This may be my new go-to pedi place. The price is right at $30 for a pedi, and the polish job lasts for weeks. It's a large and bright establishment. The staff seem very friendly.I have had good luck with Jessie. She is sweet and very talkative.My daughter (13 years) had an appointment with Sandy recently and while she had a hard time understanding her, Sandy did an excellent job and really took her time with my daughters pedi.I'll be happy to see her in the future as well. I will probably continue to call ahead and make an appointment (I just started doing this) it's so simple and saves any wait time.Note! I'm new to town and chose this place because of the reviews. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I had a refill and a pedicure. My nails look great and were done very efficiently.  My pedicure says 30 minutes, but I'm pretty sure it was done in much less. It is not as modern as my previous place, but it was clean. Clean & polite are the only reasons for the stars. Otherwise, this was the most disappointing nail experience. Cursory at best - quickest pedicure ever & they made no effort to remove calluses, barely massaged my feet at all, and didn't apply a top coat to my polish. The women working on my sister and mother didn't wear gloves, and their polish was also sloppy. My manicure was also rushed and unsatisfactory. I just wanted a basic manicure with clear polish, and barely any effort was made to push back or trim my cuticles, my nails weren't buffed or even smoothly filed on the edges, and they didn't clean under my nails. I usually enjoyed the customer service and the quality, and I usually give second chances! But I am beyond disappointed!! I got my first set and they lasted 3 weeks easily! No chips or cracks. When I went in for a fill they shaved down my nail rather than soaking it off. At the time it was fine, until 3daus later when I lost 4 nails! A few days later. I lost another 2 So I requested A BRAND NEW set and it was stated that,that was understood. Long story short they shaved them down again and rushed through it as though he was upset that he had to spend HIS money to get them fixed. I won't be returning!! I had the SNS French pink and white process done on my nails. Vincent assured me that he had been doing this process for many years and guaranteed his work. After 10 days, they began turned yellow on the pink and crusting at the bottom. I was out of town when they started turning and called when I returned the morning after 2 weeks to tell them and the lady I made an appointment with said to come in and they would fix them. the morning of the appointment I called to book an additional appointment for my neighbor to come with me and confirmed that my nails were being fixed as guaranteed. I was then told that I would have to pay to have my nails fixed even though they had been guaranteed for 2 weeks. I have used nail Shack in East Atlanta SNS FRENCH  for 5 years and have never had this occur. I will not be back and will not recommend. Read Less

I went there yesterday for a fill in and pedicure. First thing I saw was their variety of nail polish which I loved. Also they put plastic in there tubs which is a plus. The girl that did my pedicure was nice, made sure to ask how she was doing my pedi along the way. She just didn't paint my toe nails well. I noticed it the next day how crappy it was done. The girl who did my fill in did good. If I go back I'll go back to her just someone different for my pedi. Also my nail broke already.. That's annoying especially when I just got it done.
