The lady there was rude and unprofessional. She didn't get my nails straight until I showed her. She tossed my nail polish in my purse. The polish was so thick that even after an hour it was not dry and I messed up 3 nails. Will not go back. I hope she was just having one bad day. But lost a customer.🙁

OMG.. terrible place. I asked if they could macth gel color to a regular color because I do gel on my hands and regular on my feet and she said yes.. well it wasnt I ended up with orange on my toe nai...
OMG.. terrible place. I asked if they could macth gel color to a regular color because I do gel on my hands and regular on my feet and she said yes.. well it wasnt I ended up with orange on my toe nails and pink on my nails.. they dont have enough people to work there so if you are planing in going expect to spend a looong time. The guy the a good pedi and mani but I hate it the place.and the lady that said thatbyes she had the same color for my hands and feet ... ai wont be coming back.

Worse experience ever.. I went there with my natural nails and I wanted a gel polish manicure. Everything was going well until the polish she was using started to break and have holes in it. I then said to her this is breaking, her reply "I'll fix for you". She couldn't fix it, I wasted my entire lunch there and my nails were filed so thin it hurt. I ended up losing all of my nice, long, natural nails and having to get an overlay somewhere else because my nails were so thin they'd hurt if I bumped, tapped or scratched anything. #nailgate

Worst experience ever. The woman who runs the place is so mean and unprofessional. She didn’t do it right the 1st time had to go back in 2 days to fix it. She grabbed my finger so hard with angry attitude & complained that my hands were too cold! Won’t go back ever again.

Awful place !!! My nails are so ugly ! I went there for a full set and I ended up fixing my own nails because of how ugly they turned out !!!! I had to pick out all the glue off the back of my nails and figure while I was still in the chair because the guy didn't even notice them . I came in with long nails already and he didn't even cut them down !!!!!!! Seriously stay away . What a waste of money !!!!

Not sure why there are 1 star reviews of this place. Went in with my very particular mother yesterday and had great pedicures, gel manicures and waxing. Andy did a great job and so did the other 2 people who took care of us. We will be coming back :-)

I don't like to go to different places to get my nails done, so I always come back to Royal Nails. It helps that they are right next to my parents' house, but they always do a good job on my nails. ...
I don't like to go to different places to get my nails done, so I always come back to Royal Nails. It helps that they are right next to my parents' house, but they always do a good job on my nails. If you don't make an appointment, you can find yourself waiting a good hour, sometimes. But they do a really natural looking French mani & pedi. I have very painful ingrown toe-nails, and they always manage to cut them to the point where they are no long hurting. I do have to return every couple months, but it beats the only other option: having them surgically removed. No fun.

The lady there was rude and unprofessional. She didn't get my nails straight until I showed her. She tossed my nail polish in my purse. The polish was so thick that even after an hour it was not dry and I messed up 3 nails. Will not go back. I hope she was just having one bad day. But lost a customer.🙁

Worse experience ever.. I went there with my natural nails and I wanted a gel polish manicure. Everything was going well until the polish she was using started to break and have holes in it. Awful place !!! My nails are so ugly ! I went there for a full set and I ended up fixing my own nails because of how ugly they turned out !!!! I had to pick out all the glue off the back of my nails and figure while I was still in the chair because the guy didn't even notice them . I came in with long nails already and he didn't even cut them down !!!!!!! Seriously stay away . What a waste of money !!!!

I don't like to go to different places to get my nails done, so I always come back to Royal Nails. It helps that they are right next to my parents' house, but they always do a good job on my nails. If you don't make an appointment, you can find yourself waiting a good hour, sometimes. But they do a really natural looking French mani & pedi. I have very painful ingrown toe-nails, and they always manage to cut them to the point where they are no long hurting. I do have to return every couple months, but it beats the only other option: having them surgically removed. No fun.
