Just got my gel nail polish pedicure there and an older male took Great care of me! It was a saturday morning and greated with a smile... I was very pleased how attentive he was and how he was very detailed oriented. I will go back to him anytime!

Do not get SNS done here.
First off, they buffed my nails way too much. They were sore to touch for a few days. Second, they don't do SNS right. Towards the end of the manicure he used a UV lamp to dry my nails as well as the clear coat he put on top of the nails (which I'm guessing was a clear gel top coat). You are not supposed to mix SNS and gel.
The clear coat started to chip within a day and my nails look horrible. I've had SNS done before and NEVER had this happen. An SNS manicure when done right lasts about 3 weeks for me. Definitely not coming back for SNS.

Called 20 minutes out to check availability, made an appt . When I showed up and said I had an appt. a man grunted and flipped his head to the waiting area. I sat there for 15 minutes during which no one greeted me but I had time to observe the 2 pedicures in process looked about 30 minutes remaining. I said politely I can't wait . (Just in case the person wandering around was available) They had a blank unconcerned response. So I started walking out. One person said, oh you leaving?. I said I couldn't keep waiting. They shrugged. The only people who registered reaction were the 2 people in chairs.

I took Alicia's suggestion and called this place, got an appt for 10 minutes later with Kim! "Polish Me Off" is not your typical nail salon name - neither is the salon itself!!! It's beautiful inside, nicely decorated, nice equipment, spacious and clean! Absolutely one of the nicest salons I have ever been in; and I've been going to nail salons for 30 years or so!Kim (Phung) was awesome! She listened and made suggestions, took her time (on a Friday night) and understood and spoke English well! The staff was also very well spoken, talking with each of their own customers and customers talking with other customers! Didn't mind having to sit under the dryer table, lovely conversation with two other customers! I finally found a "friendly" place to get pretty nails and not spend a fortune. Reasonable pricing and great atmosphere! They also offer waxing services and massages! All I can say is, Fantabulous place, drive the drive to get here!

The staff was not that friendly. It was an okay job, two of my nails break a little bit at the end. The use new instruments to do your nails. The place is clean and nice.

I've been going to Polish Me Off per my grandmothers recommendation for a little over three years. I do acrylic nails and I always request Kim. I can't say I've enjoyed my service from other nail techs there, however I love the job Kim does. I tend to be picky but after 3 years, she knows exactly how I want my nails and she will make sure she gets it right for me. Owners Michelle and Hahn are also always there to welcome me by name and make each visit easy.

Just don't get the owner to help you and you'll be ok! My daughter and her friend went there today she came home crying because of how bad she was treated and how the owner just didn't want to help her so she made excuses and made extra charges to get out of doing the work. My wife and daughter go there all the time and get good service from other people that work there but because the owner lady doesn't like working there (literally what she told my wife) she does a crappy job and tells people they can't get a certain service because of some excuse when all the other nail salon employees do such services. She also charges higher prices for the same service only because she doesn't want to do that color. Since she is the owner she'll read this and just won't care. It's sad, just stop doing nails because your service sucks! Hope you feel better making my daughter and her friend really bummed on the day before their first day of school!!

First, I love Polish Me Off and the staff! I'm always greeted and welcomed with a smile! I've been coming here for nearly 3 years and never had anything of my services less than perfect. This is the 1st place I've found that does a solid gel manicure that lasts longer than a week and still looks perfect. If you get there when they aren't busy you can get a mani and pedi done at the same time! When I was pregnant with my 1st son I came in here every month for a relaxing pedicure! I loves large selection of gel polishes they offer and they will even do a little extra design of you ask Also, they do a great job at waxing eyebrows and have been doing my the past 3 years. If you want a great bail salon this the place for you!!!

First off, they buffed my nails way too much. They were sore to touch for a few days. Second, they don't do SNS right. Towards the end of the manicure he used a UV lamp to dry my nails as well as the clear coat he put on top of the nails (which I'm guessing was a clear gel top coat). You are not supposed to mix SNS and gel.

It's beautiful inside, nicely decorated, nice equipment, spacious and clean! Absolutely one of the nicest salons I have ever been in; and I've been going to nail salons for 30 years or so!Kim (Phung) was awesome! I've been going to Polish Me Off per my grandmothers recommendation for a little over three years. I do acrylic nails and I always request Kim. I can't say I've enjoyed my service from other nail techs there, however I love the job Kim does. Just don't get the owner to help you and you'll be ok! My daughter and her friend went there today she came home crying because of how bad she was treated and how the owner just didn't want to help her so she made excuses and made extra charges to get out of doing the work. My wife and daughter go there all the time and get good service from other people that work there but because the owner lady doesn't like working there (literally what she told my wife) she does a crappy job and tells people they can't get a certain service because of some excuse when all the other nail salon employees do such services.
