HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not friendly at all, got the meanest stares from EVERY EMPLOYEE. The lady doing my toes DID A HORRIBLE JOB. Had paint all over my skin surrounding my toenails. It wasn’t until I mentioned it is when she got it off. And some toenails were not painted fully! The vibe there is just a bad experience and I will never go back here! Best place ever. I came out of town for a bridal shower and they did a fantastic job. Best customer service. No wait. I called before I came and they were telling the truth when they said wait. I have never been so disappointed with my nails. I've been getting anc done on my nails for years! This place is horrible horrible horrible! Worst experience EVER in a nail salon. I came in 3 days ago for a new set of acrylics with a solid gel color on top. I'm not going back. Here's why:1. When I walked in I recieved a friendly welcome and was seated immediately. The tech promptly went to work grinding away the top layer of my nail down. Once they were torn up, she set the drill down and told me her husband would finish me up in a few minutes. 10 minutes later he walks in the front door and gets to work. Clever trick, to keep customers from walking out but also super tacky.2. During my service the owner took 5 phone calls, 2 of which he had to step away for. Banter was warm and polite to extent that our language differences would allow, but his attention for the client just wasn't there.3. The process was rushed. A few times the owners wife stepped in to help and make up for her husband's delays. I appreciate the effort, but the curing process was rushed. They looked ok when I left. But an hour after leaving, gel was sliding off the side of several nails leaving bulbs of top coat overhanging onto my skin. 4. The materials and quality were subpar. I got my nails done Friday afternoon, it's now Sunday evening and they're already falling apart. [It's the weekend, so I've been mostly drinking wine, watching Netflix, and reading.] My natural nail tips are delaminating from the acrylic where they weren't glued completely. I just had one nail break while buttoning a blouse.I took a gamble trying Lifetime, and now I'm paying for it by having to spend money on 2 full acrylic sets in less than a week. Read Less

Don't waste your time or money. I am a licensed hair stylist and nail technician so i know what a quality nail service should be. When I saw that my nails were crooked and the shape was lumpy I made her stop the service. There is still staining on my nail from my previous polish color. There is acrylic underneath the artificial nail where it should not be. She then tried to charge me $30. I ended up paying $22 to go home and soak these sad nails off. Read Less

If I could choose no stars I would. I came in on a Monday at 9:30 when they opened - let them know that I would like my acrylics to be taken off and put back on. The owners were there, husband and wife. He started on my nails while another employee did my toes. I chose gel on both because I am going out of the country on Thursday. He started the process of taking off my nails and then mid way through started to do a fill in, so I reiterated that I would like them to be comple...tely taken off so he did. When they were both done my fingernails were very rough - there was gel all over my cuticles - and my nails just looked horrible. I had a hair appointment at 1pm so I let her "fix" my nails and by no means were they fixed. She told me that I could come back...if something happened. Well, I don't have time for that I am a single working mother and I am leaving the country I literally 2 days and I have a ton of other things that need to be done. Tuesday night-a day after my nails were done, the gel on my pinky toe came off-and a few of my fingernails catch my hair - most annoying thing EVER. Went in to get my money back - she told me no that they would fix them - I let her know I had no intentions on coming back - she still decided that she would not give me a full or even partial refund so now I will dispute it with my bank. I read 1 bad review by a disgruntled customer about  Nail Lifetime & couldn't believe it was the same place!  I've been a happy customer for 2 years & wouldn't go anywhere else! They are always very friendly and do a fantastic job! Also...they don't add extra services without asking you first! They let you knowcost before they do anything. Read Less
