She did a good job on my nails but her attitude sucked. My friend got her eyebrows done, the lady didn't make sure that they looked the same & she also burned my friend with the wax. Although the lady that did my nails did a good job, I will not be going back there because of the lack of friendliness(she got an attitude whenever I pointed out something) & the horrible job the chick did on my friends eyebrows. The eyelash person is never there when I go, my eyebrows are always PERFECT !! The nail tech I use is Ms. Linda she really takes her time when she does them however my last experience I did not like with her . One of my mood nails on my pinky broke in half I asked her to fix it. It was not the same length as my other pinky and she had used the wrong polish when I told her instead of taking the wrong polish off she just went over it so when my nails changed colors one was always darker. Sorry work do not go there. I got my nails done there. Were do I start first I waited almost a hour and a half just to get worked on. Linda did a poor job with painting them and the gel was bulky and how she shape my nails were really thick. by the time I getting ready for bed I notice one of my nail polish (gel) had started peeling off. I was leaving the next day going out of town early that morning so I ended up having to go to a nail shop once I reached my destination 500 miles away and pay someone to repaint my nails. I go get my nails done every two weeks and I never had a problem it be a long wait sometimes but they good, surprisingly even after I got into a fight, braided hair and did eye lashes they still was cute, unlike the one in the Evan's Mill rd plaza my nails broke all off in two day's😡😡😡. Super sloppy work, nails are uneven, crooked, there's thick spots and lumps, the color selection is horrible. If Kim is not there it's complete chaos......they dont follow the sign in sheet. I walked in at the same time as 3 other young ladies. Two of us signed in and one went to the bathroom......NOBODY acknowlwdged any of us...they all seemed to be "preoccupied" and too busy with other customers to do such a thing. I wanted a fill in and pedicure. I sat down. Still no type of acknowledgement. A young man walks in. "Hello sir, may I help u?"  Him: "Yes, pedicure please."  SHE STARTS RUNNING HIS WATER!!! I waited and waited and waited without any communication with the staff, regarding my wait time, etc....... Really? went in for a gel fill in but the gel polish selection was so minimal I opted out. got charged for them to take my polish off (which wasn't completely done) & b/c my nails were long (expected). the side of one of my nails had cracked & I asked the lady to fill it w/ acrylic that chipped off as soon as I washed my hands. I didn't comment, just paid the $25 & left. 2 days later my index finger nail broke off while scratching my hair. upon inspection I saw that I had 4 other nails that were cracking & on the verge of breaking. I called the shop & asked for their policy & I was told that b/c it wasn't a full set, I had to pay to get it redone at a discount. I opted not to b/c I feel like they're just gonna do another half-a** job so I might as well spend money elsewhere since it would be a cost to fix. Read Less
