I have been going to Jenny's nails for over two years. I have NEVER ever gotten bad service from them. As far as pricing goes to me it's totally worth every penny. I have the gel acrilic don't for the past year do to having hand wash dishes. My nails always stayed on past a month almost into the second one. There isn't anything wrong with business. Read Less

Great service. They work as a team. Modern decor and clean salon. Looks small from outside, but many pedicure massage chairs and nail stations. Lots of colors to choose from as well ( gel, regular, SNS,etc.). Some basic waxing and some massage options offered as well. New loyal customer here! Read Less

My mother and I went to Jenny's Nails on a recommendation from a friend. We both got gel pedicures. The regular pedicure price was $22 and we both asked to add gel polish. They happily did our toes and then when we were paying for the service, they charged us $42. They waited until everything was done and we were at the register to let us know that the gel polish was $20 extra. Typically gel polish is $10 extra but they ripped us off here. I usually do my own acrylic nails and wanted some pampering this month for my birthday. I shop at Publix next door regularly and knew the salon to be close to my home. I went in around 6pm on a Wednesday and was greeted immediately, seated immediately, and was promptly worked on upon seating and given quick, efficient service. My nails were EXACTLY and shape, color, and length I asked for! My technician was Tracey, and I will definitely be returning as a repeat customer. I've had at least three problems with this salon within the last year. I paid for a gel service for my disabled mom and a full set for my daughter. I specifically asked them to do only what I paid for. The owner said, if I do more I will add it to the card. I said no, only do what I paid for. I should've known better from past experiences this owner. My daughter called an hour later stating the owner put a full set on my mom and gel Polish, which boost the bill and extra 15.00 dollars. She plays like she don't understand but she do. The time before that I prepaid for a full set for my daughter,. When my daughter went they said she had already received the service. This was not true, they finally got it together and serviced her. I understand that they must up sell add on services to make goal but they seemed more interested in scamming people than great customer service. The owner had the nerves to get an attitude after I told her, I shouldn't pay you for the extra because I specifically told you nothing extra. I paid the extra but will not be going back. Quality is key and that is something this nail salon has definitely understood! Very welcoming and professional, just tell them what you want and they can and will do it! Beautiful salon, I have been coming for a very long time and have tried several others in the area and none can compete with the quality of Jenny Nails. Will NOT be going back! When my mother and I walked into this salon we were given a price for having nails and pedis done. However, when we checked out the price jumped from $58 to $85. I do not appreciate being misled and will not be going back to be ripped off again!! Read Less
