OMG the experience was awesome! It all started with the excellent customer service that I received over the phone. Mrs. Corrine spent almost an hour explaining in detail the many services that they provide and the purpose for every service. I hung up the phone in excitement and scheduled my first appointment the very next day. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff members who not only showed that they value me as a customer, but they gave off a warmth feeling like a family. I was initially okay with the services I was receiving. That was until first, I was told I had to pay upfront for services. I agreed (although I'd never heard of places requiring FULL payment prior to service). So, I'd paid for a massage 2.5 weeks in advance because the owner was going on vacation. Well, during that time I learned that I needed to travel for work and hence, needed to change my appointment. I notified the owner two days in advance. Well, the morning of she informed me that I had forfeited my $ and stated that if you can't make your appointment, you forfeit your FULL payment. Life happens, and you can't always predict your circumstances. I could see if I had no-showed, but that wasn't the case. With such ridiculous policies (which were never explained to me), this place will have a hard time retaining good clients. The owner should rethink such policies and recognize when she has a good client. I always tipped well, arrived on time, and would have referred her to other friends/family. AVOID THIS PLACE!!Lashes are a gluey sticky mess. The glue is EXTREMELY irritating, for days after your visit. Lashes are glued to my SKIN, on TOP of my natural lash (See pictures I posted on Yelp). The lashes are hard like ACRYLIC.Do NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES, LOOK CLOSELY, THAT SHINY STUFF IS GLUE THAT TURNS FLAKY WHITE AFTER YOUVE LEFT. . THE RED EYES in her IG pic is indicative that the glue is harsh and gets into the eyes.The lashes were stuck to to the tape and some pulled out while removing the tape. She had to re apply those. Professional huh? The Lash Tech (Corrin) was super was CHATTY to other workers the ENTIRE TIME, often leaving and coming back. Even asking her husband to come and  give her a kiss while she's sitting over me  horribly applying lashes. Professional huh?Anything you point out as a customer, she has a rebuttal to sarcastically defend her SUBPAR lash application process. She will refute you even as she's looking at the problem that you're pointing out.I can fault myself because I was desperate to get lashes. Didn't want to wait. I visited here for lipo-captivation and everything was extremely professional and pristine. Both ladies were very nice and maybe feel comfortable and not self-conscious about my body. The service tech who worked on me was extremely personable, she talk to me the entire time and made me feel at ease. Because this was my first time doing anything like this I was a little nervous. The place is extremely clean and they keep the door locked so anyone just cant walk in, which also makes the client feel more comfortable. Love love love my results so far. I have one more appt left and I'm amazed at how my body responded to the treatments. Its not just physical improvements it's internal as well. Purchased Groupon for this business for Mink lashes. The decor and atmosphere is very nice. THe owner is a pleasant person however, the lashes are just subpar. The idea of lash extensions are for the lashes to be toward the ends of the lashes not the base which is what I have. Glue got in the corners of my eyes and have been irritated ever since. The lashes that are falling off are clustered to several of my natural lashes. The ambiance is there but the technique needs improvement. I paid $79 for the Groupon with a free fill-in but I will not be going back. If ou research Mink extensions, the clients eyes are to remain closed the ENTIRE time with no risk of glue escaping the lash. I am so sorry that I chose to do this service as I am afraid that I will lose my real lashes due to how they were applied. Read Less
