There service is phony a lie,you don't get what you ask for. Kathy is an immigrant and she has bad service when you request your money back she gives you bad service and her staff has a attitude!. If you like basic styles then this is the nail salon for you. Most of the males that work here are very sloppy and rush their work. I was very dissatisfied with my last visit. Pretty good prices- $25 for Deluxe Pedicure and $25 for dip manicure. My pedicure was wonderful, but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the lady who did my manicure was not good. I’ve never had a manicure this bad. It was bad because I could tell my fingers were burning which meant I had new cuts that I didn’t have before. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I went to wash my hands and it burned. 1 cut wouldn’t bother me, but I have 6 cuts! After she polished, I was glad it was done, but she went to file my pinky nail and somehow gave me ANOTHER cut! Finally, I moved my finger because I didn’t expect another burning sensation. Also, she didn’t put a clear, shiny coat over my dip so my polish looks dull instead of shiny. They were sweet and prices were good, but I don’t want another experience like this one. Read Less

My husband & I are in search for a new place to have mani/pedis together.. we decided to give this place a try since we were in the area.  Other than everything being completely outdated and very dusty, the customer service was awesome. Our pedicures were great and they were very attentive, even happy. They were not too busy, but steady. My manicure was nice, unexpected massage was even better. For $30, take your service to a better shop. SNS chipped the same day.I visited this shop many times last fall/winter. The service was so spectacular that I drove to this shop, living an hour away.However, my recent, AND LAST visit I was not given the respect that customers should be given. I got SNS application and the person applying it set the sns over my cuticles instead of just on the nail. When the application was set, I went to the desk and let them know I was not happy due to how bad the application looked.The guy at the desk put some oil on my fingers and said "it looks nice now." I feel that I shouldn't have to cover up my poorly manicured nails with oil. The next day after still being unhappy with my nails, I called the shop and they told me to gone get my nails fixed. I asked if I could get gel instead, she claimed she would fix the sns...but the "fixing" is hardly noticeable. My sns is as thick as acrylic and not as natural as acrylic. Just moved to the area went to a few places already i didn't like, but this place was awesome they are so sweet they massage you with every service you get and it feels soooo good lol my nails came out exactly how i wanted them too!!! They are all about the turn over. I left un satisfied with their work and customer service skills. They have a board outside claiming there is a special on a manicure and pedicure combo for $25. When ready to pay it's $26... I asked and they said the board says $25.99 but you can't see the 99¢. Couldn't get an ingrown out if their life depended on it. Read Less
