Very horrible experience. They do a very sloppy job and rush. They left me many cuts on my finger and didn’t do the design I had asked for. Terrible customer service.

My wife always go here to get her nails and feet done today when she went they did her feet and Nina told her she had two clients to do and she will get her nails next so we waited. After her two clients another lady walked in and Nina just sit her in the chair and began to get started on her nails I quickly reminded her my wife is next you said after your two clients and she look as if she suddenly had amnesia and said nothing and proceeded with the other lady I just politely paid for my wife’s feet and we took our business elsewhere!!!!!! Very Bad Customer Service!!!!

I gave it a 4 for a couple reasons:* when I first walked in no one acknowledged me* the colors are very old (needs some new colors)* I picked out my color the lady who did my nails was nice but she actually burned me (pinky nail)* when she applied the gel powder (came in for a fill in) she only did the part that needed to be filled she didn't take the powder all the way down to the end of the nail so it was lopsided on one of my nails* when she applied the color she rushed it because she had told a customer to go ahead & sit down, basically rushing mine * I was asked to pay before I could put any color on my nails (never have been asked to do that before & an elderly lady was actually sitting down drying her nails & she paid after & walked out the door) I just think that's rude. * lastly she could have done a better job cleaning around the edges after applying nail polish.Overall it was good, I paid $14 just for a fill in (cheaper than most places)

Please stay away from Nina nails. I will not recommend them to anyone at all. They are very unprofessional and talk a lot. Most times in their native vietnamese language with total disregard for their client. One of the girls once used a caked nail polish on my toenails,she had added a bit of remover to it and when I noticed what she had done,I asked her to wipe it off and use a new bottle of polish instead of some caked one but she was very reluctant until I threatened to leave! I thought Nina was going to say something to her but instead,Nina the owner went off on me and said I was the one who picked the polish in the first place. They said all sorts of things in their native language and I consider their actions quite unprofessional. I never went back there since then. If you want a great nail bar where you can go pamper yourself and relax,please stay away from Nina nails.

Ask for Katie or Nina to do your nails, they are always fast and do an amazing job, they shape and clean your nails perfectly and if you like to change things up Katie is great at doing the fun nail art I see on pintrest, I just show her on my ipad and she recreates them. Great prices and very friendly staff I wont go anywhere else!

My wife always go here to get her nails and feet done today when she went they did her feet and Nina told her she had two clients to do and she will get her nails next so we waited. After her two clients another lady walked in and Nina just sit her in the chair and began to get started on her nails I quickly reminded her my wife is next you said after your two clients and she look as if she suddenly had amnesia and said nothing and proceeded with the other lady I just politely paid for my wife’s feet and we took our business elsewhere!!!!!! Very Bad Customer Service!!!!

Please stay away from Nina nails. I will not recommend them to anyone at all. They are very unprofessional and talk a lot. Most times in their native vietnamese language with total disregard for their client. One of the girls once used a caked nail polish on my toenails,she had added a bit of remover to it and when I noticed what she had done,I asked her to wipe it off and use a new bottle of polish instead of some caked one but she was very reluctant until I threatened to leave! I thought Nina was going to say something to her but instead,Nina the owner went off on me and said I was the one who picked the polish in the first place.
