This is the most racist, unprofessional establishment I've ever been to In My Life, every time I go in this establishment to get a mani pedi, their prices increase every time I go. I never get the service because they treat me horribly, now true indeed my cousin, my aunt have been going here for years and they came highly recommended to my mother and I but now my mother goes and every time I go with her they treat me like I'm the second hand citizen because the difference between them, my cousin, aunt and Mom I'm a hundred percent Muslim completely covered and they treat me terribly, they are very rude and racist. It was very rushed. I showed the employee a picture of the design I wanted for my pedicure and manicure, but explained that I wanted pink and light blue for the colors rather than the red and dark blue in the picture. They picked the red and dark blue colors out and I explained again the colors I wanted and showed a picture of the colors I wanted. Having to explain it multiple times made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and being too picky. The employee was very nice but the quality of the design for my pedicure was not good at all. My phone with the picture of the design was sitting between my feet for her to look at while she worked, but the lines on my big toe were uneven, not parallel and very sloppy. The blue used for the design did not match the blue used on my other toes, and instead of gems across the middle I got big uneven pink dots of paint. After the pedicure I decided to pay for the service and leave rather than continuing with the manicure. There were other customers waiting and I felt that they were rushed. My pedicure does not look like a professional pedicure and I will have to go elsewhere to get a good one today. I won’t be going back to this nail salon. Read Less

This was the worst place to get my nails done. The manager claimed that she did SNS and don't not know the process. She insisted that she knew what she was doing. her work was horrible. Question: Why do my fingers itch after getting acrylic nails? Answer: Because, they do not clean their nail tools/drill heads after every customer. If you observe them you will see how they will use the same nail tools on every customer with out cleaning any of those tools. They are always in such a hurry to get to the next customer they have no regard for spreading germs and bacteria through unclean nail tools/drill heads. Every nail technician should take the time to clean and disinfect all of their nail tools/drill heads in between customers. Also, they should use Lysol disinfecting wipes to clean their nail station after every customer. When they do not germs and bacteria are spread from one person's body to another. Which results in itching, burning, and, swelling of the fingers. Read Less

I am not a person that gets their nails done often. It had actually been about 12 years since the last time but i figured I'll get them done since I have a special occasion coming. I was really disappointed with the outcome of my nails and with all the staff there. They were busy the day I visited the place, that being said i was in there for about 2 hours and only walked out with bad white tip nails. My nails aren't evenly shaped, some are longer than others. It hasn't even been 24 hrs and it already looks like I need a fill in. At least 3 nails look really bad with the gel. The guy that was working that day kept being on his phone in front of customers and just had people waiting. There was a few ladies that were waiting to get nails done but ended up leaving because the wait time was way too long. Some ladies that wanted to leave were practically begged to stay and get them done. I witnessed someone wanted a design and the lady did not like the outcome so the guy got an attitude and said ill take it off but you wont get nothing just get clear nails. How are you running a business like this? telling your customers what they can or cannot do. When I was done I was about to get up and the lady was rushing me saying that she needed the chair for another client. I will definitely not be coming back to this place again. Read Less
