All tho it was kinda busy there was no delay I definitely enjoyed my Deluxe pedicure and my nails we're done perfectly and being that I got a fill in due to bad service before from another shop they did a great job definitely will be referring other people and taking my mom back glad I found a new shop that's closer to home. I've been a patron before they took new ownership. I won't trade my nail Tech Jason for another tech! My cat was ran over last month, same day I had an appointment. And I was in tears while I was getting a fill in. My nail tech told me he has a friend who has a cat. She was also a patron of lily nails. The following month which was last week. Waited an hour. Just to have them give me a bunch of attitude. They were not packed and shouldn’t have waited that long. Very unacceptable. One of the staff memebers let another customer who came in after me go ahead of me. She did not have an appointment ( I️ asked ) . I usually don't come here because the service is always rushed even when they aren't busy. My Experian was terrible. Mary rushed through my pedicure, my polish looked like my 5 year old niece painted my toes for me. On top of that I asked for a design and it took 15 minutes for someone to put a design on my big toe. It was only 6 customers but 8 associates. They do great acrylic nails, but only go there if you have PLENTY of time & don't mind feeling unimportant as a customer. This place is for you if you think that it's ok for the staff to be completely rude to you. Outspokenly rude. Disrespectfully rude (even AFTER giving a very large tip). Yup, rude. Also, do NOT go here if you want anything 'special' done to your nails. If having a slap of color thrown on your nails while waiting 2 hours is all you need, then this is the place for you. They were very rushed. Did not even give me time to pick out my gel color. Then, the guy cut my nails down entirely too short even when I told him the length to cut them. Then, they were different lengths on both hands and all fingers. He never apologized and I had to ask over and over for each nail to be fixed so they were even. Very disappointed in this salon. Busy busy busy place!  The traffic may have been related to our Thursday afternoon appointment.  The busy small space translated to less relaxation.  We came in a group of five but weren't treated as a group which I didn't like.  Done in less than an hour and basically squeezing by people to make it out the front door. Where's the wine?!?!  I'm new to Georgia so unsure if it's even allowed but I got used to my previous Dallas salon services.  I got a pedicure and it wasn't bad but I think I've come to want more from a salon.  No wine at Lily Nails...still looking for a Macon salon where I can relax a little more with a glass of wine. I went here sometime after Christmas to get my nails done, and they were beautiful. I got a full set with pink polish. Well, a few days ago, I had a nail to pop off already. This usually doesn't happen until after 2 weeks or longer! The rest of my nails look like they are about to pop off too. Well I called up there earlier and asked if they could fix my nail (the one that popped off) and she hesitated a little bit but told me to come in. I made sure they didn't charge me any...thing since it has not even been a week yet and I tipped the guys pretty good that day. So I went up there, and it was a bad experience. The guy (same guy that did them last time) was rushing to fix my nail (probably because he knew I wasn't going to pay). He asked me if I remembered what color they used last time for the rest of my nails and of course I didn't! There are too many shades of pink to try to match the pink I had. Well he found a pink that was close (but it was way too dark). So I said well, how about you just paint them all so that the color is the same on all nails? He ignored my request so I told myself I would never be back. I would have paid a little extra for him to re-paint the rest of my nails so that they all matched. I walked out of there with pink nails and one nail that almost looked red. So I took my butt to Kroger and bought my own polish. Lily Nails is a pretty basic nail salon. At first glance they do a good job. After reserving a spot at the salon I still had to wait for a good long while before being attended to. I got a basic manicure and they did minimal work with my hands. They left my nails in a bowl of lukewarm water for a minute max. Then cut/filed my nails to a rough shape that didn't feel very rounded. After applying a base coat two color coats and a final coat they sent me to dry my nails without any touch up of the polish that had gotten around my nail bed on multiple fingers. I went back to ask one of them to touch up my nails and he just scraped it off pretty roughly with his fingernail leaving my nail bed rough and the nail polish still thereI would highly suggest going somewhere else if you want your nails done professionally. These guys never fail to do an excellent job. However, today was my best experience. I had a spa pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The lady who did my pedicure today was fantastic. What was so amazing was the massage portion of the pedicure. I am seven months pregnant, and my feet have been sore and swollen for about a month now. She didn't ask me where exactly I needed the most attention or anything. She just knew. Since leaving, the swelling in my feet, ankles and calves has gone down dramatically.
