The staff is rude they don’t greet you when you first walk in. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the service, so I chose not to leave a tip. The lady got mad and snatched the receipt out my hand....
The staff is rude they don’t greet you when you first walk in. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the service, so I chose not to leave a tip. The lady got mad and snatched the receipt out my hand. On top of that they do not sanitize their utensils after use. They just rinse them off with water and throw back in the dirty plastic container. I will not be returning to this shop!!

I stopped in this nail shop for a pedicure and sns nails. The staff was friendly; however, the quality of work was horrible. When it came to my pedicure, the technician did not clean under the nail, I had to ask her to do that. The nail technician did not clip down and shape my toe nails, I had to ask her to do that. The foot massage was fantastic though. When it came to my sns nails, this was my first time getting this service; so I did not know what to expect. This past weekend, I went to another nail salon to get the sns service, and it was then that I realized how bad the quality of sns nail service that I received from Majestic Nails, it was sub par to say the least. There was no shaping of the nail, there was no filing down of the nail, there was no ensuring that the nails were all the same length, and there was only one layer of sns put onto my nail. When I went to this new shop, there were multiple layers of sns, there was filing and shaping, and buffering of the nail. The level of service received between the shops were a difference of 0 (Majestic Nails) and 100 (new nail shop).
I gave Majestic 2 stars because the staff was very friendly, but I will never return to this shop for any type of service.

The nail techs are very careless with their hygiene. One lady put one of her tools on the ground and tried to use it on my foot. I don’t trust that their tools are sanitized after use.

Ben is really good and nice. He takes pride in doing nails. I never feel rushed. The shop could be a little cleaner but overall it's a nice convient place to get your nails done.

My sister and I came in on a Saturday to get a mani pedi for her birthday. The wait wasn't too long. A pleasant guy with a man bun came to assist us and started on her pedicure (20) I asked how long it would take for me to have someone do a pedicure on myself & he said about 5 minutes and I said that I would like to get one. A woman with glasses came to assist me. She was also pleasant but kept on trying to get me to do a deluxe as opposed to the regular. I giggles just to not seem as stern but I told her no. I also decided to get my brows done and she told me it would be 7 dollars. Got it done promptly. As far as how efficient the service was, it was great. But the actual work done by the woman who did my nails, was piss poor at best. One of my eyebrows are shorter than the other and the pedicure I received was done with no care or regard. I will not return.

I found this nail salon on a last minute basis. I’ve seen it in the past when I would go to Walmart and decided to give them a try. I wish I didn’t, I normally never leave bad reviews however I had to with this salon. For one i hated the way that she (not sure of her name) shaped my nails..they were big and boxy and just ugly. Also I went in for a gel set and she did powder gel but the color I picked came out all messed up. So I know what your thinking..why didn’t you tell her to do it over. Well I’m a very sweet person and I hate to be the complainer so I just went with it. I knew then and there I wouldn’t go back. Well long story short two weeks later I went to the nail salon that I normally go to and when my nail tech went to take the old set off..I had FUNGUS growing on my nails. I was so disgusted and have NEVER had this issue before ever! Lesson learned...do research on nail salons and cleanliness. Everyone that says they can do nails doesn’t mean it’s true!

(Maybe my usual salon has me spoiled ) Salon looks a little old and unkept and didn't portray to be the most clean. my deluxe pedicure felt basic I guess that just includes a scrub? There is no massage included which I'm ok with because the guy was a little rough and I felt like he was rushing. There was no base painted on my toes so let's see how long my pedicure lasts.

The last SNS I got the lady did a HORRIBLE job the application went on my skin on 3 fingers, I had to tell her to smooth it out over and over. She was very lazy!!!!!! My daughter had an event so she just need a quick polish change and NONE of the ladies wanted to do it because they dont make money off that. So a guy did it, he did a great job. But the one time she comes in for a polish change they acted so unhumble!!! 2 years of a business relationship GONE!!!!!

I spent $40 for an acrylic full set with a gel French tip. They have you sit down and get your nails done before they even tell you the price. For a full set acrylic with regular nail polish its $28. And to have the gel its 40.???? I was so confused with how pricing worked with them. When they tech use the drill to cut off my cuticles he cut two of my fingers and said sorry but cuticle needs cut. My finger should not be slightly bleeding at all.... Once more people started to come in. They started to rush my nails. I have acrylic under most of my nails & as it is ALMOST a week later, i am ready to get them redone. The quality didnt last as long.... I could have paid $28 and dealt with regular polish if I knew the quality was going to suck.

I had gel polish and it stayed for almost entire 2 wks. So I returned again. will not be back. I do not like ppl telling me what I should do with my body. I asked for no drill on my natural nails and both tech tried to do it on feet and hands. I told them you use drill because you are rushing.skill leave is very basic.A young ladu didn't want plastic tip and no one could make a nail I'm paying for a service and a relationship to keep coming here. I spend good money and tip well. I feel like we are being bunched in a group and stereotyped by staff. I brought one of my daughter's friends she drilled her finger and laughed.

I used to come here years ago. 3 years according to Google, a lot has changed and unfortunately not for the better. I walked in fully intending to get the deluxe everything pedicure and a kids pedi for my daughter. They dipped her feet in the water for all of 2 minutes, slapped some oil on her legs and did the polish. My pedicure was basically the same and the lady never asked what kind of pedi I wanted but their loss is my savings. I can say they did a beautiful job on the polish tho. Clean application

I stopped by here because I was in the area and didn't have time to go to my regular lady since I had an early flight the next day. I was greeted and told them what services I wanted & was immediately seated. A lady worked on my pedicure and a man named Ben worked on my nails. I told them I wanted my nails & toes to match and Ben didn't really match the SNS from my nails & the gel polish on my toes right. He told me it was like 90% close to the color on my nails told him no I want an exact match so he ended up painting my nails a gel color as well over the SNS. I end up paying $110 for a pedicure, manicure, SNS on my nails and gel polish for both my nails and toes. I don't think I've ever paid that much for my nail. The SNS powder on a few of my nails were lumpy. I will not be coming back.

I noticed that person after person would come in to get pedicures but no one sterilized the equipment used nor cleaned out the tub other than a quick rinse! I hope this behavior changes due to me not wanting to find another salon.

The put a 3-month expiration date on their gift certificates. MACYS doesn't even do that. DO NOT PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THEM unless you want to be jipped!

Sad to write this because I love this place. I sat there for like two hours today getting nails and lashes done. I noticed that person after person would come in to get pedicures but no one sterilized the equipment used nor cleaned out the tub other than a quick rinse! I hope this behavior changes due to me not wanting to find another salon.

This is my new nail spot in the metro Atlanta area. They are friendly, have a wide variety of color, and the salon is a good size. I went here on a Wednesday evening around 6 and there was like a 5 min wait. As referred by a friend, I requested Ben. He was amazing and did my nails just like I asked. Visit him and you will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, prices are very reasonable too!

I visit this nail shop frequently, good nail techs just not a good color selection. You will get bored of the colors quickly.

There are a couple techs in here that are preety good. The issue I have is that I purchased a gift certificate for Christmas. She tried to use it in April and they would not honor it. The put a 3-month expiration date on their gift certificates. MACYS doesn't even do that. DO NOT PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THEM unless you want to be jipped!
