Ask for Mia if you're getting a pedicure. She's literally the best! If she ever started working for a different company in the same industry, she would be taking my business with her. She is super thorough, does a great job, efficiently and does not rush. She cares about what she does.

I will inform you all that are reading this review that it will not be a nice one. If you are planning on visiting this salon...DON'T! I visited this salon to get a fill-in and pedicure. This was my first visit and I heard great things from my friend who also goes here. After what actually happened 1 star is one too many.
Service: I received a Gel fill-in and a deluxe pedicure. :(
Cost: I received a Gel fill-in, Deluxe pedi, and my total was around $78 with tip. I think this was a bit expensive for a salon located in Walmart that did an okay job. I needed a polish change almost a week later and ended up going back to my regular salon.
Location: This place is located inside of Walmart which is convenient if you need to run in and run out. They are also located next to SEVA which is the only place I get my brows threaded.
I will not lie the service was great I received my nail service at the same time which is usually hard at small salons like this one. All of the staff were very friendly, but the pedicure tech was very pushy. I was planning on a basic pedi and she was so annoying with selling I decided to do the deluxe gel pedi to shut her up. Very bad decision... She pulled out a large scraper that came with the deluxe pedi for my feet and my feet are never really in bad shape because I get regular pedi's. After soaking my feet she began to scrape at them. There were several times I had to ask her to be more gentle. After finishing the services I paid, slipped on my shoes and left.
I was in a hurry, but even walking to the car hurt a little and I assumed it was due to the small scrape that I had to stop her from continuing. I overlooked it and continued home.
A few days later I broke a nail and ended back up at this location to get that nail repaired. At the time my foot was still a little sore, but I chalked it up to it only being about 3 days old. A week went by and it became even more sore form me wearing heels daily and sneakers for working out. I eventually reached out to the salon and didn't receive a response. I had to take antibiotics for the infection and they still haven't reached out to me.
At this moment I am unable to receive pedi's until my foot heals all the way and I have a pretty nice sized cut on my heel. I will never go back to this salon and I will also refrain from allowing any salons to use those scrapers on my feet. My feet are very soft so it caused a lot of damage. I am finally able to walk and put weight on my foot after almost a month. I am upset that I wasn't contacted by anyone at the salon and I will be letting all of my loyal followers and friends know to not attend this place. I had a very expensive ticket and tipped well and I didn't even receive an apology from them. This is unacceptable and not how a business should be run.

Worst place ever. Also can't provide licenses in cosmetology when asked. That's a huge red flag. Suddenly they all forget how to speak English. They charge for service upgrades that were never offered...
Worst place ever. Also can't provide licenses in cosmetology when asked. That's a huge red flag. Suddenly they all forget how to speak English. They charge for service upgrades that were never offered or discussed. When disputed with Bank they stated they offered a refund, which I have in writing. Went in today to have this honored only to be denied said refund. Seriously a huge joke of a salon!! Beware of this place!!! I will for sure be warning everyone.

I was in your salon last Wednesday and experienced the worst customer service and services have had in over 20 years of getting my nails done. I typically go somewhere else but for convenience reasons decided to stop into Regal Nails in the Walmart off chastain meadows. The experience started out ok. I picked a gel color and while attempting to match it up with a regular polish for my toes I was told but the Manager that he had to color to match and not to worry. As the tech began to paint my toes I could instantly tell the colors did not match and pointed this out. I was told that I needed 3 coats to match and that it was fine. I let the tech continue (been there for over 2 hours at this point) only to find after 3 coats I was right. The manager began to argue with me that it doesnt always match up. He continues to argue and walk away speaking a language I do not understand while SHAKING HIS HEAD!! This is not ok. On the board it is posted that pedicures are $20. When my card was ran it was ran for $55. A $30 pedicure that I did not ask for or agree too. They then proceeded to argue with me and talked over me to attempt to get other customers on their side. Which is just crazy!
To boot, 5 days later my gel manicure is peeling and chipping already!!
None of this is ok. Customers pay good money to be pampered and relaxed. I have never felt so NOT relaxed as I left this establishment.
I have challenged the $30 with my back and was willing to pay for my nails as they were done as asked but now that they are already peeling off I hate to even pay for that service.

Please do not ever go here in your life this is the worst nail salon in Kennesaw that I have been to. Nail technicians not friendly or personable at all they look like they all have attitudes. I had the misfortune of having the Man with the tattoos do my nails and had an attitude with me because he put glitter on the wrong nail when I specifically told him my pinky and proceeded "something is wrong with you" no sir, something is wrong with YOU. He also filed the skin on my index finger down when making my coffin nails. I tried to save $4 freaking dollars by coming to this place but never ever ever ever again!!! Noo way

This place does not get a lot of business & now I see why. My nails are brown & green. I'm not sure if it's from the acrylic or not but I came here to get a fill in. They were cheap & you can get a seat immediately. A guy did my nails & they were pretty. When it was time to get another fill in, I went back. Only to discover that 2 of my real nails were green & brown only under their acrylic... Not the acrylic I had before(from another nail salon) I was very unhappy but I was already in the process of getting them done.. Once again I got a pretty nail job. I just took my nails off myself & all my nails are brown now : ( I'm 27 I've been getting my nails done since I was 13 & I NEVER had this happen before. I will NEVER return to this place.

Got fake nails and they filed my nails too much. They were painful the first two days and now they are thin and weak. My formally strong nails now bend like crazy.

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. It's right next to the Subway inside the Super Walmart. Can't beat it. I've been here twice and both times I was impressed. Acrylic full set - $20Crystal full set...

Acrylic full set - $20Crystal full set - $25 UV Gel full set - $30Fill ins run from $15 - $25Pedicures - $20 and upEyebrow waxing - $8I'll be making this my main salon from now on. See ya in 2 weeks!
