The quality of the product is excellent but the oldest daughter needs to work on her attitude. I normally enjoy my experience but the last 2 times have convinced me to take my business elsewhere. They made a mistake and painted my nails clear after I pulled out my phone and showed them the colors I wanted. When I asked who was going to put the color on my nails they began to rush me because the shop was full. When I asked another question the daughter was very dry. The worst place ever! I went to do my nails on Sunday. Unprofessional... for over 2 hours the owner speaks her language and customers are looking at each other.... it seems like she talked to herself all this time ... than finally my turn come up.... and my nightmare began.... I asked for straight , thin nails and I got monster hands when she was done. Every nail is a different length. I don't even know where to began....shape is wrong, gel polish look like it was done by some kid... uneven ... unshaped .... crooked just a nightmare that costed me 43$. Don't go there is my advice. There is a nail place down the street and I went there once and was happy with the results. I guess I will spend my Monday in another nail saloon taking those monsters off!!!! First off, the young lady who did my daughter's nails did a great job. She saved them from getting a one star rating. However; the quality of work on mine was terrible. We both got pedicures. My daughter got a manicure and I asked for a gel full set. The first issue was that I wanted my toes and fingernails to match. The lady told me she had the same color in gel. Wrong! My fingernails were so much darker than my toes. The biggest issue though was that my "gel" nails started falling off 4 days later. I have never had that happen. Best place in the area to get your mani-pedi! I've been here twice and I have made it my nail salon. It's a family owned store and everyone is super nice. They have several different pedicures to try. And they are very detailed in their work. For less than $40 I can get an upgraded pedicure and an amazing manicure. I will continue to use! Read Less

I came in for a mother and daughter date. Not only did they do a great job on our nails but the owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about everything you could want to know about nails. They go above and beyond to provide a clean and sanitary environment. The experience was relaxing and worth every penny. I have been looking for a nail salon close to my home, but I find most in South Cobb not that great.  My latest try was LB Nails.  I went on a Sunday afternoon-- it was not crowded.  There was 1 other woman getting a pedicure.  It appears to be a family owned shop as Mom and Pop and two daughters in mid to late teens were working on this day.  The massage of the feet and calves was okay.  I guess I ordered the pedicure with hot towel wrap which was a nice touch--but you pay an extra $2 dollars for that.  The massage chair comfortable enough.  They did use latex gloves and lined the foot bath bin.  I did not like that they did not put a clear base coat on the toenails before putting the color on.  The polish job on the toes was pretty sloppy and as soon as they finished  they rushed to put my sandals back on my feet and get me out of the chair.  She smudged a toe that she hastily tried to fix.  But yet no one was waiting to get a pedicure--so why was I rushed?  She jammed my toes into my sandals with the paper towel to separate my toes still in place.  I did not really like that--and felt they could have allowed a few minutes in the chair for the polish to dry.
