I’ve been a customer since 2013 and always pleased with the service I receive. In the past, I would avoid going to places during busy time as they would rush, this is NOT the case here! They take their time and give me full service that I’m praying for. They are clean and very friendly! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!! Ms. Che Che and Anne gives the BEST PEDICURES and Hai (Hi) does my nails and eyebrows!

I came here despite all of the bad reviews and poor ratings online because I really needed to get my nails done for an important church encounter out of town. The salon was due to close 20 minutes from the moment I walked through the door, they welcomed me and did not rush while doing my nails. I say all this to make a point, (most) of the time the only reason someone posts a review online is to complain or because they were upset. My experience here was great, prices are more than fair, and service is excellent! I will be back soon, I’m definitely due to get my nails done.
Please experience this place for yourself and write a good review so that our nail techs get more recognition and will make our nails even more flawless knowing that we will brag about them online.

So I was there yesterday with my aunt as a birthday gift, she informed me of going here for years . Despite the lovely appearance of the environment , to my aunt and i’s surprise , it was a horrible experience. The lady and man doing my feet and hands were very rude the entire time. Even when I kept apologizing for what came across as paying for their service to be some type of inconvenience for both the lady and man . Many times I watched the man doing my nails look away and off at something else while doing my nails. I even had to have him take off two nails and redo them because the both of them were crooked!!! Also had to have him adjust the length many times cause a lot of them weren’t symmetrical. Then when I brought another nail that was a different size to his attention , he tried to blame that I had two different sized hands so he applied to different sized acrlic nails . I don’t understand what that has to do with all my nails lengths being different, and even if my hands are two different size, it’s your job to make them all look the same!!! Then after all of these mistakes , tried to rush me providing payment for these nails before he even applied the paint to them!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I went to get my nails done on Saturday April 14th. When walking into the nail salon is very inviting and clean. However the service leaves much to be desired. For a pedicure and an SNS full set I was there for 2 hours. They even more upsetting part is I still had to come back and get my entire right-hand redone because the technician did such a terrible job. Less than 1 week later my nails look terrible. The matte top coat has come off of a few of my nails. And my right thumb nail is completely broken. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go to the salon to waste any more money. Be mindful of your hard-earned money that you're spending and choose somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience today. I had my feet soaking for a very long time before they even came to me. They handed me the pedicure menu and I said no thank you I want the basic pedicure and they said ok its $25. I thought it was a little pricey but agreed. When i was paying i looked at price board and it said a basic pedicure was $20. The sea salt pedicure was $25. They basically tricked me i to paying more. I literally saw my nail tech rinse the nail tools she used on the person before me and reuse them with out sanitation. I have a cosmetology license so I know sanitation requirements. On top of all this the staff was obviously talking about me and my sister in a different language. This has happened a lot to me at nail salons but that doesnt make it acceptable. Be professional if you want returning customers!

Been coming here for a long time - but am hoping to find another nail salon that will provide better customer service. This nail salon takes "appointments", but half the time, it does not matter if you have an appointment or not because they do not honor or give preference to customers with appointments. I am writing this review at 12:24 pm, my "appointment" was at 12, my nail technician came over to tell me that a walk-in had come in that she had to take! Ridiculous. Manager does not have any consideration for customer's time.

I went to this place 08/02/17 and asked for SNS which I've had before and this location did. The lady did not do the process correctly. At the end I asked if she was going to put the dryer on it which apparently is the UV light. I asked for this because before they did a combination process and I thought that was the routine. She did it and owner tried to make me pay for it and I said no I didn't pay before. He said not last long I said it would. He kept yelling at me saying I was going to pay for both times. So this morning I wake up and the top layer is cracking badly. I came back after calling and being advised to come in and he refuse to give money back or fix. So I called police because it's the principal. 5 thumbs down.

The staff is very friendly and the manager always wants to make sure that you're happy. There are several people that can do nails very well so... no need to wait for any particular person. Only reason I will not give them a five is because they are not good with eyebrows. I am allergic to wax and I need to shave. Regardless of who does it, I can never get me a good shape.

The worst customer service ever. The owner Tim ONLY cares about money. Granted, Carol and Amy are very nice but the others, A MESS! I went to get a pedi and Amy was not available. I ended up getting someone else who charged me $40 for a pedi. I have never paid this much for a pedi. I spoke with Tim and he absolutely cared nothing about the miscommunication between the lady and I. He is all about the money. Nothing else. I will never go here again and urge people to take their hard earned money else where to a business who will appreciate it. In addition, there was an pregnant lady there who they forgot completely about and was rude to. The lady waited for over an hour. TAKE YOU MONEY ELSE WHERE! BEWARE!

I just went in for the first time today (1.11.16) and I had a fantastic experience!! I've only ever had my nails done twice in my entire life and recently decided to have them done regularly. This was the first place I tried and they have my business!! I requested a regular manicure and Vinh did my nails. We ended up doing a gel manicure instead and it turned out wonderful!! He was so great, very nice, and clearly knew what he was doing. He has been doing nails for 20 years! I had a wonderful experience and everything turned out beautifully at a great price. Will definitely be going back to see Vinh again. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and up to date. Great experience.

I went to here last Thursday to get my acrylics taken off. I paid to try the new SNS nails. The lady so super rough on my fingers causing my pinky to bleed. When she finished I didn't like the outcome, but I gave it a shot. She told me my nails would not crack. Sunday afternoon I noticed a crack in my nail and it broke off with my nail. Monday I proceed to go get it fixed. While working another lady asked me where and who did my nails. I told her it was in and pointed to the lady. They started yelling and arguing in front of me. While grabbing my hands. After that nothing was said. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the owner asked me if I'm sure I got my nails done there and by her. She said her employee was telling her she didn't. She proceed to call me a liar and said I went somewhere else and I'm causing trouble. Excuse me? The only reason I remember I went there was because the one who did my nails Thursday was there and the one who did them today was. The one from today had a minkskirt on and when she stood up Thursday her private area was hanging out. You may have a ton of clients and dint remember them, but I couldn't forget in 4 days. I don't appreciate being called a liar.

I came here despite all of the bad reviews and poor ratings online because I really needed to get my nails done for an important church encounter out of town. The salon was due to close 20 minutes from the moment I walked through the door, they welcomed me and did not rush while doing my nails. I say all this to make a point, (most) of the time the only reason someone posts a review online is to complain or because they were upset. My experience here was great, prices are more than fair, and service is excellent! I will be back soon, I’m definitely due to get my nails done.

So I was there yesterday with my aunt as a birthday gift, she informed me of going here for years . Despite the lovely appearance of the environment , to my aunt and i’s surprise , it was a horrible experience. The lady and man doing my feet and hands were very rude the entire time. I went to get my nails done on Saturday April 14th. When walking into the nail salon is very inviting and clean. However the service leaves much to be desired. For a pedicure and an SNS full set I was there for 2 hours. Been coming here for a long time - but am hoping to find another nail salon that will provide better customer service. This nail salon takes "appointments", but half the time, it does not matter if you have an appointment or not because they do not honor or give preference to customers with appointments. The staff is very friendly and the manager always wants to make sure that you're happy. There are several people that can do nails very well so... no need to wait for any particular person. Only reason I will not give them a five is because they are not good with eyebrows. I am allergic to wax and I need to shave. Regardless of who does it, I can never get me a good shape.

I ended up getting someone else who charged me $40 for a pedi. I have never paid this much for a pedi. I just went in for the first time today (1.11.16) and I had a fantastic experience!! I've only ever had my nails done twice in my entire life and recently decided to have them done regularly. This was the first place I tried and they have my business!! I requested a regular manicure and Vinh did my nails. We ended up doing a gel manicure instead and it turned out wonderful!! He was so great, very nice, and clearly knew what he was doing. He has been doing nails for 20 years! I had a wonderful experience and everything turned out beautifully at a great price.
