This place is conveniently located up the street from me and I wanted to give it a try given it was a black owned business, but sadly those reasons are not enough to make me a repeat visitor. For one, they are entirely too slow. There is no way you should be running a business with only 2 people. I came back multiple times to get my nails done and the wait was over 2 hours. And lastly I wasn't thrilled with the customer services. A friend referred me to this place saying it was black owned and I try to support black business since I have one of my own. HOWEVER!!!! It took entirely TOO long to do a mani and pedi. I’m sure i was there for almost 3.5hrs. The inside is beautiful, the pedi wasn’t bad. The lady was a bit rough but not bad. Now the OWNER🙄 her service SUCKS!! She is rude. She said she has been doing nails for 10 yrs but maybe she was just painting them because she sucks at everything else. I get sns and when I say I was steaming😡 when I left after paying $90 + a tip. My nails looked like a damn toddler did them they weren’t shaped, they were thick and lumpy, different lengths and sizes. I wanted to like this place because it is so conveniently located relative to my house, but after trying it twice, I will definitely not be going back. Not only are their prices higher than other nearby salons, but their service is extremely slow and low quality. I was there for 3.5 hours for a pedicure and full set, which is entirely too long. What is worse, it is now four days later, and I just had one of my nails pop off very easily. Even though I told the nail tech that my acrylic nails were too long FOUR different times, she still insisted that she shouldn't take any length off. She also did not shape them in they way that I requested. If I am paying that much money for a service, I expect it to ultimately be what I actually asked for. Sure the place looks nice and clean but they did a terrible job on my nails. Was charged $40 for a fill in and it was rushed. She didn't shape my nails and cut my fingers up with her drilling. I don't Recommend anybody go to this place. Read Less

So I just had the strangest experience at this place.  I went in for a simple basic manicure. This should take about 20-30 min. tops...over an hour later my nails were done...sort of?!?! The girl doing my nails did the normal clean up job and then when it was time to paint them...she stops gets up and tells me another girl will paint my nails. She then tells another customer to go ahead and have a seat for a pedicure and that she will be right over to her. Basically she was going to leave me sitting there waiting on another nail tech while she was going to start a new customer. I told her that I would like to get home and could she just "finish the job" she them proceeded to tell me that they don't allow her to paint nails..WHAT???? She is a nail tech that doesn't paint nails? I told her to just go ahead and do it. She then gets up and goes somewhere at this point I ask if I can just have the polish to finish it myself. The other customer that she was going to leave me for ends up walking out...them after about 15 min of her trying to paint my nails another girl comes over to finish. The girl that finishes my nails leaves another customer waiting while she goes in between the 2 of us. The other customer said she was there 3 hours getting a mani and pedi. Luxury Nail Bar & Spa certainly lived up to its name. Clients are served wine during their service while sitting on plush seats in a bright and pretty salon. The owner did my nails and an assistant took care of my pedicure. They both made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I enjoyed myself (especially after accepting a second serving of wine). But I guess I paid for that wine and then some because the total for my visit was about $40 higher than I usually pay at the nearby salon--which isn't as swanky. Lady doing my manicure was very sweet. I found this place to be overpriced. I also enjoy getting a pedicure in a massage chair. The bench with pillows dont cut it for me. The owner is NOT personable at all. She actually made me feel uncomfortable because of the horrible look on her face the entire time she was servicing clients. She barely spoke and when she did it was in a rude tone. It is however very nice on the inside. The way she speaks to her staff is unacceptable and I actually feel bad for them. Andrea did my pedicure and she was very sweet and did a good job. However, I will never come back to this place because of the owners horrible attitude!!! One of the BEST nail salons in Atlanta. I moved here over a year ago and have tried many nail salons. I would find one I like but I never really found a salon I loved. Well I definitely LOVE this place! They also offer champagne and mimosas, which is hard to find in Atlanta. The environment is very clean, fresh, and chic. I enjoyed every minute,  the atmosphere was very relaxing and the customer service is great.   I love how close the shop is to home and the techs did a great job on my nails and the owner performed a wonderful facial.  She gave me beauty tips I never knew and helped me overcome lots of stress.  I will be returning. I just moved to area, and looking at their reviews I'm very confused as to why they are only 2.5 stars. I absolutely love this place! Only been twice, but each time they've been so sweet to me always asking if they are massaging too hard, etc. I love them, and they all speak only English. I hate going to other salons where they talk to each other and I can't understand them, very rude in my opinion. I decided that i would try this business because it is close to me and black owned. ..my first time going there was 8/28...i received a full set paid my money and tip and left....didn't really like them but they were passable....that following day i left for a 8 day cruise that following Monday My nail on my ring finger fell off on my left hand then that following Wednesday my thumb broke off and took some of my nail off with it and now my ring finger on my right hand is loose. I had called the establishment today and was told that it's almost two weeks and that I cannot get my money back... because I don't know how I could have gotten it back anyway because I was on a cruise... And that I could come in and they could fix the ones that are broken and I'm like no I would just rather have my money back and she tells me that they can't do it and they can fix the ones that are broken and I'm like no I said you're not going to fix them right she said how do you know its only been one time I said because you didn't fix them right the first time. I'd rather go somewhere else... I gave them one star because it is a beautiful ambience but ambience does not make up for the fact that your business is not up to par in customer service... Horrible place. I went in for a quick gel polish change & to start off I told them I was in a rush. In the middle of doing my nails after I waited 20 minutes to sit, she leaves and starts doing someone's eyebrows that just walked in. Then messed up my nail, then 4 days later my gel polish started peeling off when I usually go other places and it lasts 2 weeks. And they are over priced. Will not be going here again. Read Less

Not really my favorite nail salon. Went there once for a pedicure and the man doing it seemed as if it were his first time. Went back today (Sunday) and they open at 12. I was there at 12 sharp and the hostess greeted me, asked what I wanted, offered me drinks, and told me to wait for the eyebrow lady to arrive she's always right on time. After waiting about 5 min she calls the eyebrow lady to find out she's not coming in today because it's her birthday she's out of town. SO, there's only one lady that does eyebrows on Sunday's ? Also, if you are the hostess that works with these employees everyday wouldn't you have known it was her birthday and she was taking a vacation? Very unprofessional. So I have been to this salon 2x... the 2nd (really 3rd) being today. The 1st time i wanted a pedicure. There was only one person working at the time and she was giving a manicure to a client. She continued talking and working as I stood at the front desk. While I am patient and have no quarrels about my 3-4 minute wait,-- because I must admit, the place is beautiful to look at--- it would have been nice to be greeted with a "hello" or "I'll be with you in a second". l suppose since I didn't leave right away she felt obligated to speak to me and simply asked what service I wanted. Not rude but not friendly either. After I asked for a pedicure she informed me that her partner/ coworker was out to lunch but I could wait for her to come back. At 3pm? Um, okayyy?!? This told me right away they were understaffed and unable to serve a revolving door of clients like most nail salons do. I asked how long the wait would be. She didn't know. But offered to call and I could come back later. I decided to just come back since I didn't want to become bothersome and interrupt another clients service. BUT WHEN I DID COME BACK AN HOUR LATER... they were closed... BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Seriously? For most this would be a done deal. But I figured there could have been a valid reason for them closing the salon early. So its been weeks and today I went back. This 2nd (or really 3rd) time I again tried my luck. And guess what? The lights were out! Nobody was there! Now, I would love to say that this salon offers great service and give them 5 stars across the board. But to run a business you actually have to be OPEN! Then be STAFFED sufficiently. Having fluffy pillows, and candles, and pretty little trinkets all over the place means NOTHING IF YOUR DOORS ARE CLOSED... AND YOU DONT ACTUALLY PROVIDE A SERVICE. The people that work there are very rude. My sister bought me the Groupon for this place as a gift. I called last Friday to make an appointment for that following Saturday. I first told them I wanted 2 manicures and pedicures for me and my cousin. They were fine with it until I said one of them will be paid with Groupon and the woman on the phone told me they don't take Groupons on Saturdays, because they want actual paying people to come in, whatever that meant. So, then I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow, they were still rude to me when I told them I was paying with Groupon after I made the normal appointment and told me they were already booked for Groupons. And the woman on the phone told me I should have called earlier in the week to make the appointment. I would just like to point out, you were going to take my appointment, before I told you I was going to use my Groupon, so don't get an attitude with me, because you didn't state on the actual Groupon how you want people to actually make appointments. I would have come to the shop and just paid regular money if they weren't so rude to me twice. There is a way to let customers know you can't take them and still get them to come back. Read Less

The pros: First I must say that the ambience was wonderful, they have done an excellent job with the decor, which makes the atmosphere bright and inviting.  They provided you with compimentary wine which was also nice. Another positive attribute was that I was there before my party and they were kind and considerate especially since my party was 45 minutes behind schedule.  The Cons: However three stars is for the service.  Upon my arrival I asked for a deluxe mani/pedi, however once everything was completed I realized that I only had my nail polish applied with no hand scrubbing, and mositurization.  She explained that's she provided a delux pedi and basic mani...which IS NOT WHAT I requested. I know I asked for a deluxe Mani/Pedi since it is a package and having a deluxe mani and basic pedi is the same price, it made sense to purchase the deluxe mani pedi. I also knew she made a mistake/error in providing me with correct services as I also asked for eyebrow threading and never recieved it. Instead of apologizing the owner simply stated that I ordered deluxe pedi and basic pedi, which was untrue! I choose not to argue as it was my friends bachelorette and everyone was having a pleasant time. Also she did not do an excellent job with the manicure (she did not even seal the nail polish). If you can tolerate subpar service and gorgeous ambiance this is the place for you, however if you don't mind great nail service with minimalist ambiance,  this is not the best choice for your buck. I mentioned the Groupon and suddenly they only had an appointment next week on a week day at 10:00 AM. I discovering this new and glamorous nail shop I went in and was so impressed with how clean and pretty it was. The owner is a lovely woman with the best of intentions.however I allowed her to put a full set of nails on me with acrylic and it was a disaster she obviously had no experience and did not tell me this halfway through the service I was tempted to leave but I was so humiliated and felt bad for her because I knew she was doing the best that she could so I sat there and let her continue I spent most of the night awake because I was so uncomfortable and was up trying to soothe the several places that she cut my cuticle. I was in so much pain for several days and had to pay $25 to have this mess removed from my fingertips. The owner was nice enough to return my money but I would never visit her shop again. Read Less

I had noticed a new nail salon had opened in this shopping center. Since it close to home and I was in desperate need of a pedicure I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised after walking in to find the place beautifully decorated. I was helped right away and found my feet soaking in hot water after just a few minutes.
