First of all let me just say the prices are good I guess. I’ve been to y’all plenty of times and never had a problem with y’all until now. It costed me $48 to get my hands and feet done but sadly this is one of those “you get what you pay for” type of situations. I was highly pissed because one my nails did not last for two weeks- hell it didn’t even last for one week. They each started to pop off on its own and plus one of them basically ripped the top layer of nail off on my pinky finger. It was painful and now it looks disgusting to look at! I have never experienced this before because I always get my nails done, especially by y’all. I will not be going back to y’all ever again. Nail experience was great but toe nails and eyes brows are terrible. She tired to do my toes in 5 mins. Had to keep telling her to file my toes nails down more. My eyes brows don’t get me started. I wanted to get them threaded she said the wax will look better and more neat so I agreed. It began good. Then she started to pluck small hairs with a tweezer which I didn’t mind but if I tell you to stop them stop because it was hurting bad. Then she put more wax. Idk if it was heated more or what but once she pulled it off I literally screamed and jumped out the seat and told her to stop. Told her it felt like she ripped my skin off and I need some ointment. The ointment gave it like a cool breeze feeling so I told her if my eye was burnt that I’ll come back. I got home and showed my boyfriend because it began to sting he said it was just a little red. Then later that evening he touched my eye and it was painful. He said why is there a burn mark or a scratch on your eye lid if she was doing your eyebrows. The stinging irritation feeling is on my eye lid and right below my eyebrow. DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN A NAIL SALON!!!! GOD HAS CHANGED ME TREMENDOUSLY!!! Read Less

This is located in Walmart so I stopped in to check the pricing. It was extremely packed and the layout is really cramped too. This is definitely more of a place to go when you are in a hurry and not looking to unwind and relax. There arent even windows. Prices are kind of average Read Less

This place is always busy but they typically do good work, you just have to make sure to be upfront about what you want and what they are going to charge you before they start. It can sometimes take a while but the prices are usually good. The managers have been here forever and always make sure you get what you want. It's not glamorous or fancy like other nail salons but their pedicures are nice. They scrub hard! Read Less

This place need to be shut down the staff is not professional at all and don't do nails well at all i went to this shop for awhile and finally had to stop going there the manager has no skills of being a manager and they don't clean there equipment the health department should shut this place down i wouldn't recommend this shop to know one. I hate the salon. I used to get my nails done by Annie and she is good. I only let Denna or Lisa do my pedicures. Every one else sucks and rush. The real reason I hate this salon though is because of the owner Cyndy. She is money hungry. Rude as hell and don't know what she doing. only leaving a 1 star because I have too in order to leave a review. It was horrible! They didn't tell me or my daughter that they charged an extra $6.00 extra for coffin shape nails until after they done it and it was time to pay. Then the tech named TINA didn't even shape my nails correctly they looked like a wide storage box instead of a coffin. My nails were shaped lopsided and she was also drilling hard and burning my nail beds. never visiting this location again. I hope this isn't the same TINA that others have been raving about because she was straight garbage. maybe her mind was somewhere else. she provided horrible service today. Read Less

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because I had been here before and received pristine service under Annie's care. However, today was just horrible as my nail tech became very unresponsive and passive aggressive when I questioned why my fill-in was $36 while a full set cost $35 with the whole works. She explained that it was the shape, cut down etc but I told her she never even asked me what I wanted before beginning service. Funny thing is, I had even explained to her in a friendly ice-breaker conversation that my nails were barely 2 weeks old!!! That I had them done for my birthday (30th) and that the nail tech maintained that this particular nail shape was best worn long but since my birthday was over, I wanted my nails SHORT! She seemed to realize her mistake but was still upset which was obvious by the way she was vigorously filing my nails like we were in the middle of ww3 while gossiping with her fellow workers. Oh, and all niceties and previous small talks came to a startling halt! I paid 40$ (no change requested) for 2 reasons.1. My nails came out nicely.2. To prove that money should NEVER interfere with the quality of service rendered because you just never know. I had the right to question why I was paying double but never declined to pay. I Didn't even argue about the price but I suspect she felt guilty because she started explaining what the add on charges were about.I usually stop by anytime am at my friends who lives close to this location but never again.I will not recommend this establishment based on my experience and as other yelpers noted, their customer service is non-existent. I went there and the service sucks! A man from the State board came in and the lady who was doing my nalis just stopped and walked off. I then figured it out she was not licensed to do nails. When the man left she finally came back but did a horrible job. 2 others were not licensed as well. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Read Less

Been coming here for years! They even know my whole family who comes here as well! They always do a great job & their prices are great compared to other nail salons. I come here every 2 weeks for a gel manicure, spa pedicure & eye brow wax. Great place! Read Less

I only come Regal Nails to get my eye brows and toes done. It cost $8 for the brows and $16 for toes. Fellas, don't be afraid, a lot men come here to get their toes done too.Annie does the best eye brows! Read Less
