They act like they’re doing you a favor. I’ve seen it happen with others and experienced it personally. The owners and some others seem to forget that there are many salons that you can choose from. They generally run behind, so making an appointment is senseless. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. I'm sure that I’m not the first to make this statement. Believe, if and when they read this comment they will not take any ownership in improving their customer service and just blame the customer.

FRAUD!! This place does fraudulent transactions. I paid and on my credit card receipt I wrote zero for the tip because I gave the tech cash. When I checked my acct a few days later, they added there own tip that I did not authorize. When I confronted them about it, I was told that somebody must have pressed the wrong button. WTH, that is bs! This place is a FRAUD!! First and definitely last time going there!!!

I enjoy going to this nail and spa salon because it relaxing. I am able to try new nail designs thanks to Danny and Jimmy. They have soft music playing and offers cold beverages.

No appointment needed. This is a nice nail salon (near the Sprouts markets). The Lady who gave me a pedicure did a thorough and fabulous job. I like the ambience & will definitely go back.

Never get brows done here. The lady destroyed my brows and tried to fill in. When I got home I was appalled and missing most of my left brow. Not cool or honest experience.

I usually go here and LOVE IT!! This time was different. The guy that did my nails was super rough and didn’t give me any time to look at the color selection (which is obviously very hard for girls especially when it comes to prom season). I told him I couldn’t choose he said “Well obviously I can’t choose for you so hurry up”. When filing my nails he cut my pinky, and it bled a lot. In the middle of my appointment he stood up and went out side to smoke... I ended up not liking my nails that I spent $40 on and definitely asking for someone else IF I go back. Very disappointed in my service.

I had my eyebrows done, and even though the lady did a good job with the shape, I was not satisfied with how fast I was in and out. It was busy in the nail area so she rushed and was rough. Where is the relax experience? I didn't even get a chance to blink. Also, they charge $10 for eyebrow wax versus other salons in area at $8.

I was in town visiting family for Christmas and needed to get my nails done. This was my first time at Venice. Tony the owner did my nails and did an AMAZING job, best nails I have ever had. Lonny did my pedi, and she is just the best ever! Thank you all for a great experience, I will be back next time I am in town!!!

My daughter and niece have been coming to this nail salon for several months and have hyped this place up. They convinced me that the service was very professional and the atmosphere was very elegant. So today I decided to give them a try and boy was I disappointed. I was impressed with the ambiance in the salon, but the service I received from a male technician was beyond horrible. He had a very nasty attitude and was very unprofessional. He made me feel so unwelcome and undeserving. I has been a long time since I have experienced that type of treatment when spending my hard earned money for services. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if I should have picked another day to visit, but one thing I do know is I will not be going back! SMDH@VERYDISAPPOINTED@LEARNHOWTOTREATPEOPLE@COULDVEBEENYOURASS!!!

I went to Venice nails for the first time today and I was VERY satisfied! I walked right in and I did not have to wait. Ken did SO good on my SNS,I was very pleased. The woman doing my pedicure took her time and she painted my toe nails to perfection. The staff were amazing and everyone treated me so well. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone, they are amazing!

I had an awesome experience today at this nail shop the staff was very friendly, the environment was very welcoming and it was very clean. I would definitely be visiting again soon. If you're looking for a quality nail shop I highly suggest you visit here. I had a Mandarin Honey Pedicure. Tina T., who was my nail tech took her time and conversed with my during the process. I also got a delux manicure which was done thoroughly as well. They also offer complimentary wine in which I opted out for bottled water instead. You will love the decor and environment. I think I may have found a new nail salon. $35 Pedicure $12 Manicure=$47 well spent

I arrived at closing with the hopes someone would be able to help me. I had noticed a spot under my sns nail polish and didn't quite know what was wrong with my nail. Tony took a look at it and discovered I had mold under my polish! He could have very well sent me home! He didn't do that! He took care of my nail and educated me on how it was supposed to be done! Not only that he gave me a beautiful manicure! Thank you Tony for going above and beyond for a customer!

My time at Venice Nails is well-spent and relaxing. I always receive compliments on my nails and pedicures. I recommend Venice Nails. I would not go anywhere else!

The guy that did my nails was super rough and didn’t give me any time to look at the color selection (which is obviously very hard for girls especially when it comes to prom season). I went to Venice nails for the first time today and I was VERY satisfied! I walked right in and I did not have to wait. Ken did SO good on my SNS,I was very pleased.
