DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE!! I went in to get a pedicure and it was horrible. The gentleman who did my pedicure was being trained by his mother. I didn't recieve my message and my toes were not done correctly. I ended up having to go back because the top of my feet started peeling and the gentleman stated that it was normal, mind you I get a pedicure every two weeks from at the place I normally go to and this has never happened before and my toe was sore as well. I notice my toe started to hurt really bad and finally decided to.go to the doctor and was told that I had a toenail fungus and due to being on immune suppressant drugs, I couldn't take the pill and the cream problem wouldn't work so I needed to have the toenail removed. I immediately went back to the nail shop and asked to speak to the manager and he came asked when I recieved service, looked at my toenail and said that it wasn't a toenail fungus. I explain I had just left the doctor and have the paperwork. The gentleman who originally did my pedicure was not in the shop neither was the gentleman I had spoke with about my feet peeling at the top. The manager then rudely asked well what do you want me to do about it? I will never go back to this place they are overpriced and rude, save yourself the trouble. If I had the option of giving a zero I would. I will never patronize rhis company again. Read Less

Started out really good but has progressively gone downhill in quality. They need to slow down, listen to the customer, stop going up in price by adding extra charges (example: extra charge for painting one fingernail a different color than the rest-and I don't mean taking the polish off and changing the color, I mean putting on polish the first time after preparing nails and you want 1 or 2 nails painted a different color than the rest). They also offer you water as if a courtesy but I'm unsure if they charge you for it or not because they don't tell you about the extra charges unless you make it a point to ask about everything. When I first started going there my nails were nice, neat, pretty and stayed on for a while without any problems. The last two times I got my nails done there I had to file off what was left on my skin and the nails came loose within 2 weeks the 2nd time ago and came loose 1 week after the last time I got them done there. I'm one that normally has no problem with my nails staying on and not coming loose until at least 3 weeks after or more. I was so hoping that this place would be great but unfortunately I can't say it is or refer anyone to them after my experience with them. It saddens me. Read Less

If a half a start was an option you wouldn't get that. You have inexperienced nail techs and it's the only nail place that charges for literally everything. Not only was I charged to take off my gel color but I asked for a manicure and pedicure. I didn't know at the time the full sets wer e not in the book and the $45 price was for basic. I was charged bc I was somehow misunderstood. So I had to pay for a full set and location on my hand and a freaking how towel. I will never go back and make sure my friends and family know about this God awful excuse of a salon. Read Less

I come here for quick service, not quality. If I have a time constraint then I'll come here to get a pedicure. If I need a polish change, then I come here because of the color selection but as far as quality... it's ok. I've never had to wait because they have at least 20 nail techs but this place is over priced. I would only recommend if you're pushing for time and don't mind spending extra money. Me and my mom went there and let me tell you what they did to me and my mom, first my mom told them she is on a fix income but she gets her nails and toes done ever 2 months, when they were doing our toes the man at the register can bye and ask if we could go ahead and pay, we did and my mom ask him to bring her some change, the guy that was doing her nails said bring her 2 tens ,I told him bring her change, when he came back I did not know that he did only bring her 2 tens, ...when they finish with our toes ever one left, I keep waiting for them to come back but they did not , I ask my mom how much did she tip and then I found out she tip them both 10.00 because the guy only gave her 2 tens, am mad because she saves 2 months to get her feet and nails done and after them getting 20.00 tip for a 43.00 bill they took off and the towel girl took the things between our toes off and walk us out, the chair did not work and my toes are mess up because they where not dry, and my side of my foot hurts where he use a cutter that he use to cut my toes on the side of my foot, I will never go back again!!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done here for quite a while. They are always very polite and the facility is very clean. I always get my nails done by Charley and he is AMAZING. This was my second experience at QC Nails and I am even more unsatisfied. It was the quickest pedicure I have ever had and the water was freezing even after I told the lady it was cold. I feel like I paid $33 just to have my toes painted which I could have done at home. I want my money back! Read Less

I went and got my toes done yesterday and today my big toes are so sore I have cuts on my big toe and my pinky toe the nail polish isn’t even painted correctly!! And when she did my massage she only did it for literally 20 seconds and I am not kidding you when I say that I will never come to this nail place again!! I will stick with my V.I.P nails and they have better prices and massage your legs for at least 10 mins on each leg and they know how to paint toes correctly! Read Less

I went in this afternoon to have my eyebrows waxed. I explained to the lady I just wanted them cleaned up. I get home and look at my eyebrows and realized that she tried arching ONE of my eyebrows!! She left long hair and there are bald spots. I called and complained and asked for a refund but they said they couldn't do it. They could fix my eyebrows but I explained there's nothing to fix because there is no hair left. The lady was super fast when she did my eyebrows. I definitely will NOT be back here. Read Less

I enjoyed the pedicure. The massage was great - wish it could've lasted longer. What I don't like is EVERY time I go in there, they ALWAYS try to pressure you for more services. Always try to upsell! This place used to be good not really sure what happened. Everything has a $3 increase to it which is ridiculous. Asking customers to pay $23 for a BASIC pedicure is crazy. I wanted a pedi/mani and my old acrylics taken off. Pedicure was fine. Now my nails are another story. Instead of letting them soak off she tried ripping them off with another tip. My husband & I have been long time customers of QC.  We were customers before they expanded and got "fancy".  In the past We have received top notch pedicures and great SNS. As far as cleanliness, they are clean. There prices have gone up AGAIN, but their service is the same. I don't mind paying for great service, this place has never saved me any money for sure, I have 2 daughters. However the last couple of times I've been in there, they are too busy to give each person the attention they are paying for, and it seems the pedicures are less than great and the nail service is NOT worth the wait. My daughter loves this place but due to the prices, she goes elsewhere. She referred me to them so I tried them out. And I keep trying and trying and trying to see what my daughter sees but my perception is different than hers. I see an overpriced, under experienced techs, and fast food type nail salon. They don't take the time to care for you for the money spent. One guy came and did my nails one time and his hands smelled like he washed them in nicotine from where he smokes and he was touching all on my hands. I was disgusted. Their polish is very very cheap and they do not know how to shape nails. They try to butter you up though with water and wine. They dont even offer sodas anymore that I've seen. Last thing, they DUG in my purse and handed me my wallet so I could pay....claiming she wanted to shut down her register when REALLY she just wanted to make sure I paid for my services. This was my first time going to QC Nails and it was the worst pedicure EVER. I don't think they even realized I was a person, they basically run you thru like an assembly line. They even have someone who walks around and monitors the technicians to make sure they are not spending too much time with a client. The language barrier is unbelievable, the person that I had did not even understand the word STOP. Their feeble attempt to offer us a beverage was ridiculous. The ONLY people that spoke ANY English were at the front desk. When you walk in the door, I can see how someone may be impressed by the size of the operation with all the cute kid's chairs in the front and the water wall in the back, but take a minute to look around the base of the chair you are assigned. Mine was extremely dirty. The chair itself and the surrounding floor looked like it had never been cleaned. I should haven taken this as a clue and left immediately. I was there with my two adult daughters, both of which were extremely disappointed. When we left, you could still see the color of our previous nail polish in the corner of our toes and our feet felt like sandpaper. One of my daughters had to return ONE hour later because the polish they applied just slid off of her toe in one big piece. Needless to say, we will never go back. Read Less

I went here a few days ago to get acrylics. The ladies in the front of the store were so nice! But, the man who did my nails...not so much. I'm thinking he is the owner maybe? Older man, very aggressive. He was very cold and made it seemed like he hated his job. The lady next to me even noticed how rude he was to me. He made me feel so unwelcomed! I went here to get a French manicure with acrylics and gel polish. My nails looked great, the salon was very nice in the inside. I would suggest that customers get an estimate/quote in advance to know the price to expect, if this is important to them. I got a gel mani & pedi 8 days ago, spent $90 with tip and my manicure is already peeling off. I am so upset. When I have had a gel manicure done anywhere else it always will last at least 2.5 weeks! I have gone here a few times, and every time my nails don't last even 2 weeks. I have been getting my nails done for 12 years and only have GEL. They say it is GEL, but in all reality it is acrylic. They lift, flake, and break off in less than 2 weeks. NOT worth the money at all!! Read Less
