One star because zero isn't an option. I went in to get my full set taken off and replaced because I had assumed it was time for a new set. Instead of soaking the nails off they pulled and plucked my nails off causing so much pain and four fingers to bleed. I have never had an experience like this. After taking my nails off the nail tech asks why did I want them off and I explained to her I had them on for about two weeks and just thought it was time for a new set. She responded, "Oh no, you should've kept them on, they're not old". If I had known that, I would've. After so much pain, I decided to do without a full set (even though they tried to convince me to put acrylic over my bleeding nail beds) and got a gel manicure. Only 2 visits ever to this salon. First time had gel done. It was an okay job. Last visit a few weeks ago had SNS done. (My regular salon was closed and I was going out of town.) My SNS was finished with what I figured out later was a gel top coat. I questioned the use of the UV light but she made it sound like it was just a quicker way to make them shinier. Didn't tell me it was gel. Top coat started lifting and peeling the next day, but I was out of town for the week and couldn't go back. By the time I was back home, several nails had no top coat left. I am only doing one star because that’s all it will let me do. The woman doing my nails was more focused on what the person next to me wanted, then taking care of me. I went in to get my gel polish taken off, and get my nails filed. I leave with some polish still on my nails, glue from the previous set still on my nails, and my nails are all different lengths. I now have to go home and redo my nails. I am so upset I’m never going back there. Read Less

Very good service. Anna is very friendly and does a great job with pedicures. You also get complementary bottled water which is a plus. When I accidentally chipped my gel nail after a few days, I went back and they fixed it free of charge. Cindy also does a great job with french tips! Read Less

Had a great experience took my girls nine ans four with me as well I got a full set with gel nails and so did my oldest and My baby got a mani with designs on each nail we love them. The people r nice and they give u a water while u wait/get your service. It was pricey but I believe it would have been that much n e where I think n e ways!!! This place is disgusting...I just left there an I wanted a spa pedicure, I sat down enjoying the bubbling of the warm water an the cap in the water sprouted off the water party of chair... My God, the dirty filthy unclean area under the cap spread in the water, it was blk gray greasy stuff from where they never take the cap off an clean...I just got up an left an told them I will be back... The cap screws on an off so it's not like they cannot get to that part of the chair, never again... You could see the nasty film that had accumulated around there... Never again Read Less
