Very rude customer service. I paid almost $40 for S&S and it was totally not worth it. I could’ve gone to Walmart and bought some stick on nails and they would’ve looked better. My nails are uneven, bumpy and way too thick. The girl doing my nails didn’t seem to care whenever I would say something. I went in to get my nails done. I had talked to the lady about getting a French manicure but decided against it. She still proceeded to give me the manicure. I was wondering what she was doing because I had told her I didn’t want one. So I stopped her. She had someone else do my nails because she couldn’t understand what I wasn’t saying and i was getting frustrated. The man that was doing my nails made the white tip far too thin. I don’t think he could understand what I wasn’t trying to say either. So the lack of communication frustrate me also. I paid 50$ for nails that look like I couldve gotten them from Walmart and glued them on. Not impressed at all. Very angry. I am very unhappy with their service. I’ve had gel on my nails and they literally ruined my nails, cut them too short, after 5 days two nails are already broken, whereas in other place my nails lasts for 5 weeks. They even do not deserve a one star, I went this morning to do my nails"sns" , the lady started doing them and after ten minutes she told me sorry I need to stop my customer is here, I told her what dose this means? She said somebody else is going to finish for you. Then they come to me saying you need to wait for another 15 minutes, I said how that can be the lady is already started doing my nails, she said the manager said if you don't like it you can leave, and I left because they are such a bad customer service, no humanity, very nasty, I am so sad. Very professional receptionist. Huge color selection. Nice atmosphere. As for the pedicure technician, you might have to go through a fee before you can find one that takes pride in what they do. My pedicure was rushed. Took about 15 minutes. I had to stop the lady in the middle of polishing my toes because it looked so sloppy and the corners was not getting done. Depends who you get. Always go here and usually they're amazing. Usually really friendly and the nails look great and last really long. But after today I wouldn't recommend at all and definitely won't be returning. My nails look awful and they're not what I asked for at all the only good thing is the colour of the gel. Worst nail shop experience ever.. if I could give it no starts I would.. front desk girl was rude, nail tech (April) was rude and nonchalant and didn't care when she hurt me while trying to take off a nail. Then when I asked her to clean up under the nail better she got an attitude and still didnt do a good job. When I expressed my dislike in the job she didn't care to fix it. I have never seen the under my nail look so horrible I don't even have word. My nail under the fake is uneven and not smooth. Some of the edges are lifting and she didn't care to file that off. Had acrylics done here for my wedding 12 days ago, I think it was a new girl that did them & well, she made my thumb & little finger bleed from filing, there was glue everywhere, tips weren't even on properly & still aren't & I'm scared to even have them taken off! In the end the man & another lady had to take over, there is also so much gel on the top that has made them super thick & ridiculous to use, staff were nice & nails looked alright from on top which is the reason I didn't say anything in the shop as they said the glue would come off, it was just underneath & how thick they are. I am in disbelief that this is not already on Yelp!I have not in a long time given an establishment a perfect rating, but this salon absolutely deserves it.Let me start by saying their interior is BEAUTIFUL. They have (as you can see in their Facebook) a beautiful waterfall that is lit up behind their front counter. They have facials, massages, and of course many types of pedicures and manicures to be done for customers. Many colors to choose from on the right side wall when you enter the spa.Chairs are very comfortable and new-looking, massage feature is actually understandable and you can change pretty easily where it is and how you like it. This is nice because many spas I've visited do indeed have confusing massage chairs that make it difficult to use any function other than "auto".The ladies do a great job. There is always a conversation with laughter to be heard between customers and the employees here; even some of the sweet ladies' husbands work here! Many of the ladies do great freehand designs based off of any type of idea you give them. They will redo it immediately if you aren't pleased.Pedicures (which I normally get) are average in price. The honey deluxe package is lovely, with a sugar honey scrub and massage. It is only 23 $. I asked for a gel color to be put on my toes, which was much ore expensive of course, but gel manicures are only 24 $ I believe.I WILL be returning here, despite the drive I make from Lawrenceville! The lady who took great care of me took the time to be gentle with some ingrown toenails I always seem to have in my big toes. This has been an issue for me at other salons, as many salon care employees will be far too rough in trying to dig them out and even at one point I was left with an infection... nasty.All in all, lovely interior with a CLEAN and BRIGHT decor style.
