In my opinion, Nail World is the Best nail salon in Macon. I drive 30 minutes to get a deluxe pedicure and manicure. Donna and Andy are my favorites. There clean and very friendly.

I got acrylic and they where supper rough with the filing and scrubbing. I have had acrylics done before and it has never hurt this much! They where not friendly,the only time he said some thing to me...

Worse service I EVER experienced! I came to visit family and decided to get a last minute pedicure. They gave me the oldest slowest women they could possibly find. She was every bit of 85-90 years old...
Worse service I EVER experienced! I came to visit family and decided to get a last minute pedicure. They gave me the oldest slowest women they could possibly find. She was every bit of 85-90 years old. It took her 1 hour and 30 min to do a regular spa pedicure with gel polish.. she painted my whole toe nail including my skin (I posted pictures) and then they use cheap gel polish because the polish bled through even after going over it with another coat twice!! When I walked in the chart said $23 for a regular pedicure, which I new was Gona be like $5-$6 more because I wanted gel polish.... NO!! When she finally finished she had the nerve to tell me... $38!!!!!!!! I gave her that money but best believe I will never go back and I will write bad reviews everywhere about them!!!!!!

These ladies and guy are very nice! They greet you when you walk in. This business is just like any other business, everyone comes in at the same time and gets upset if you are not taking care of that...

This business is just like any other business, everyone comes in at the same time and gets upset if you are not taking care of that that minute. Maybe you should call and schedule an appointment then walk in and expect to be taken care of when you can plainly see they are busy

Walked into this nail salon shop and no one greeted me.. I actually had to say I wanted a manicure and pediacure..Being an Black American I felt disrespected and un welcome.. It was visible that there was a problem.. I suggest that Black Anericans spend money elsewhere..There are fine details to validate my point but useless to discuss the shortcomings of others and racism.. It still exist and we must move forward and don't let this stop our thoughts of stupidty..

Coming from out of town it is hard to find a good nail shop. I needed both my nails and feet done. I walk in and have shellac on my toes that needed to be taken off they proceeded to try and put my whole foot in acetone to take the polish off. Do not come to this shop they do not know what they are doing!
