so funny story, i went into nail studio 30 minutes before closing time hoping they can get me in quick. kelly had no problem helping me out. half way through doing my nails, it was now 8 o clock, i started to feel very dizzy and almost fainted. (i hadnt ate since way earlier that day and happened to get very light headed from it.) she let me sit outside and brought me some juice and a granola bar to make sure i was hydrated and had a few bites in my stomach. she then proceeded to do my nails, even ended up late to an appointment she had at 8:30 (so sorry btw!) she really took care of me today, and today was my first time ever even walking into the salon. cheerful and caring workers. it was a great experience. Spent a better part of a Saturday at the Salon. I had a great experience, but was very disappointed when, I am assuming, a regular walked in and two girls went to help her and left my friend hanging waiting for her nails to be done. We had called ahead to let them know we had 6 people coming, my friend had her nails trimmed and filed but had to continue to wait for someone to paint them because two girls were helping ONE customer.... very disappointing. Love my nails though. they are beautiful although i asked for chevron and didn't get anything close. Read Less

My first shellac manicure here has great. The second time the same person was not available so I had someone else and it wasn't good, and didn;t last. I went back for one more try. This person had a terrible time getting the old shellac off, and did an AWFUL job. I complained about my right hand, and she "fixed" it but it wasn't much better. Didn't realize how very very bad it was until I got outside. I won't be going back. Read Less

Kelly and the girls at Nail Studio are hands down THE BEST I have come across. I have tried several other nail salons but their quality of service and art work is amazing. Whether I book an appointment or walk in, I have never had any trouble getting nails done. Their pedicures have also helped me deal with my running injuries, blisters, calluses and ingrown toenails.
