Worst experience...I always tip 20 to 30 percent and never voice complaints but today... I asked for fill-in and gel as last time. Guy says you have pink & white? I said yes but want same as last time...
Worst experience...I always tip 20 to 30 percent and never voice complaints but today... I asked for fill-in and gel as last time. Guy says you have pink & white? I said yes but want same as last time. He charges me for pink and white and covers with polish. Last time was exactly same but $25- this time $40. Honestly shape is awful and polish doesn't give good coverage. Disappointed and do not reccomend.

Unfortunately I’ve tried this nail salon location 4 times, and was always on the fence until the most recent visit today.
My manicure and pedicure was done by the same woman, and she repeatedly kept mentioning that I️ was her last client before going home and she was ready to leave. Understandable on a Sunday.
She was a little distracted the entire time-talking with coworkers, looking at other clients, etc.-but the tipping point was when she got on her phone then called someone on speaker phone and asked where they were, in the middle of my manicure. I️ was so anxious and nervous that she was going to mess up my manicure because she was looking at her phone or the clock on the wall or her boss to continue telling him she was leaving right after finishing my nails. Overall, felt very rushed.
I’ve heard the location at Avalon is better, so I’d recommend that one before the East cobb location if you really want to go with this salon. Otherwise, I’d go to a different spa or salon. Even the express salons in the mall are better, and I’ve never had anyone call a friend or get on their phone during an appointment.

I'm new to Georgia and have been looking for a good nail salon. Parisian was recommended to me by a friend. I came in mid day for a pedicure. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. They took me in right away. The space was very posh with chandeliers and a waterfall wall. My nail technician was very sweet. Offered me water and made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job and I felt very realized after my pedicure. I think I found my new nail spot.

Worst paint job I have ever had. Regular polish on toes wrinkled, over cuticle and looked awful. Shellac in nails thick over cuticle and is peeling after only one day.

I usually love coming here. The staff is happy and friendly, listens to your concerns and works with you to make sure you are happy with the result. With that said... Do Not get a French manicure/pedi...
I usually love coming here. The staff is happy and friendly, listens to your concerns and works with you to make sure you are happy with the result. With that said... Do Not get a French manicure/pedicure here!! Their technique can only give you a chunky, clumsy, inconsistent tip. I was frustrated the entire time and felt like the two people doing my nails were being uppity when I had them fix their mistakes (white tips not consistent width from nail to nail, hairs in the white paint, nails weren't filed evenly, paint was too thin in some places and you could see my nail through it... on and on) -- I just wanted a nice French manicure... I left not feeling like they had not managed any sort of half-way decent French on my fingernails or my toenails, but got tired of fighting with them. TLDR: they are great with color (gel and regular polish) and horrid with French manicures/pedicures!

Hit or miss here and if you want just a plain old manicure and pedicure expect a rush job and almost outright hostility. I was there for my last time on Thursday typically I do gel but after a horrible job that they redid at no charge I decided to just do a regular manicure. The rushed single top coat barely covered. The polish chipped by Friday morning. I didn’t get any polish on my toes because I’m having some foot surgery but that didn’t save them from 4 cuts. No one helped me to the fan with my purse or shoes and no disposable shoes provided. Honestly, I was shocked by the treatment, it was overt and hostile.

After having a few people recommending me this place I decided to check it out. Since it's at a very nice area I figured the service would be decent, but man was I wrong.
I arrived and was greeted by the receptionist, she was okay, not the nicest. And a nail tech was also sitting upfront and she stared at me with a very unpleasant face which made me very uncomfortable. The receptionist took me to a station where my technician shortly came after, she was nice, I showed her what I wanted, nothing too crazy, it was a basic pinkish polish with a gold line in the middle, my coworker had hers done somewhere else and it looked awesome so I decided to try too....
She took care of my cuticles in less than 2 minutes, did an awful job for that matter. Painted it super fast, didn't care to clean up the smudges, and when it was time to draw the lines she rushed even more, it was super half a**ed considering I paid $19 for a 10 minute manicure. I've paid much less and had a better service.
Do not go here.

When I walked in I was not acknowledged right away, partly I'm sure because it was so crowded right when it opened. When I got into the chair for my manicure and pedicure the two people working on me were nice however, they did not look like they were using sterile tools. They were not individually packaged and looked worn down. The pedicure turned out great but my gel manicure looked awful! I didn't have time to change it or tell the guy it looked bad because i was running late but I will not go back. My gel polish is already chipping off after four days..... the French manicure was uneven and nothing like the picture I showed the guy of what I wanted. For paying almost $100 bucks I expected much better.

This salon is just ok. I have had much better manicures at cheaper prices elsewhere. My nails look better when I paint them compared to how they currently look. I was also disappointed in their appointment services; I booked an appointment and showed up 5 minutes early but sat waiting for 20 minutes.

This place gave me the worst manicure I've ever received, and I had gel polish removed by Sandy. Another associate removed the warming mitts that Sandy placed my hands in before walking off to talk on her phone, and when she came back noticing that the mitts were no longer on my hands huffed and proceeded to remove the gel in a rough manner and with an attitude. Disappointed per the "great" reviews I saw on this place posted online.

Yes the place is very nicely decorated but they don't do a very good job! At least my lady seemed rushed . It was my first time there and I got one color and charged me $48 for a petty job! I tried making conversation and told her my birthday was coming up so I was treating my self!! Anyway u can see lumps on my nails from the gel polish and some parts are lighter than others! I will never go there again first and last time

Unfortunately I’ve tried this nail salon location 4 times, and was always on the fence until the most recent visit today.
My manicure and pedicure was done by the same woman, and she repeatedly kept mentioning that I️ was her last client before going home and she was ready to leave. Understandable on a Sunday.

When I got into the chair for my manicure and pedicure the two people working on me were nice however, they did not look like they were using sterile tools.
