Just so everyone is aware......they cannot do any of the things shown in the google pictures....I’m not sure if they are stolen or very old or what. Also it took me two hours to get a fill because the technician was very very slow and confused so she kept starting everything over. The design I wanted she told me would be $70 with a fill....I told her that was fine as long as she used real crystals, she was unable to do the design so I said ok just paint them with glitter.....she took forever even trying to do that did a mediocre job at best and then charged me $40 when it was a fill with gel polish and that’s it. I had a pedicure here and while it took longer that I prefer, it’s really lasted! I am on a beach and snorkeling daily and it’s only STARTING to chip nearly 2 weeks later. And it was normal polish not shellac. Read Less

We had a Bridal party of 5+ come for the following services 1 pedicure and manicures SNS polish 2 paraffin wax pedicure with gel polish1 manicure gel polish2 manicure SNS polishThe Yelp app advised their was a 5% discount off services. The owner refused to redeem. There were no prices for gel polish listed on the price chart; the owner advised it was an $15 up charge for it after services were rendered. The paraffin wax was extremely hot and not applied correctly. The gel polish was not applied incorrectly and very thick. The nail tech didn't understand the desired services spoken in English. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! TERRIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would! I went in looking to just get a short set of acrylic nails for a trip I was going on. First off the whole thing was rushed, the nail technician acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Second, when I asked her to make the nails shorter because she had not followed my wishes she complained that she had to clip and file them again (I think she added on a charge for that which is crazy). Third and the main reason I will never go here and urge everyone to find somewhere else is that even after asking not to have my nails/cuticles drilled down so much, she made my cuticles bleed in not one but four places!!!!!! Then she continued to put acrylic powder on top!!! I had to ask her to stop so that I could go wash my hands to try and stop the bleeding!! They do not care about customers at all and honestly it was the WORST my nails have ever looked! I ended up repainting them myself after I got home. Read Less

The service here was so HORRIBLE! I thought I was getting a fill in but left out looking like my 9 month old niece painted my nails. Amy, told me one price for my nails ($31) and when I went to the register she add an extra $8! I wouldn't recommend this place to my pet dog!!!! Total waste of money they rush there work. Read Less

Awful. If I could rate it a zero I probably would. I showed a picture to the lady and asked her to make the acrylics look like this. Now, I know they're not going to look exactly the same but she didn't even come close. They are way longer than I wanted them to be AND there is an air bubble in my thumb nail that is huge. She didn't clean up my nails and the polish is uneven near my cuticle and a few of my nails are crooked CROOKED. I asked her to fix one of them because the tip of the nail was uneven, and she just said "later" and never fixed it. She was also very rough with the acrylic tools. Hands down worst experience at a nail place ever. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. Read Less

I have been in this salon for several years. I am always satisfied with the care that they demonstrate with the clients. Very good customer service. Whether I request shellac or gel nails they are always magnificent. They always massage my shoulders and neck when my nails drying. Read Less

The only person who has been able to make acrylic bond to my nails in Mindy. She's absolutely amazing at what she does. After a week and a half my nails are usually lifting but not when Mindy dies them. When age does them it's more like 3 weeks in between fill-ins. Read Less

I will not be coming back here. They didn't even use cuticle remover prior to removal and it was very painful plus left my heels rough with skin loose and the design was horrible. Will have to pay twice for a pedicure! I do not recommend this place. Read Less

I will never go here again. I went for my last pedi and they cut too far down the side of my nail and 2 days later I was at the doctor with an infection and put on antibiotics. They cultured it and it was staph. I called the salon and the manager was out and never called me back! Read Less
