Terrible. I am never going back. The customer service was upsetting. My nail tech decided to do my manicure after he had already done my fill-in. I guess the cuticle oil reacted with the gel polish, because as soon as he was finished, the nail color started to change. I asked him to fix it. Instead of removing the color and starting over, he filed off some of the gel then paints back over it. So the color starts to streak and change again. I asked him to completely remove the color and start over. He tells me to come back tommorow to fix it. I politely ask him to fix it today and that I would just take regular polish instead. The shop workers start to argue amongst themselves. While he is removing the color, another lady comes over and tells me to pay. I told her that I refused to pay until after he finished my nails. While he's repainting them they're telling him to hurry up so they can leave. It's now 7:15 I came in at 5:30 which was more than enough time to get my nails done, if things had been done correctly in the first place. I've been getting acrylics for several years and I've never been treated like this at any other nail shop. This was by far the worst and I'm never going back. This place does not treat their customers well at all. Read Less

Very disappointed in this salon.It was my first time vs my regular place. The nail tech was very rushed and rough. The SNS nail technique was new to me vs gel nails that I usually get. My nails are filed unevenly and there are traces of polish smeared on my fingers. She told me it would wash off. Why should I leave a nail salon with smeared color on my skin?She also used a dremel tool on my cuticles which certainly were not bad to begin with. I hope I don't get an infection from this! I won't be back. I paid for the service but did not tip her, as I was that displeased. Read Less

Got SNS nails and pedicures. I forgot my pedicurist's name (might be Kim or something with a K) but she's short, has a squeaky voice, and wears glasses with a ponytail, I had a hot stone pedicure as well as one of the other pedicures and both were good, just ask them to rinse the clay all the way off of ur legs. The SNS. nails were good, I forgot the lady's name who I went to but she was an older lady and slim. The inside of the salon is very nice and upscale. Read Less

I had a very unpleasant experience at Lush Nail Salon. All I wanted was gel nail paint, nothing else. When I told them I wanted gel nails the woman at the front desk insisted I get S&S. I told her no thank you and she seemed to be very annoyed and mad that I didn’t want that service. While she did my nails she was rude and I felt like anytime I asked her something she was more annoyed. I just wanted it to be over. My nails weren’t fully covered with paint at the end (one of them only covered half a nail) and I didn’t feel like it was worth my money. Maybe I caught her on bad day, but I felt like I was very polite and she was extremely rude in return. I won’t be returning. Read Less

I really enjoyed my experience. Got a mani pedi. The staff was wonderful, I felt welcomed. The only reason I removed 1 star was because they did have me wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to start my nail services. Considering that I was paying a babysitter 20/hr to watch my daughter it cost me an extra 10 dollars. The second reason for only 4 stars was because my pedicure only lasted a week before chipping began. I can normally go 2 weeks or longer, especially during winter months before I see any chips. My manicure was absolutely amazing! Gel polish and chip and lifting free for 3 weeks! Over all a great experience and I will be back for sure. Read Less

Basic manicure just to try it out and I won't be back. I came in to everyone running around yelling at each other and the girl that did my manicure was so distracted that she did a terrible job. She had to constantly get up to get things because she was unprepared. The whole thing lasted maybe 15 minutes and the "massage" was almost comical. I got snapped at when I tried to sign my receipt after she polished my nails....no acknowledgement from the staff when I went to leave....no "thank you" or "we hope to see you again". Apart from the service, I just noticed some of the equipment was dated (rusted towel heater), signs held up by tape, and a messy cleaning supply area in the bathroom. Read Less

I've been coming to Lush Nail Salon every so often for the last few years. Enough for the employees to recognize me everytime. Last weeks visit was one hundred percent the last. I only choose lush when I know I need an average quick and easy mani/pedi. My tech last week completely screwed my nails up I'm actually still shocked I paid her. She was rude to the max and literally thinned out my nails for absolutely no reason to the point where they LITERALLY ARE JUST FALLING OFF. I have never been more upset, pissed, and disgusted with service from a place I used to use often. Never going back. Read Less

Honestly. Terrible service. My nail tech who did my pedicure did a fine job, but then tried to overcharge me. I said I wanted the basic, cheapest pedicure, which is $21. She decided that I wanted the classic, which is $25 and includes lotion and a hot towel. That is the only difference. I didn't know the difference while she was doing it and she was mad at me that I made her do all that extra work. Also, the woman who did my nails asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I didn't, but totally get that that's a fair question. I said no thank you and she laughed and said sorry. When I asked her why that was funny she said because I said no. There's cultural differences and then there's rudeness. To top it off we waited a long time, mani and pedi were substandard and they tried to push us out the door while our nails were drying. I absolutely love this place! The owner and his wife treat me like some sort of VIP. I started going when they first opened, and there was a new time customer discount. But gosh for the service, the gratis glass of wine, the chill environment, I think. I would be OK paying anything! Though of course it is right along all of the same costs of all the neighboring salons. I had that micro blading done on my eyebrows, best choice I've ever made. I will stay here forever! I stopped in on a friends recommendation. I WISH I could move this salon home with me. I came in, for nails and a pedi. I was really not sure what I wanted but, Vince read my mind (I picked a color, he changed it for me and said "this one is much better for you") I ABSOLUTELY LOVE everything about this place (he even recommended a less expensive treatment than I THOUGHT I wanted). He worked some real magic with my nails. I got the "SNS" (as he recommended) and my nails look beautiful! The price is reasonable and the salon is clean, and HUGE. I can't comment about the hand massage... because I fell asleep... The pedi was great too.Thanks Lush nails for making the nail place I go to back home look sooo bad ;) Read Less

The sweet young girl doing my pedicure was not very accurate at painting and the matriarch that did my manicure was distracted by running the shop. She butchered my cuticles and was rather sloppy with my American style. In addition, she was put off when I had a smudge on two nails that I asked her to fix. I will not return to this shop. Clean, and easy to visit. I've never had to make a reservation and can just walk in after work which is great. The important thing: my manicures/pedicures have held up great. The shellac color selection is okay, not the best, but you'll find something. Maybe not so important to you: this is not the place to come for a relaxing time. They've never been busy when I've gone, but it's always been a very rushy wham bam thank you maam kind of experience. The technicians aren't rude, but do talk across the salon to each other and sort of have this attitude that they're their to get the work done and on to the next (even if there isn't a next one because, as I said, it's never busy).Trade off: it's pretty cheap! My shellac manicure is only $32 after tax and tip, and that's the starting price at some (nicer) places.So go here if you like to get in and get out and know that it will be quality job. Don't come here if you want a spa like experience. Read Less
