This place is horrible! They can’t do nails. My daughter came in from Vegas and I wanted to treat her to a manicure and pedicure because she is so busy she never has time to pamper herself. She showed them a picture and he didn’t even come close. He didn’t even do anything to her cuticles. He glued on some fake nails and they were lopsided. I've passed by this salon on many occasions to get home. Now that I'm back in Georgia (YAYYY with 2 emoji hand clasps) I was looking for a great salon. I came here on a Tuesday when it was just about to rain. I received a pedicure and gel manicure and I must say the service was outstanding. Service was so good I wasn't going to write a review to keep this gem to myself. However, that didn't make any sense so I sent a group chat to my girls about the location and I'm writing a review! What I particularly liked about the service is the gentleman who provided my pedicure took his time, it wasn't pack, staffed appropriately and my feet feel wonderful. He removed a lot of dead skin from my feet which I have because of my exercise regiment. The lady next to me looked at me and said feels good doesn't it? I said yes it does. She also raved about the excellent service too. My gel manicure was awesome as well and I will be returning with my bridesmaids for wedding day services. Read Less

I am very pleased with the results of my pedicure, but not pleased that it took 2 hours. I arrived after making an appointment first thing for 9am on a Saturday so there wasn't a wait. I just don't understand that took two hours. And they forgot about my manicure. The manager felt bad and another customer gave up her spot so I could get it done. Very friendly and clean. Staff is friendly and courteous. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. Had an acrylic fill with gel polish. I love my nails! I would highly recommend. They do not rush through and do great work! I will be back . Read Less

Thank you Rubi Nails for a job well done!  I WISH you guys were in Virginia Beach with me! I brought my mother to this nail salon on Christmas Eve right when they opened, and they already had a bunch of customers.  We waited for a little while before we were seen for a mani/pedi/fill-in. This place is definitely worth the wait!  Although you may get irritated for waiting too long, each employee takes their time to make sure you are happy with their visit.  The price is also out of this world!  It's VERY affordable, I only wish I could take their salon and employees with me to VA. =[ It doesn't matter which nail tech you get because each one does an awesome job, customer friendly, & speaks good english =]  I didn't have to worry about "omg are they talking about my feet" at this location.  Next time i'm in town, i'm going to make sure I visit this place again!Thank you for the wonderful service on our nails! My nails looks AMAZING after a visit here. I was in the area doing some shopping at the nearby outlet malls with my mom when we decided to get our nails done too. Boy, are we glad we did! The shop was very clean with an extremely friendly staff. I brought in a picture I found online that my nail tech happily replicated. The end result was fantastic and I'd happily visit here again. I've been somewhat of a regular here for over a year or two, and I've never had a bad experience. I get my eyebrows and gel nails there, and I can honestly say that it always turns out nice. Amy (I think that's her name, the younger of the daughters) is very attentive and actually cares about if what you're getting done is right for you, and does freehand designs very well. Whenever I'm back home I get my nails and brows done because I know I can trust them! Location is perfect if you live in Heron Bay, very comfortable place. Read Less

Everyone was friendly and the salon was not over crowded with people (I did go during the weekdays after lunch). The pedi chairs are extremely comfortable! They took there time and did not rush through the mani or pedi. I got gel polish and my tech did an outstanding job. He didn't grind my nails like  some salons have in the past. He took care not to damage my already brittle nails. The massage was outstanding for both feet and hands! I will be back.I didn't leave 5 stars because I am a neat freak and while the place overall was clean, I would have preferred to see the nail desks wiped down more carefully. Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Normally if I start going to a nail salon, it seems like the more they get to know you as a regular, the less they care about your service. This is definitely not the case at Rubi. They take their time every single time I come in and the result is always fabulous! They're so nice and they really take care of their customers. They also always do really good on my eyebrows. It's a little bit of a drive for me but it's worth it every time. Read Less
