The service is amazing. The nail technicians and the receptionists are super friendly and nice. The only thing I would say about this nail salon is that the price of the service is not all that good. I went in less than a week ago to get a full set done and my nails are ALREADY starting to chip, and break. So in my opinion, you don't really get what you pay for. My nails were 35$ and you would expect them to last for at least two weeks, but mines barely lasted for week. Read Less

Oh my went to Polished Nail Salon for the first time today very nice establishment, you must go and try it out. There is service for you from head to toe. I had the pleasure of meeting technician Lisa who was AWESOME!!! She was so nice we interact with conversation the whole time and she spoke English the whole time ( you know what I mean if you are one to get your nails done frequently). And EVERYONE was smiling and saying hello technicians and clients. The atmosphere was so pleasant and friendly. To add I made an appointment and was about 15 minutes late, I called ahead and explained that I had a doctor's appointment that lasted longer than I thought the gentleman who answered the phone said don't worry I will be just fine. Since I was late I had prepared myself to wait patiently got there was told to have a seat and someone will call mly name I didn't wait 5 minutes and I was called and received excellent service. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. The layout, the atmosphere, the technicians, I LOVE IT ALL. This is a very high end nail salon. If you are not ready to spend some cash, than this is not the nail salon for you. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality ! My nails would never last this long at Regal Nails or any other nail salon. The staff is very friendly and they work to accommodate your needs! I never leave this salon unsatisfied. I love this place . Vince is hands down my favorite nail Tech h....He never disappoints me. My nails are clean shaved perfect and most importantly THEY LAST. Thr Manager T is such a sweet heart. Like every other review this salon is aesthetically pleasing, but that's the only reason why I think they stay in business. Not only were my nail crooked, but I now have a nail fungus after removing my nails! I'm so digested by this. Not a fan. I went with my friend and her nail tech actually went and had her eyebrows tinted in the middle of my friends appointment. My tech rushed through my nails and I had to reshape them myself at home. I had SNS and the next day one of them chipped so I went back to have it fixed. The tech was having a hard time finding my color so wanted to fix my nail with something similar instead of just finding the color I already had so I had to ask her to go find the right color. She seemed annoyed by that. Then she rushed through that too and the powder wasn't smoothed out right so one part of my nail sat higher than the other even though i had asked her to fix it. She was on the phone the whole time she was fixing my nail, too. Definitely not going back. $40 was too much for such poor customer service. Read Less

I was going here when they (Tola-Nails, Champagne & Malinda for lashes) were in the same shopping center as five guys. I stopped & then started going back to the new location (same area just different shopping center). Location: It's in a shopping Center with several restaurants & there is still not enough parking (Not their fault). But it just depends on the time of day you go. It also has salon suites inside so there are many many patrons in one place. Professionalism: There is always staff at the front desk (sometimes too many) however, I'm a social person so I don't wait for someone to greet me, I always speak so nothing bad to say here.Cleanliness: Always clean, bathroom is tidy. Nail Techs: There are alot of Techs here-some are bubbly, some are great, some are average. I have gel nails. But there's no one I could say OMG you must go to this person. I do remember the one time I lost my mind & wanted "coffin" nails & another time I wanted the Ombre nail effect there was only ONE tech that could do that. With all the Nail Techs you only have ONE person? And of course I came in on her off day. (This may have changed so always ask).Product/Supply: They have ALOT of colors way more than you see on the wall when you come in so you should find a color you like. Atmosphere: Pros: Decor is modern, really cool, Nice upscale VIP section for Pedicures (But everyone is a VIP to me). My cousin and I went in to simply relax from a long week at work. I received a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and gel fill in. I honestly have only had about two or three pedicures in my life. I feel they're pointless. So I decided to try it here at Polished because I pass by frequently and it looks like a pretty cool place to relax. Well my experience was an ok one. The nail tech was excellent and tried to make sure I was satisfied... until the owner came over to tell her to hurry up. I felt the tension, which then made the both of us feel as if she should hurry. Not only did he remind her of an appointment in front of me while rushing her, he reprimanded another employee in front of myself and others. The service you get at this nail salon TRULY depends on your nail technician. I've been here multiple times, but the experience is different each time. However, each time I come here, I get my nails done exactly how I want them (Some nail technicians fight you on what you should do & others do as you ask). They do alot of services.  I go there to get a Brazillion wax.  Natalie uses waxes that don't fry your skin and that don't burn you.  It took getting ticked off at the people at the nail place for lying to me to get to this place.  I kept getting burned when I got my bikini waxed at anywhere i went to.  I looked up brazilon wax places near me and my first location that popped up was this place.  Natalie kept me calm by talking to me during my first bikini wax ever and felt so comfortable with her I keep coming back.  Your regular shopping center nail shops charge you a ton and end up burning you and the wax irritates me immediately and for weeks. I would have burnt clean that hurt like hell and red bumps every where.  I still have burns from one local nail shop that did my bikini wax from like 5 years ago.This place offers reasonable prices unlike your local nail shops.  And my skin don't have bumps everywhere when i get my brazilion wax.  And note this they charge less for a brazillion wax then nail shops charge for a regular wax Read Less

It's a really nice looking place. A+ for interior design, but the customer service is POOR. I can go down the street from where I live and not only get a nicer looking manicure but also have the stylist look me in the eye and share a pleasant conversation. She didn't even care to greet me and never once made eye contact..same with the staff at the front. Very unwelcoming experience! I don't use "cultural barriers" as an excuse anymore. This woman spoke English; she just only wanted to do the bare minimum requirement of her job, which was to paint nails. And I get it- sometimes we have an "off" day, but acceptable customer service is a must if you want people to come back. And reading the reviews unfortunately too late now, it looks like I'm not the first to comment on how awful the customer service is.P.S. I got the manicure two hours ago. Very disappointed in the upper lip wax I received today - my face may be scarred. Tina threaded my eyebrows (which were ok, but she was very hesitant...don't think she was very experienced with threading) and proceeded to wax my upper lip. The wax was all over the lower half of my face and the job was just messy overall. I noticed one spot was particularly red afterwards, which is normal but an hour later when I got home, it burned to even smile or touch the spot. Either the wax was too hot or Tina left it on too long.I immediately went back to formally complain and get my money back. The manager added insult to injury by insinuating that I just had sensitive skin and needed to go home and put Neosporin on the area. I let him know that it was a matter of Tina not knowing how to wax, not my skin being sensitive (I've been waxing my upper lip for years and NEVER had this happen). After I insisted, they did refund my money but I am so disappointed that a shop like this would allow someone who clearly cannot wax to do so. I've been getting artificial nails done on and off for a few years now. I always had a mental image of how i wanted my nails to look and no salon was ever to live up to that expectation. Until, Polished Nail Salon. I told the nail tech (Tola-owner) of my issues in the past. The result? The best nails ever!! My nails looked better than I could ever imagine!! Oh and I can't forget to mention that the salon is very chic. You get to watch the latest movies on a flatscreen while getting your mani/pedi. They even have movies for children! OK, last but not least...everyone speaks ""understandable"" English! Say good-bye to the days where you don't understand the nail tech and they don't understand your want and needs. Bottom line.
