My nails weren't done properly and as I was leaving I was able to put a tooth pick in between my nail and the fake nails they put on. They didn't do them correctly at all and it was very over priced. The old salon that was there was 100x better than this place. Read Less

I barely leave reviews but I honestly haven't had this good of service from a nail salon in a long time. I called right before they closed to see if they could get me in for a pedicure and they gladly welcomed me in, took their time and Jessica did an amazing job!!! I have now been to this nail shop twice and I literally feel like it is my Cheers (except for Nails lol). Everyone is so genuine and friendly. They take pride in the appearance of the shop and their work. I called yesterday and spoke with the owner. I told her myself and a coworker would be on our lunch break and only had a small window to get our nails done. We made appointments. Got there a few minutes early and were helped immediately!! Yaddy worked on my nails. She was pleasant, very organized and fast. The conversation was so entertaining. I always wanted to try this place out. I read the reviews and decided let's try it. I called the person that answered the phone did not greet you on the phone.  It was odd because I was not sure if I had the right number, I heard background noise and later a Hello.  I wanted to make sure they accepted AX  she asked because she was not sure.   I was driving on my way there and requested an appointment with Elle.  She said she was available, I was excited and lucky she was available. Well I make it to the Nail Salon and when I requested Elle she told me Elle was leaving at 1130am. It was 1115am   I inhaled and exhaled and told her I just called to make an appointment and you said she was available.   If I knew I would have not come, she said I tried to tell you but you hung up .  I said so now it is my fault.  Turned around and left.  I hope this girl Sammy is new, because I was very disappointed.  The greeter is your first experience with a business and this one was not pleasant.   Maybe I'll give them a 2nd opportunity but not a great 1st impression. I'll start by saying I generally hate getting my nails done and don't do it very often. I have a hard time relaxing, I'm a runner and hate to give up my hard-earned callouses, and I have an irrational fear of catching some sort of disease from a botched pedicure. However: every once in a while, it's just a necessity. I've tried several places in the Kennesaw/Marietta area, and this one is by far the best. It's super clean, the employees are very friendly, and they absolutely know what they're doing. They respect my wishes to just do the "basics" as opposed to other places where they insist on scrubbing & scraping. I'm actually able to relax and enjoy myself here knowing I am in good hands. Two relatives of mine had never had their nails done before, so I wanted their first time to be a good experience. Since all the local nail salons in our area were kind of lackluster, I decided to choose somewhere classy in Marietta, even though it was a 30-minute drive. The good reviews are all true! The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. My nail artist, Jocelyn, was a great conversationalist. The salon itself is in a perfect location on the Marietta Square, close to all sorts of nice restaurants and shops. The prices are very reasonable too. I got a French manicure and they said it would last for only a couple days, but I'm going on a week now and my nails still look great. I highly recommend this place! Read Less

I've been looking for the right place for months now, and I've finally discovered Nail Culture Salon! The experience was hands down the best I've ever had. My mom and I went here because we were eating across the street and saw the reviews. Nail Culture Salon did not disappoint! The people there went out of their way to learn our names and have a conversation with us the entire time during our pedicure. This doesn't happen often at the salon I usually go to, so it was a welcome change. The pedicure itself was nicely done, from the water temperature at the beginning to the color my stylist selected for my nails. My daughter and I went in for the first time this Saturday for manis and pedis. I chose Nail Culture Salon because of the great reviews on Yelp. We were NOT disappointed. Love it so much, I don't want to review it unless word gets out and I can't get in :) A friend and I have been getting monthly Sunday Funday pedicures for almost a year now. The service is exceptional, the price is right on target with the value, and the technicians are wonderful. The ladies are all so sweet and they take the time to get to know you and ensure you have the best experience. Since I found Nail Culture, I haven't been anywhere else. Pros: The girls have great personalities and are fun to chat with if that's what you're looking for in your mani/pedi experience.  The location is great, and i love the historic rustic atmosphere of the salon.  It's also very clean and well kept.Cons:  If you're looking for quiet time to relax during your mani/pedi, this is not the place for you.  I was more relaxed before and after I visited the salon.  Also, if they do not like your color, they will refuse to use it.  I finally buckled and used another color suggestion.  I had to pay for a color change today at a separate salon.  Make an appointment if you go, and remember...if you want social hour with other ladies, it's a fun place to be!
