips before... as the lady is almost done, I ask her to put the silver lining in. She tells me you can't do silver lining with SNS. BS! I've had that done many times before as well. If your nail techs cannot do what is asked, say that from the beginning. I will not come back to this shop after that experience.

I had amazing pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. But my sns nails are not as I asked them to be done. I told the lady to please get the edges off they are sharp I do not like my nails square. I get my nails coffin or square round. And the lady was rushing and burnt my fingers with the drill. And I asked her to please to buff out the edges I kept the square even though I do not care to have square nails. And she still didn’t care to do so. And she also then got done to fast and left me sitting there for 15 mins and someone else came over and told me to wash my hands and I could go. So I left very very Unsatisfied with how my nails came out. Only good thing was my pedicure only due to the lady who seem to care about giving her best to every customer even though they were busy.

In my search for a new nail salon, I decided to try Heavenly Nails. The establishment is clean and well kept, and service is always efficient. My first time I had a pedicure and SNS. My complaint is that while getting my pedicure no one started working on my SNS. This caused me to be there for a much longer period of time than I expected. My pedi was very relaxing and overall great. My SNS on the other hand... within 3 days it was chipping. The bottom part (near my cuticle) was very thick and was snagging my hair and clothes. I was able to deal with it for about a week, then I returned. My second time I went at about 7pm. I had maybe a 20-30min wait as they were very busy. This time Van did my SNS and she was great. It's been two weeks and my nails still look pretty good. I would recommend them, and if you can, definitely ask for Van.

I've been coming here for a few months and decided to give it some time before i left a review. They are extremely busy on the Saturday's and I don't like my service rushed. On a few Saturday, I showed up with no appointment and was told an hour wait for pedicure and SNS. Needless to say I didn't wait. So for this reason, I go on Sunday immediately after church and the wait is much better.Now, I only get SNS on my nails and they have a descent selection of colors. My complaint is the thickness and longevity. In October my SNS lasted one week and I returned one week to the day to show the staff that my nails were cracked as I believe the SNS was applied too thin and that the gloss was already gone. I was offered no kind of discount on the replacement service and rather charged full price again- again one week later. I was frustrated and disappointed. I imagined this must be a fluke and I was mistaken. The replacement set did it again. Now I decided to try this week their gel nails and so far this is giving me much more satisfaction. They have a lot more gel colors than SNS and my shine and nails are standing up great thus far. One thing that keeps me returning is that it is a christian establishment, very clean, nice zen atmosphere and almost always playing some Celine dion or Whitney Houston when I'm in the shop. The pedicures are amazing and worth the money. I've had a few different people wax my eyebrows and no complain there either. My experiences the last few months have been mediocre so I give them 3 stars.

They use liners for the spa pedicure and have mini/disposable scrubbing utensils. They offered me a complementary bottle of water and have a menu to pick your package. I chose the classic pedicure for $21 and was satisfied, but may try the next option up for $28 next time instead. They have a sterilizing machine for the utensils and a moist towel warmer. It was a nice experience and was very relaxing.

The nails tech said I was her next victim that statement right there should of made me get up and leave. I got a pedicure and she was very polite and gentle. She did an excellent job on my toes. Now the nail tech for my hands was slow as pond water. She rushed through my nails and my SNS powder looked chipped and clumpy. It took 3 nail techs to fix her mess up but she did not care because she had already moved to her next victim. I believe in second chances so I will give hem another try because the receptionist and pedicure tech was so polite. I will try a different nail tech this time.

The finished look of my nails was very beautiful, however my nail tech was extremely rough with my cuticles and a few of them bled. My hands were NOT sanitized before starting the SNS process. Also the nail tech seemed bothered when I asked him to pay more attention to the filing of my tips. He also lied about not being able to fill in my nails because I got the SNS dip powder. The salon is beautiful, but I don't think I'll be going back there. The receptionist was very friendly and polite too.

Despite the little confusion: frustration I had upon entering this place is my favorite nail location. I love the fact that it is a Christian nail salon and the service is ALWAYS worth coming back for. Nail Stylist: My nail stylist name was "Ha" and she was efficient, quick, yet I still felt like she took her time. I wanted to get a pedicure with my SNS but had to leave due to a prior engagement.Ambience: The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. Pros: Quality of equipment, Service, Nail Techs Are Knowledgeable, Christian, Smiling FacesCons: Can be a long wait so make an appointment.

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time was horrible the woman (did not get name) rushed though my manicure and the acrylic looked terrible, it had bumps and my nails were all different shapes. The second time I brought a picture and one of the mail workers did my nails and they look so nice! Very pleased and the price is very reasonable.

In my search for a new nail salon, I decided to try Heavenly Nails. The establishment is clean and well kept, and service is always efficient. My first time I had a pedicure and SNS. My complaint is that while getting my pedicure no one started working on my SNS. This caused me to be there for a much longer period of time than I expected. They use liners for the spa pedicure and have mini/disposable scrubbing utensils. They offered me a complementary bottle of water and have a menu to pick your package. I chose the classic pedicure for $21 and was satisfied, but may try the next option up for $28 next time instead. They have a sterilizing machine for the utensils and a moist towel warmer. The nails tech said I was her next victim that statement right there should of made me get up and leave. I got a pedicure and she was very polite and gentle. She did an excellent job on my toes. The finished look of my nails was very beautiful, however my nail tech was extremely rough with my cuticles and a few of them bled. My hands were NOT sanitized before starting the SNS process. Also the nail tech seemed bothered when I asked him to pay more attention to the filing of my tips. He also lied about not being able to fill in my nails because I got the SNS dip powder. The salon is beautiful, but I don't think I'll be going back there. The receptionist was very friendly and polite too.

Despite the little confusion: frustration I had upon entering this place is my favorite nail location. I love the fact that it is a Christian nail salon and the service is ALWAYS worth coming back for.
