I am very big on customer service. I truly feel that considering the clients that patronize this nail salon first language is English, that they should do a better job at speaking it in the front of their clients. What the owners and employees here don't know does that I I am fluent in 3 languages including Vietnamese. They were very nice in the beginning but Asian people have a thing with trying to get you to do what they want you to do as though they don't know what the hell no means. Worse pedicure ever. I didn't see him sanitize any of his tools after using them on me. The callus remover was rinsed off and patted dry with a towel. This is a late review. I went into this shop, a few weeks ago, to get a full set of nails. The nail technicians greeted me when I arrived. I waited for more than 20 minutes for them to acknowledge thati was still sitting there with no service. Two nail technicians walked in with two customers. They sat them down and began doing their nails. I continued to wait patiently. Then, an older nail tech comes to me and says " I'm sorry they have appointment. I not know this. You wait please. He will do you next" I waited for 30 more minutes on the nail technician that was supposed to do my nails. Then the two nail technicians that came in with the other 2 customers got up and left with the customers. There are 3 people waiting to get nails done by one man. I left. I haven't been back since and I don't plan on it. I feel they should do better about their service, maybe communicate with each other. Plus, they never acknowledged me again after I had been waiting almost an hour. No thank you! I don't recommend this place at all. I would put any stars but I have to in order to post this. Worst manicure ever. Didn't notice until I left, but there was a hair caught in my nail polish. Got a french manicure, and the white was uneven and patchy. He also used a horrible shade of pink "clear coat" that makes my nails look like they have a bad chemical burn. Wouldnt have been bad if it didnt take two hours to do. Didnt even bother asking them to fix it, it wouldnt have been worth the time. Won't ever go back. Wouldn't have gone today, but they were the only ones open. Terrible. Read Less

The worst manicures ever. I seriously did not know what a bad mani was till I came here. Within a week, my gels were chipping and faded. Someone asked me how many coats of polish did I use, as if it were an at home job with cheap polish that I did myself instead of a professional manicure.
