My last two experiences were not good. I was suppose to get a foot massage with my pedicure she barely massaged my feet...she massaged my leg more than my feet. Also it would be nice if they actually look at the sign in sheet to ensure they serving the customer next in line.

Place is a dump and smells very bad and has very poor customer services. I went in for a sns nails and they had literally 5 to 6 colors to chose from when I asked was this the only selection manager got a nasty additude.I let it slide... then when i asked them to keep my same shape of nail they wanted to charge me 5 dollars more where I normally go this is ridiculous. Anyway the manager came back to me with that same additude and told me to leave then threw something at me as I left. They treat black people like we all broke and getto. If I wasnt 6 mo pegnant or my husband was with me I promise this would have been much bigger then me just walking away. Take my advice stay away I only came here because it was closer to home but next time I will take the drive to where I normally go. If I could put less then 1 star I would. Save ya money and go to a more professional establishment.

This place is absolutely horrible !! I came in at 740 and she told me they were closed. Then asked "oh what services do you want? I proceed to tell her and then she still said "oh sorry we're closed. Then I asked could you please just remove the 3 gel nails polish. " No just come back tomorrow. I think this is horrible. I'm visiting and I'd never step foot in the place and I'd tell anybody they're not about customer service or care.

I continued to come here because the ladies are so nice and friendly. However the quality of work is poor. Even with gel powder it would still chip off. They always wanted to sell you on gel polish and then charge you to take it off. Always an additional $3 for something. But they were still really nice. Biggest issue is not taking their time to do your nails and feet. Rushing to hurry up and get to the next customer results in poor poor poor quality of nails. If I could show pictures of how my nails looked when leaving and after a week your mouth would drop open. Needless to say I still love the ladies there but the quality of performance was extremely poor and therefore made me decide to seek elsewhere instead of a convenient location

I would give lower if could. First off the salon is so cramped I had to wait standing for a few minutes. Then my nails were not filled right, nor did the lady take off access skin on side of nail to clean cuticle properly. I had to asked the lady to go back over them. She did not ask how I wanted my nails filled, or anything, just assumed. Poor customer service. Then two days after I got my nails done my GEL... GEL ( now ) GEL polish was chipping in two days. I basically threw money away. I only went here because I was getting new tires on my car at Walmart. I should've waited and went to my regular salon... DANG... DO NOT GO HERE... So upset I wish I would've read reviews

Another inside of Walmart gem!! I have been twice for a pedicure now and they have been amazing. Chairs check clean check reasonable prices and they have done far better job than fancier and mor expensive places. $18 for a pedicure! I just would like the Water to be hotter when I ask for it. It may be because it's a Saturday there is not enough hot water but happy Customer!

Horrible customer service, ladies do not what to do their jobs. I went today looking for a bright red polish they would not help find one so I just got a clear top coat on my hands. When I was moved to get my feet painted I found a red on another workers station so asked if she could paint my hands this color her was reply was NO only if I pay extra. THEN she began to talk about me to the other customers in the store about how I changed my mind. Overall horrible work, poor customer service, and very small inside. The prices are good but you get what you pay for!

This place is a horrible place to get your nails done. I came in just to get a nail repair and every nail tech in the salon lie to me and told me that the acrylic they were applying was actually gel acrylic. Little did they know. I'm a license cosmetologist. The nail tech call herself applying regular acrylic over gel acrylic and I pacifically told her you cannot do that and I knew she was lying about the acrylic in the first place. You cannot apply regular acrylic over gel acrylic it will break just like my nail did break after three days. Here I am at another nail salon getting my nail repair again. I only went to them because my actual nail salon place that I go to was closed at the time. Please do not go to this nail salon. All of them are rude and very ignorant. I've never met anyone of their nationality so rude until I came to the state of Georgia!

As usual they are always pleasant and nice. I recently visited after a hiatus of almost a year. I had forgotten why I stopped going in the first place. This use to be my go to spot but the young lady kept taking too much off my eye brows. The last straw was that the polish would never last longer than 5-6 days. Even when I get gel polish its starts chipping. My god mom says they're probably adding acetone to stretch the polish either way I won't be throwing my money away anymore. Hate to do it because they're so nice but I'm done.

Im writing my review hot off the press right now bc i just had my pedicure done. I cant go back bc the tech went way too deep into the cuticles of my big toe. She actually bruised it and any pressure put on that side of my nail is painful. I would not feel safe going back. I'm just hoping that my toes doesn't end up with any more issues bc of it. I also did not like that they didn't use a plastic lining in there foot spas. I think that warrants some possible sanitation issues bc I doubt they actually break the machines apart to clean the jets. Which is what holds the germs.

Great service. Fast, very friendly, lovely people and they did a great job. The only thing was the waiting time, but my manicurist said the best time to come was Monday or Tuesday to avoid ques.I got tips and American gel on my nails, and a full pedicure. My fingernails dried really fast under the uv light, which meant I wasn't awkwardly waiting around for ages like after a full set of acrylics. They gave me some temporary flipflops to use so I wouldn't ruin my toenails! Will definitely come back.

I would give lower if could. First off the salon is so cramped I had to wait standing for a few minutes. Then my nails were not filled right, nor did the lady take off access skin on side of nail to clean cuticle properly. I had to asked the lady to go back over them. Another inside of Walmart gem!! I have been twice for a pedicure now and they have been amazing. Chairs check clean check reasonable prices and they have done far better job than fancier and mor expensive places. $18 for a pedicure! I just would like the Water to be hotter when I ask for it. This place is a horrible place to get your nails done. I came in just to get a nail repair and every nail tech in the salon lie to me and told me that the acrylic they were applying was actually gel acrylic. Little did they know. I'm a license cosmetologist. The nail tech call herself applying regular acrylic over gel acrylic and I pacifically told her you cannot do that and I knew she was lying about the acrylic in the first place.
