She cut me with clippers & said im lying. Still made me pay. I asked to speak with manager shes not there. Im covered in oil & had to ask to wash my hands. Sitting in parkinglot crying. Never again. So today me and my bestfriend came in for the first time Bc I trusted the reviews from other people and yeah you can say the staff were nice and all but they do not take there time at all they rush and dont do a good job. I got Sns and she had to fix my left hand 2 times Bc she was rushing and it wasn't coming out right. Also I have sns product all over the sides of my fingers and it hurts Bc I can't take it off. My bestfriend nails look so bad it's just so sad how we had to spend money on something that wasn't put any effort. The person who was doing my nails was such in a rush that she just randomly left and I was there with messed up nails. I'll never be coming here again they don't take there time. Sorry Read Less

I used to love this place. I went there religiously all through high school and college because I felt like they treated their customers well. However, the last few times I've been in, I've felt like there hasn't been much attention to detail and like it was a rush job. And then today I went in with my husband, told Tracy we needed two pedicures and so she directed us to our chairs, never said a word about a wait. So the technician comes over to my husband's chair and starts to give him a pedicure. About 20 minutes in, I'm still sitting there, not even with water in the basin and no one has even acknowledged that I'm still waiting. The techician is in the process of draining the water from my husband's basin and finally looks over to start the water in mine. At this point, he was already almost done and I just said forget it. We were in there for 32 minutes and I never got a pedicure. All Tracy had to say when we walked in is "we can only do them one at a time" or "it will be a few minutes before we can do them together" yeah, she might have lost our business that day because we would have gone elsewhere but I would have continued to take my business there. This place is THE BEST place to get your nails done! I love playing with different designs and they are always willing to humor me no matter how difficult the design may be! They do a great job and I am complimented regularly on my nails! Read Less
