Horrible, absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a full set of gel and was left cut three times and half of the side of my REAL nail was filed off. Without polish or finishing my nails I was ask to pay $25 for incompetent nails with no polish and cuts of my hands. I highly recommend never going here better if at Walmart. Read Less

I needed a place to get a pedicure done, especially a good callus remover treatment. The last time I got a pedicure was at another salon and they did not even touch it. I've heard good reviews about this place and it was conveniently in the area. It's a small salon and can easily be missed, but the plaza is small itself so it's nudged between the Dollar Tree and CVS. One side of the salon has pedicure chairs along it and the other side had about 3-4 manicure stations. I picked the callus treatment pedicure and I think Linda was my nail tech. Overall, I enjoyed the pedicure and it was relaxing. Linda made sure I was comfortable and she definitely fulfilled the 45 minute time. However, she did alright with my calluses, I think people are afraid of going to deep with it. My calluses came back the next day, but that varies from each person. I've had one REALLY good pedicure at another salon where my calluses have completely disappeared and I haven't found a place that performed the same. I'll probably come back here for a quick pedicure or a good manicure from the other pictures I've seen. But this is a great place for getting your nails done and pedicure. I'm from NY and I've had the hardest time finding a place I like in the Atlanta area. Some start out good and seem to fade. Not Pretty nails. They have been consistent in their work. Absolutely the best SNS nails anywhere! They seem to last forever without breaking and are not put on thick. How does Kim do it? I've had them last before, but they were always so much thicker. Went in for a gel polish change. Kim was awesome; filed my nails, buffed them and gave me a stellar shoulder and neck massage. Paid attention to detail and applied cuticle oil at the end. Only four stars because I would've liked a better selection of OPI polishes. Read Less

I came here for the first time last night with a girlfriend. We were given warm welcome and seated promptly in massage chairs. I asked for classic pedicure. I had Kim. She was very attentive and friendly. She chatted with us while working. She took her time and paid close attention to her work. Overall I'm happy with the service I received and will return. I hate to give this rating but after my last 2 visits unfortunately I won't be back. Before these visits, I was a regular customer for months after moving into the area. The first visit I went here, I went to get SNS done on my nails and Kim cut my finger and it started bleeding. I tried to give the shop another chance since I've dealt with them for months. However, I went back yesterday, to get SNS done and Kim cut another finger. It didn't bleed but the cut is definitely noticeable and it's quite painful. I wasn't offered a discount for the mishaps so I was pretty upset that I had to pay full price for a cut finger. I had a really good 1st experience, so much that I came back and brought others with me. From the start my only issue was they use latex gloves, however, I was provided services on more than one occasion without the use of gloves. Today however, when I arrived they refused to provide me service unless I allowed them to use latex gloves on me. They also suggested I provide my own non-laxtex gloves, or go to a shop that uses them. I went in on Saturday late afternoon and got a mani/pedi. The place is a bit aged but the service was very good. There were no other patrons when I arrived and I was seated right away. A few people came in while I was there (approx 45 mins) but definitely a light crowd for a Saturday.  I got the classic pedicure and SNS manicure for $55.  Oddly she never touched my cuticles, but I didn't mind. I have natural nails and like to protect them so the owner recommended the SNS nail polish. It's supposed to be better for your nails than gel polish but lasts as long and even provides vitamins. Not sure if that claim is true and won't really know how it does on my nails until I remove it. Removing the gel polish is rough on my nails. They told me SNS could last from 2-4 weeks. They look great and the nails feel very strong. The process is a little time consuming but they give you a pillow to rest your arms.  And although not heavy I can feel a difference on the nails, not bad just noticeable. The pedicure left my feet super soft. Afterwards the technician gave me the toolkit she used for me to take home.  It contained an emery board, small buffer, and sponge. Bonus! Read Less

This is one of the best nail salons in Lilburn. I used to come to this location regularly until I moved. I still come back when I want some genuine spa treatment with a wonderful and friendly staff.I have referred numerous friends to this location and they all love it very much.They have very reasonable prices and their services are impeccable. You're always greeted by a friendly smile and they always remember your face if you're a regular.On this service, I got the SNS manicure and it is gorgeous. Kim was my tech and she did an amazing job. She's such a sweetheart and she's very interested in how you're doing. She took her time with my nails and they look and feel amazing.  To top it off, she provided the most relaxing massage to my neck, arms, and shoulders. I've been coming to Pretty Nails for now a year. I tried two other locations and this one was my favorite. I always feel welcome and they take their time, I never feel rushed for the next customer. I have gone with gel nails until my most recent visit and now I love the new product Kim uses called SNS. It's a natural powder, it's light, various colors to chose from and it will last as long as gel polish. Oh yeah and no more UV light! I highly recommend Pretty Mails and SNS for your nails. I give Pretty Nails 5 stars. Kim and her staff are top notch as is her customer service. Pretty Nails is always very clean and all equipment is sanitized. I have been going here for 5 years and love the gel nails that usually last for me 3 weeks. I recently had a wonderful facial there using the Gavanic Machine.
