I spent $96 at this place last Friday. SnS nails , wax , and pedicure. My nails started popping off the next day. It hasn’t even been an entire week and nail number two has just broken off. I don’t think I’m coming back to this place it was a waste of money and I got them done for my birthday. They popped off before my birthday ☹️. I wanted to come in and get them fixed but I shouldn’t have to pay for something they didn’t do correctly. First and last time. I’m So disappointed. The nails themselves were pretty though. Friendly & great customer service! I brought my mother and 2 daughters for mani and pedis. Most salons rush through my daughter services but they treated them as paying customers and gave them the same treatment as adults. This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, and that’s speaking volumes because I’ve been to quite a few prior to finding this nail salon. My best friend referred me to Nails and More almost two years ago, and I refuse to go anywhere else. I think I went to another nail salon when my sister required all of her bridesmaids to have the same nail design completed for a wedding. I immediately went back to Nails and More once the wedding was over . I walked into the salon yesterday without an appointment with the recommendation of my banker. I was not happy with the last fill-in I had received at another salon. I was greeted very quickly and was told about the specials they were having. I knew I was in the right place when I found my very hard to find nail polish color on their wall. I walked into this salon yesterday for the second time for service and decided to get an acrylic powder mixed with foil nail art and glitter. When I got home I realized that my nails were snagging my clothes as I was getting ready for work. I took a closer look at them and there is space between my natural nail and the actual acrylic. I don't recall my tech buffing my nails using the buffer with the sand paper on it. The young lady rushed doing my nails and my nails do not lo...ok professional at all. When the owner did them on my first visit, he did them so perfect. He moved my cuticle back insuring thatmy entire nail bed was filled in with the glitter powder. He took his time to get it right. My fill in that he did on my visit was even all the way around my nail bed and he buffed them out smooth and even, but unfortunately on my visit yesterday the young lady applied the Acrilic way too thick and m nails weren't shaved down or buffed for a clean finish. I have the "ballerina shape nails" and they are not all shaped the same. My thumb nail is square and the other one is the "ballerina shape" and my other nails are abnormally shaped. I'm not understanding what went wrong my nails weren't in bad shape when I came in the salon and I was exactly at 2 weeks for my fill in. I take very good care of the shape of my nails and I that could be seen just by glancing at my nails. This should have been a way better experience. I'm highly disappointed. I'm not even I got the nail tech asked for. I wanted to do my nails, but next time I ask for the owner since he is good at precision and good service!! Follow up: I went back today to have my nails redone and Mya took good care of me. Phong (owner) also assured me if I have any problems with my nails they will be sure to fix them.
