I walked in and was very excited to try a new place and these two young ladies had walked in before us with their mother . The lady welcomed them and helped them out . When me and my sister walked in they didn’t great us didn’t say how can we help . My sister went to the back to see if she could maybe grab their attention but not even that worked . We were like okay maybe we will wait a little longer and then this other lady walked in and they greeted her and asked her what she needed and the lady and her crew pretended that we weren’t there , so finally me and my sister were not pleased with the customer service that was provided there and we got up and left because we felt that we were not welcomed there . If I could give this business zero stars I would. I went in for a pedicure and a SNS Dip manicure. I was disappointed with the outcome of the service. My manicure was so thick with dipping powder on my cuticles. One of the techs cut my big toe nail down so low I had to get an acrylic overlay on my toe of which I had to ask them several times to blend and buff. My sister went and had her lashes done and they were awful she had them removed. Overall terrible experience. The salon manager Tiffany made a reply to my post saying since I'm a nail tech and wanting to get my nails done for free because I requested money back for such a horrible experience. Let the record show I went to Avoir Spa and Salon right after I left this business and paid for my nails to be done over so help understand how I wanted something for free. Let me explain something to you Tiffany, in the past 8 years I have been in business as a nail tech for myself I have never had a client unhappy with my services. That's because I am consistent with my work and I do a person's nails as if I want my nails done. If I couldn't pay I wouldn't have been there so please do not ever think I want something for nothing. Everything I have I paid for including my business.
