Me and my daughter was here from out of town. We both got pedicures and full set of nails. Everything was good except the girl that did her pedicure charged me 40 dollars. Needless to say my daughter didnt get no designs the girl didnt have to cut her toe nails. Didnt massage her feet or anything. I didnt tip her cause I felt like she got her tip out of my 40. SERVICE SHOULD COME W/WARNING LABEL🚫I ask the (HEAVILY made up) woman to just remove a gel polish from my nails, also letting her know I was on my somewhere & didn’t really have time for a fill in. She processed to drill my nails down to the point where I couldn’t leave without a fill in ( I have an overlay on my natural nails) or the result would be broken nails!😡 I went on & got the fill in=🤬 let’s just say I went to my regular nail salon within days to fix that nail massacre!!! This is usually the only nail salon I go to but after the service I got today, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Not only did the guy have a bad attitude, he flat out acted like it was an issue to do my nails the way I wanted. Don't go to Hannah! She cut my friend! Sooo... today me and a friend went to get mani/pedis. Hannah cut my friend's finger until it started to bleed and she tried to cover it up. In the end they put medicine on it, but ummmmm! No ma'am! On another note Mai is awesome! Read Less

If I could give no stars I would this was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon my nails looked butchered and the person I had was really rough with my nails it hurt my design was please save your money and do not come here for an awful job! Read Less

I first came in about 5 pm and was told to come back in an hour which is fine. I did. When I got there everyone was staring at me . So I asked for a pedi cure and was told to sit at a chair that had cold water in the bowl I waited for a good 10-15 mins before anyone came to me to start working on my feet no one helped me turn on the massage chair or anything. They was another customer there and when she was ready for her pedicure two people walked her over to the chair helped her sit down took her socks and shoes off for her and turned on her massage she got serviced immediately. The same thing happened when two other girls walked in they got catered to and people rushed to help them. I'm not one to play the race card but this was clearly apparent. I was the only black customer in the shop and the other people where white. I doubt I'll come back here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I had a horrible experience here. I had a pedicure with someone I couldn't communicate with, and I had to literally tell them what to do because they didn't know what they were doing. Soaked my feet,hand rubbed them and that was it. Then I gave her my hands, she srept them so hard and broke them all just to take nail polish out.Wasted an hour and a half of my time and at the end the rude staff were like" she did what she was supposed to do" it's 30 dollars. Excellent service in a relaxing friendly atmosphere! I got a full set of acrylic nails and my eyebrows waxed and am very pleased. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved my nails for the first couple days , I had acrylic nails for only 3 days and one of my nails began to lift off my natural nail. I tried to ignore it until I got out the shower to dry off and the nail just came off , with no pain or anything , just like a press on nail would feel. I called them & they offered to do it for free. The man I had the first time was pushy and actually told me longer length nails are 27$ when I have never been charged for length. The man also was rushing because he had to pick his child up from school & didn't even finishing painting my nails & the lady with the glasses had to finish them up & they was horrible. So my next visit when he redid the nail that came off he was also rushing again because he has to pick up his kids. I didn't like that the lady with the glasses told me the reason my nails keep breaking is because the length ! I have never had a problem with my nails coming off and I have been getting my nails done with acrylics since I was in middle school. This time the same man from the first visit painted both my hands with 2 coats before leaving and letting the lady with glasses put on a clean coat & I could see that she missed a spot also. It has been 5 days and I was scratching my arm lightly and boom the nail comes off. I just won't be going here anymore. Read Less

The lady with the first booth on the right, wears eye glasses, couldn't even pay attention to my nails. She was so busy looking at everything else going on. The polish I came in with, was still around and under my nails when I left. Not good business at all!! Very disappointed. Read Less

I had been to several nail salons,they either cut my feet from rushing or didn't do them correctly. Pro nails is the best yet, they are friendly and they take their time to satisfy the customer. My only problem with them is that the staff sometimes watches tv while they are working on your feet. Please don't clip my cut on my feet while your eyes are on the tv. Read Less

The worst pedicure ever! I did go here always...now they have changed employees (young boys mostly do the work) The price for a pedicure is now $33-$40!!! I limped out with the meat scrubbed off my big toes (now scabbing over) and $50 poorer. Never again. This place is nothing like it was. Read Less

I was a little creeped out when I first got here because there were a ton of people working there and I was the only customer, but as soon as I sat down, the place flooded with customers. I just had a regular spa pedicure but it was easily the best one I've ever had! At $20, it was a little more than I am used to paying but after the pedicure, it was totally worth it. I believe my technician was named Kenny, he was great. You should ask for him. He was gentle with my feet but also gave a great massage which was great for someone like me who is on their feet all day! Some of the other employees were a little loud and intimidating when I walked in, but my experience as a whole was extremely relaxing. I can't wait to go back here! Read Less
