I went to this location to go get my nails done with my best friend for prom and though I was skeptical my expectations were exceeded. My friend and I arrived at different times and were seated very swiftly. I was getting a pedicure and my friend a full set so I figured we wouldn't be able to sit next to each other, but my nail tech Vivian was insistent on trying to locate my friend so that we could sit together and talk. There were many people there so she was unsuccessful in finding her based off of my description; which was alright because Vivian was such a delight to talk to. Unlike some of the other nail salons in the area the customer service was excellent, I was offered drinks and asked about my comfort level which made the experience even better. The music that they have is classical and the decor in the building is very sophisticated. As for actually getting my pedicure, that was also met beyond my expectations. My friend and I have been to a few other salon locations to get acrylics and pedicures, but this location was the first to make me feel like I had time to choose a color and collect myself before heading over. I got the classic pedicure and the baby sole add on which was around $35, but well worth the price. (Always ask what is in the baby sole set because they use Paraffin wax, oils, hot towels, etc. to get the dead skin off your feet and though my feet didn't break out I read that some peoples did.) The salon is extremely clean and nice. Color selection is great. However I got a gel manicure and polish change a week ago. Yesterday the gel began chipping and peeling. This was my second visit to this nail spa and sadly to say this will be my last time. The spa is very nice but they are always packed (not really a problem) but what has deterred me is the slowness and the quality of my recent manicure with SNS.  Each pedicure has been done very nicely.  The amount time needed to have a spa service done should not take 2 plus hours. I have been going to Parisian for years.  I have tried other salons in the area but I have always gone back to Parisian for the excellent service.  Everyone is really nice and Kenny runs a tight shop.  I have used many different technicians and have never had a bad experience.  Of course, my "go to" technician is Hannah and she is the best!  She does pink and white nails for me and I have never had a problem.  I hate to say her name since you may steal all her appointment times!  I have also had gel and SNS done on my nails and everything has been done well. GLO is absolutely wonderful!! I don't even know where to start! This review is about a month overdue! I will post pics of their wonderful services when I get them! I first came there for eyelash extensions! Kodi did an excellent job! She had me test out two different types of glue overnight to see which one would be better. I ended up needing the sensitive glue, so I was very glad that we did some test lashes! Kodi was super accommodating and my lashes looked great!!! I had m...y first fill by Mary--she was also fabulous and was very receptive to what I wanted! Glo was so great, I asked Darlynn (the owner--who is so sweet) if she could help me and my bridesmaids the day before my wedding! Much to my surprise, Darlynn closed the whole salon down from 9am-2pm on a Saturday and provided us with snacks and beverages and had all of her employees come in the help us take care of I think 10 of us! We had the best time! The quality of the manis and pedis across all of the nail techs was wonderful! Mary also did a great job waxing, and Darlynn gave me a perfect spray tan for my wedding day! Customer service should be a top priority of businesses - clearly it isn't at this establishment. The last few times I've been, they have been short tempermented and rushed in their services. Today I walked in at 5:31 and asked if I could get a walk in appt. With a smirk the three ladies behind the counter said they stopped taking walk ins at 5:30. Okay fine- so I politely asked if they could recommend or direct me to any other near by nail salons I could try, because I am 39 weeks pregnant and trying to squeeze a last minute pedicure in before I deliver a baby... again I get a smirk and the response of "I'm pretty sure they all close at 6" in a snarky tone. I politely asked again if they could tell me of one nearby to try and go to, to which I was told we're all booked, can't help you... I am super bummed to even be writing this review, because I have been going and getting SNS, and LOVING it for months, but my past two experiences have been less than stellar. Yesterday Elaine did my nails, and drilled off the skin around every single one until almost all of them were bleeding, and they are extremely sore now over 24 hours later. Every single one of my nails has black fuzz dried into each coat because she kept dabbing them with a towel. And it doesn't look like SNS at all, more like poorly done acrylics because they are so thick and uneven (which has happened twice now). Beyond that, she messed up multiple times but rudely tried to put the blame on me, although there was no possible way that I could have been causing the issues (such as a strand of the top coat brush getting stuck in my nail). 2 hours and $36 later (the first time I have ever not left a tip), I was extremely disappointed. I do intend to go back, given that I make an appointment and request that someone else do my nails. However, I don't appreciate that I could walk-in and have such a drastically different, negative experience. Read Less

I brought my family. Very nice decor, very professional, decent work. Now Tommy u have to know wat u want he has no patience. My cousin did not get the massage or hot towel for any length of time like she does from other places. Cindy very cordial she was perfect for my mom. Richard also cordial he was perfect for me. The staff do a really great mani/pedi and are very nice however..... the check in desk is disorganized and could use some help. The check in kiosk has not helped. Three times in past two months I have poor service or totally ignored even after I have been checked in or made a appointment. They are unable to handle crowds of any size. Why I keep going here is beyond me. This place will make you wait 30+ minutes (understandable because I always do walk-in) without giving you a color wheel, then rush you to pick a color (then they usually don't have it available--I always do SnS). Today Elaine did my nails. She didn't soak off my previous coat long enough and drilled on my nails until they started burning and I had to ask her to chill out. She rushed through the "dipping" part, I asked her to triple-dip my nails (I work with my hands) and I caught her SKIPPING some fingers, more than once.. There was also little specks of black something (???) and glitter in the top coat that's supposed to be clear! I asked for almond shape, not once or twice, but three times, and my nails are nonetheless round and crooked and the lengths are uneven. She proceeded to try to file away the parts of the SnS formula that were stuck to my finger (why is it on my finger? Another great question) until I bled.. on 2 different fingers... Then she fanned my hands for less than 30 seconds with a piece of laminated paper and told me to wash them later, AFTER putting some oil on my cuticles from an empty eye drop bottle. 36 bucks and a tip (I'm not heartless) later. I had a great experience here!  It's so beautiful and relaxing inside.  The music by Enya and encased waterfalls were so soothing. I'm glad my neighbor recommended Parisian.  A nice lady greeted me when I came in and asked how I was doing. Then she asked me to sign in and choose a polish.  I like that you sign in electronically for the services you want.  Also, their nail polish selection was the largest I've seen. The salon is very clean and they cover the foot bowls with plastic. My nail techs didn't rush and were thorough.  The hand and foot massage weren't rushed either.  I didn't spend all day there, which was also a plus. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a mani/pedi. Their prices are average.  I would recommend making an appointment though because they get very busy.  Phoebe did a really nice job on my manicure. It's still looking good almost a week later. They are always nice and organized with how business is done which is hard to find with a lot of nail salons.Yes, this place is on the expensive side, but I'd rather spend a little more with great customer service and cleanliness.  Emily is the nail technician I always ask for when I go and she always does a great job on my Gel manicures. I used to LOVE going to Parisian but unfortunately I think it has started to go down hill. The last two times I've gotten SNS, the finished product didn't match the color that is on the fake sample nail. I mentioned (both times) that the color didn't look like the fake nail and neither technician believed me. Normally I wouldn't have minded but both times the colors were drastically different than the sample. The first technician finally got up and grabbed the sample nails and was very sorry when she saw the difference. The second technician tried to tell me the sample nail color was "faded". When the she was redoing the color with a different color they had me pick out, she started to get angry with me and told me that the first color was prettier with my skin tone. Both times I sat there for two hours and both times they tried to tell me I was wrong. My sister just called me and told me about her bad experience there this afternoon as well. I'm super bummed. Amazing work, depending on which person you get. I love coming here, its my backup nail place. I have gotten several different prices every time i go. And i have gotten nicked a few times. They offer sns nails which are stronger than gel. I got them a month ago and LOVED them. Katie did a wonderful job. I went back today to get them filled and a color change and I came out looking like a 7 year old painted my nails. Now Katie was not the one who did it this time. The man who did my nails didn't file under the nails so they are getting snagged on things and the polish is all over my skin. Also, I asked for a maroon fall nail color and ended up with purple... I even made a comment when he painted the first nail saying this isn't the color I picked out. He assured me it would change after the top coat was applied. Not true. I ended up leaving upset. TERRIBLE NAIL SALON & SERVICELast Saturday I went in and got my nails and toes done last Sunday I called because my nails with gel polish were chipping, in addition to my jacked up toes. The man I spoke with told me it was not an issue to come back and have them redone. I get there today and the woman at the desk starts arguing with me and tells me it's not their job or their fault and that they aren't responsible for whether my nail polish stays or not. Then oil my hands and use nail polish remover to remove the top coat and tell me I'm done. Nails STILL chipped and all. They couldn't figure out what color polish was on my toes so they just picked a new pink and re-painted over the other polish. Now my toes are uneven to match my chipped hands. I wasted $30 and I will never return again. Don't go there if you value your time, money or appearance. Worst nail salon experience in my life. Read Less

Came in, asked the price for a fill..was told $18, sat down, once the technician had started to work on my nails, he start telling me that it was going to be more, he asked me how much I usually pay for my nails somewhere else.. I said $18, he start arguing with me that is impossible I have to be paying more..well I get my nails done every 2 weeks, I think I know how much I spent!!!! So instead of being a relaxing session ..it was aggravating due to his darn attitude! I ain't coming back here no more, I don't need this crap when all I want is a fill and to relax!!! Tonight was my first time at Parisian. I was given a gift certificate for a mani/pedi and decided to use it. I made an appointment the day before. When I got there, my appointment apparently meant nothing. There was a huge crowd of walk-ins and I had to wait for them all to be seated before I was seated- even though I told two people I had an appointment and they had me write it on the sign in sheet. So 40 minutes later I was finally seated. From there things got much better!  My nail technician was very friendly and did a great job. I enjoyed the relaxing treatment and my hands and feet look great. This is by far the largest nail salon I have ever seen and they had plenty of people working, but they do need to give priority to those with appointments. Other than that it was a good experience. First mani/pedi was awesome; but yesterday my experience was less than average. My tech was silent except to ask me to pay; which took several times asking her to repeat because I could not understand her lack of English. She finally ended up communicating to me with hand gestures. She clearly couldn't understand my instructions. This was by far the best nail spa I have ever been to! The location is so beautiful and you are treated like a queen. I was warmly greeted upon entering and was offered a beverage. Their nail colors collection is impressive and I had a difficult time choosing one. Once the nail artist saw I was struggling she came over and assisted me in my decision. My pedicure was AMAZING and I left feeling like a million bucks!
