A friend and I visited this business for the first time yesterday and their prices are way above the norm for a pedicure. They wanted an extra $25 to paint the tips of my toes with gel. Yesterday was my first time at Nail Envy. I made an appt, but still had to wait 15 additional mins for my pedi. I was offered a drink then I asked the tech to cut down my nails and I believed I had the beginning of an ingrown nail, as I'd been having occasional pain. When she was finished, she hadn't touched the ingrown at all (still sore) and she barely cut the nails down at all. When I got home, I had to trim my nails myself and when I did that, I noticed the polish wasn't even covering my entire nails!!  I guess all of this is what happens when your deluxe pedi only lasts 25 mins, start to finish. Wow!! I believe I have finally found a Kennesaw nail salon who deserves my business! I had a terrific experience today with Bobbie who did my pedicure.. what a nice lady and what a fantastic job she did. I'm so excited to go back!  She took her time spoke English and we had a great conversation. Salon was clean, pretty, and I was pleasantly surprised finding this little gem of a place. Not sure why this place was about 20 dollars more expensive than any other salon I've ever been to. The significant price hike was not justifiable by the experience, and certainly not by the services provided. The lady who did my manicure was sweet and did apologize multiple times for leaving my fingers bleeding though - but that's very little consolation.Read Less

Very friendly, well decorated place. I went here regularly but found that I was returning during the week, with nails popping off. So this tells me, the brand of product they're using is not good. Nails looked beautiful. But to be charged for walking in for nails popping off, I'm better going to another shop. Read Less

I absolutely love this place and the people who work here. The atmosphere is fresh, clean and inviting. Hilda is personable, flexible and does a fantastic job every time. Best place to go for Acrylics!!! Always get the exact shape you ask for, they check to make sure all of them are the same length (which is a huge deal to me), but most importantly they actually talk to you!!!! Read Less

Came in to do a UV gel set. Everyone greeted me and was pleasant. But... when asked if said what I , a woman in the back states "we don't do that". It's on the sign, "we don't so that!" With an attitude. I was in a rush and was a bit hurried but was disappointed that the price list listed something they don't do. Will not be returning. Read Less

Went to this nail salon this past Saturday to get my gel nails redone and I am highly upset at the quality of service that I received. The lady doing my nails asked me if I wanted my nails cut or just filed and I told her that I would like them trimmed a little but liked them long... She cut them down to the skin, I have no more nails and it took me 6 weeks to grow them out. I decided to let it go because of course, nails grow. Once my nails were done, I noticed they were a bit lumpy but once again, I decided to let it go.  I was in a rush and just wanted to get home. The very next day I took a look at my nails and they had air bubbles all over them which were now collecting dirt and showing up. Three days later I notice that they have started turning colors and now they look disgusting. I have never experienced this with my regular nail salon. I would go back into the salon and get them to fix my nails, but honestly I don't trust them to do a good job. I won't be returning to this salon and I don't recommend it to anyone who wants their nails to look professionally done. I have my own gel nail system at home and I could have done a way better job than they did! Read Less

This nail salon is amazing. Gel Mani and pedi are perfect. I found my favorite nail techs from my old salon here. Great services. They use the LED OPI lights for gel polish which is way better than UV for your skin and do fast. Clean, beautiful salon. Read Less

I will NEVER trust my nails to anyone else!! Linda AND Nesa are my go to girls!! This is everything you want in a nail salon, with people you can talk to like they're your besties. They'll tell you like it is, no gimmicks or upsales, because there's no need for it!! Who wants someone to blow smoke up your you-know-what, and then walk out with something you didn't ask for?
