Absolutely THE WORST nail salon I have ever stepped into. I was in town visiting my mother, she and I went to get simple manicures and pedicures. I do gel polish on my nails and when I go into other salons, the technicians always soak my nails (hands and feet) to soften the old gel coat in order for them to remove it without using a coarse drill bit. When my pedicure began, I hadn't even had my feet in the water for 2 minutes when the technician took my foot and started drilling the polish off. I stopped her and asked if she could soak my nails first and not drill, she said no they don't do it that way, which baffled me. I let her proceed until she was drilling so long on my big toe that it started to burn which made me jerk back making me ask again if she could not simply soak the old polish first. Now... insert the RUDEST OWNER EVER, who was starting on my mother's feet next to me, started telling me they don't soak and that they only drill. Yes, there were 'tones' across the board. However, no matter how I explained how all other salons soak and not drill, he was adamant to not allow my nails to soak therefore I said never mind on the pedicure, I'll just do a manicure then. Which at the same time he said they would drill off the polish the same way. So, I responded that I would forgo their services then. At that time, the owner told me to go sit up front and I said no, that I'm going to sit with my mom, and he said again for me to go sit up front and wait on her. Within half a millisecond, all that changed to the owner telling me to leave and to never come back which to me was OK because I was only in town visiting. But then he turned to my mother and said for her to leave too and to never come back. The owner continued to rant and rave that we wasted his time and money for the 7 minutes we in his place. OMG... My mother and I got kicked out of a nail salon!! It was embarrassing to say the least. I apologized to the other ladies in the salon as I walked to the door to wait on my mother to finish putting her shoes back on. UNBELIEVABLE!!! And yes, we went one shopping center down to FAMILY NAILS in Madison, GA and they happily soaked my previous gel coat off my hands and feet before starting my mani/pedi!!

Very rude!! Went for a manicure, $50 and she did such a good job I gave her a $10 tip. A week later I need to have 2 nails repaired, they charge for nail repair!! The older man talks down to you, very rude and I will never go back!!!

I will NEVER EVER go back to this nail salon ever again! I brought my 7 year old daughter here experience her 1st time getting a mani & pedi. They rushed us the entire time and it was well before 5:00...
I will NEVER EVER go back to this nail salon ever again! I brought my 7 year old daughter here experience her 1st time getting a mani & pedi. They rushed us the entire time and it was well before 5:00pm before we got started. Then they had the nerve to have me pay before I got my mani done. They said it was customary to ask for payment before service was finished, but I hadn't even asked for a brow wax yet. So, they had to run my card twice before they would even continue with the service. I asked if they did that to everyone and she gave a long drawn out excuse. So, I sat there to watch and see if they did do that. Nope! They just chose to insult me. To top it off, I left a 20.00 tip and the mani was horrible. The polish has all kind of runs in it and they messed my daughter's nails up by not telling her to place them under the light. I asked to have them fix it, but no. It's awful. I will NEVER go back!

A while back I payed with my debit card and they ended up taking $10 extra off my card and when I called to see about it the man proceeded to tell me how I was really starting to get on his nerves ask...
A while back I payed with my debit card and they ended up taking $10 extra off my card and when I called to see about it the man proceeded to tell me how I was really starting to get on his nerves asking him so many questions! Rude and disrespectful people in this place and their prices are outrageous !!

I wanted to go get my nails done today, so i looked at what time they closed and it said 7. i went and parked in the parking lot at around 5:45, the place was pitch black and the open sign was dark. CLOSED! But yet i thought they stayed open till 7 since that’s what it says.

I was in town due to evacuating during Hurricane Irma and needed my nails fixed. My technician did a great job on solar nails. He was very nice as well. I thought the facility was clean.

I wouldn't suggest getting SNS here. It was so thin that you could see the nails through it and chipped within a week. I've never had my SNS chip that easily. Definitely the worst job I have had done ...

By far the worst experience ever. I stopped in after driving 6 hours from North Carolina just to get my polished removed. I am in the United States Army and just wanted a quick fix before I report. I walked in, the gentleman was very rude asking me what I needed. I said just a polish change that's it. He asked a woman that was walking towards the front, and she said no we stop taking people an hour before we close. Yet they had other people waiting. I expressed to them I just needed a polish change and would even pay double, she basically pushed me out the door after cutting me off from talking. This place should be banned for the horrible customer service. I will never return there and would let my Army folks know also know to ban this place if ever in the area!

I entered this salon and asked what the wait time would be for a pedicure. The toxic fumes were so bad that I asked a woman if there was a fan. The man sitting on the other side of the store stood up and said NO FAN, I sat in a chair to wait and the man stood up again and said IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOU CAN GO, so I did.I will point out that all the employees in the store had triple layer masks on and while the temperature was in the 60's to 70's, the door was not open.This store owner doesn't deserve to stay in business after treating customers like he treated me.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional. I was told that they could not do a polish change for me because I was too picky. The only thing that I asked them to do was to use 3 coats of polish. My aunt has also had a bad experience with them.

Absolutely THE WORST nail salon I have ever stepped into. I was in town visiting my mother, she and I went to get simple manicures and pedicures. I do gel polish on my nails and when I go into other salons, the technicians always soak my nails (hands and feet) to soften the old gel coat in order for them to remove it without using a coarse drill bit. I entered this salon and asked what the wait time would be for a pedicure. The toxic fumes were so bad that I asked a woman if there was a fan.
