Owner needs lesson in customer service. I've been gong to this place before the new owners took over. One day I came in and there were all new people in the place. When I asked where the others were, the new owner told me they were all off that day, watching the super bowl. A flat out lie. Wonder why they felt it was necessary to lie....anyway....they assigned a male to do my pedicure. I don't allow men to do my nails or feet as my past experience with men performing these services have not been pleasant. (They were too rough for my tastes). So I requested a female tech. That caused an issue for the owner. It was clear to me from her behavior and her tone she didn't like the request. Later, the owner was working on a lady sitting in the chair next to me and was super friendly, commenting that she really like her cause she wasn't picky. I guess she meant that as a backhand negative remark about me. I get my nails and feet done twice a month without fail at this salon....for nearly 2 years. This past weekend was the last straw. When my daughter and I went to get a pedicure, I was assigned a new girl. Once seated, the water was scalding hot, the tub was filled to overflowing so much that water spilled out and my shoes got soaked. The tech left out after correcting the water (took three attempts to get it right as the water was indeed scalding hot), and told me I needed to soak for 5 minutes. She was gone for 10. The she ca mm email back in and started on my feet. I stopped her before she actually began and to l do her she could not use unclean equipment on my feet. (She did NOT get clean tools for me, rathe r she picked up the cuticles cutter from her tray that she had apparently just used on a previous person). So she said she was going to wash them off. She came back with tools wrapped in saran wrap. I told her if the tools were not properly sterilized, she could not
work on me. Another tech loaned her a clean set of tools which were sealed in the sterilized bag. It all of 3 minutes to do the cuticles on my toes. She was rushing...and rough. I told my daughter's tech I was not happy. She told the owner who came over looked at my foot and stated that my foot had already been done. Now I really don't know what she meant by that but I explained that part of the pedicure process for me was the experience and I was not receiving that. I also told her that new girl was rushing through the process. The new girl started mouthing off and I just looked at them both. Couldn't believe they were giving mouth back after the awful service. The the owner said, she was just trying to give the new girl a chance. I reminded her that I was a good customer, tipped very well, and she should have been more accommodating to me, the customer, under the circumstances. She finally sent another tech to complete the work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won't be back. Matter of fact I have taken off my nails, and will only go to REAL spas for my pedicures. No more making these people rich when they feel they are doing you a favor and really don't have a clue about customer care. If you continue to give your business to this shop better make sure their tools are clean.

Me and my mom went in wanting to get acrilics, i ended up wanting a design inspired by sailor moon. It was fairly simple and included cat ears with a small moon on the head. The person doing my nails struggled a lot and ended up botching the design all together. When I left my some of the designs where smudged and most of my bails weren't even dry. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because my mom who ended up getting a more simple design on one finger ended up coming out nicer.
In summary, don't go if you want custom designs. But if you want a simpler flat color or maybe a few lines then I'd say go for it.

I only gave them 1 star because you can't post a review without providing a rating. This place is terrible! NO ONE in the place knew how to do painted designs, not even simple flowers! The guy that painted my gel nails did a terrible job! It literally looked like a 12 year old painted my nails while we were having a sleepover. They were messy and when I complained he was rude! Since no one knew how to do painted designs, I asked for a simple design with rhinestones and foil paper and he couldn't even apply the foil lines properly. They were crooked and it just looked a mess. I will never go back here again.

I went back after a week and a half and the manger said there was nothing she could do it was not her problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes before anyone even asked what service we wanted. Finally got sat for Pedicures. The technician acted very inconvenienced by helping me. She was rough on my legs and feet. Very rude and charged me $3 for callus remover that was suppose to be included. She left my hands in the hot bag for close to 15 minutes. The manicure did not include any type of hand rub even though it was listed. The next day my nails and toe nails were all chipping off. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Professional Nail. They are much nicer and do a better job. LUXURY WAS CERTAINLY NOT LUXURIOUS!

Be prepared though - they are busy but that's because they are SO good! Karen is my favorite - she is delightful and SO good at making my nails look natural and beautiful! The manager told her to come in today to correct this issue... So here we are, Sunday morning, she interrupts her day off once again to come get her nails corrected... I get a call from her saying they charged her full price to re do her nails. I laughed and said stop joking around. Really, they c...harged her full price to fix THEIR mistake! Not only did they make her come in twice and waste more of her time, but they didn’t even own up to the issue. Instead, the manager who couldn’t even tell me her name said “I had to come in early to fix this”. So you had to come in early to fix an issue that happened at YOUR business?? Hmm so you don’t think mistakes are part of running a business? Well I’m glad you think that way and decided to not do anything to help rectify your mistake as a business owner. If anyone wants my opinion, by now it should be clear what I would say... Absolutely DO NOT step foot into this place. Inconsiderate and entitled business owners who think because they came in early, which was about 20 minutes from normal for them, that it’s enough to make up for the mistake? I visited Luxury for the first time less than 2 weeks ago because it was close to my job. I got a brand new full set w/ acrylic & gel polish. Less than a week later 2 of my nails were lifting. I returned to Luxury to let them know of the mishap & their response showed me their lack of customer service. I told them 2 of my nails were lifting & it hadn't even been 2 weeks. They RUDELY asked me who did my nails & told me if i couldn't identify the person then they couldn't fix the problem. After i showed them who had done my nails another nail tech then said "isn't this your 2nd time coming in here to fix your nails?" Unfortunately to this establishment all black women look alike because although i reassured them that it wasn't me they insisted it was. Another rude nail tech then told me that my nails lifting was NORMAL & it's due to water, he told me MANY of his clients say the same thing. Honestly that's sad, there is NO reason why my nails should be lifting after I have just paid 45$ less than 2 weeks ago. Long story short they couldn't do as little as putting some nail glue under my nail which showed me they do not value their customers. I will not be returning & will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. I'll be back at my old place Upscale Nails on Peachtree Industrial.

I have witnessed this on several occasions and my family members have also noticed. I don't need to give a lot of detail, if you do decide to go here just pay attention a few times and it will be very obvious. It is now to the point where me and my family refuse to go back.

I visited with my friend and we both were dressed fairly nicely. We had just left class and needed a place to get our nails done. The man who did my nails hardly spoke to me, but I didn't find this odd. I don't really socialize much in nail or hair salons so I didn't think anything of it. And I like my finished product!Forward to a year later: Today I walked in with a tee shirt, tennis shoes and with my natural hair in a bun (a much different look from my initial visit) and was immediately met with strange looks from the customers and staff. I have an 8am class and was not aware there was a dress code for a nail salon (ps, there isn't). Anyway, I go up to the front desk and the same man who did my nails last time approached the counter, without speaking, and chose to answer the ringing phone instead before walking back to his client. When he hung up the phone he looked over at me and asked what I needed.I told him a basic French and he told me the price was $25 but there was a "very long wait". There was only one woman sitting in the waiting chairs at the time...Needless to say I walked out and went to the nail salon down the street.I don't support businesses who discriminate. I apologize if my appearance didn't suggest that I had money.But I promise you, I do. And I work hard for it.I promise none of it will go to you anymore, Luxury. :)

Vinny is the best and there was a lady that had an "American" accent that I thought was the manager and she did a good job as well. This last time my nails were so bad that I went back up there and the lady with the American accent gave me my money back and told me to come up and she would fix my nails free of charge because they were so bad. I call today and two people tell me there are the manger and that once I get me money back they will not do anything else for me. I asked repeated to speak to the manager or the woman with the American accent and I was told by the man claiming to be "making all the decision today" that she no longer works there since Sunday. The worst experience and waist of time ever!

I'm writing this review after the 3rd time i have come here. I am FED UP!!!! Today I came in around 7:23pm and waited over an hour before someone attended to me only to sit down, tell them I want diamond nails, and be told they don't do diamond or crystal nails. I tried to remain calm and asked her calmly why. She said because they're not popular. I asked so why keep it in your brochure? That is false advertisement and you wasted over an hour of my time that I could have used to go to another salon I know does it. No answer, no apology. Just a retarded stare. The two other times I've been there the man was extremely rude with a bad attitude. People get off of work from stressful jobs and go to a salon with the hopes of just relaxing and getting a quality and friendly service. Not the case here, unless you consider waiting for ages part of relaxation. I felt like my blood pressure went up the 2nd time I came here and was not impressed with the uneven messy job they did on my nails in addition to the attitude and insults they were most likely murmuring under their breaths. I'm sooooo f--n over this place!!!! The crazy thing is that I've never had an issue with the Scenic hey location probably because that's where the manager Lyn is always at. She quickly remedies any situation. I've only had one issue there and that was a nail breaking the very next day after I got them done. I came back and she repaired it free. Business owners and employees alike need to understand not every customer is trying to "get over". Some people just want good customer service in exchange for giving you their hard earned money. And speaking of which the guy at the Duluth location seems to show favoritism. I don't know if it's because he only likes certain people or because certain customers are too afraid to voice what they want and just remain mute while he proceeds to either hit or miss with your nails. I'm not one of them. I'm not loud and obnoxious either, but I will tell you what I want because it's MY money that's going into your mouth and pocket!!! Save yourself the headache! If you're going to go to LN&S go to scenic hwy. but avoid his location at all costs. I even called that location to complain and I will be calling back tomorrow morning to speak with Lyn.***EDITAfter going back and reading some of the reviews on google, one review caught my attention about the staff at Duluth not knowing how to do SNS nails (or diamond nails) it all makes sense now! This lady lied and told me it's not popular, people don't like to get it. No wonder it's not popular here because no one at that location knows WTF they're doing or how to do them!!Wow! No wonder because it just didn't make sense to me! Scenic hwy location does SNS or diamond all day everyday. When I go there, I see most of the women getting that!! I went there today and had to call the cops because the nail tech wouldn't give me my keys and even grabbed my arm when I told her I was paying the price she wanted for her shitty ass service !!! She purposely poured acetone after I told her she cut me after she realized I was upset and just looked at me. Almost every cuticle is ripped up and my nails aren't natural looking at all smh this is by far THE WORST place to get your nails done. It took every ounce of self control I had to not beat her ass.

I was very unpleased with this nail salon! I came in to do a regular manicure and I chose to have a gel polish. Well the lady doing my nails messed them up, how? I really dont know but she kept messing up and taking off the gel polish like 3 times, after they went into the UV light I took them out and it STILL had indented circles in the polish, and I kept my hands still the whole time so i know I wasnt the one who messed them up. I walked out the store having mini craters on my nails. I also felt like the price was a bit too much it was about 27$ just for the gel polish alone and 5$ extra for a nail design or french tip for EACH nail. And to add to that the lady who attended me was very rude, and blamed me for the nails. :/ I dont recommend this place at all.

One star for the attempt at great customer service. Usually I don't do these sort of reviews but today totally did it for me. I've been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for about five years between Lawrenceville and their Snellville locations. Never had an issue and always LOVED my nails and the service until about the last 3 times I've been. I usually call ahead of time just to know what to expect to pay for the services I receive. Well now it seems like every time I call/ go to the Lawrenceville location I'm told one price and then when it's time to pay my total is about 10-15 more than what I was quoted. Sure that's fine, I'll pay what I'm asked but I will not ever return because it seems like every visit, I'm given improper information and treated like I'm an obscene nuisance when all I'm asking is to just be told the correct information!!!! I love Luxury, and I'm sure that those ladies, and men are the BEST I've ever experienced but they sure do love making individuals feel like a fool in front of the entire salon. I'll choose not looking like a psycho over having pretty nails. I'm sad to leave, Luxury and all its goodness; give me a call when the employees are more educated on their services and know how to treat a person.

Dana is the absolute best. I had been coming here for about 6 months before Dana did my gel mani. She did such a fantastic job that for the past year and a half I see only her for my mani and pedi. I call ahead and she always fits me in same day. She is so attentive and takes her time. I always walk out incredibly happy. The other girls are all very nice and I've seen their work on others. They all have a lot of repeat customers. I would definitely recommend Luxury Nails, especially Dana.

She was so sloppy and kept telling me my nails were too short. I've gotten my nails done before when they were this short. I had to ask her to line up the polish a little because they were so sloppy. She should have done that on her own. She kept wanting me to get my eyebrows done there and was extremely rude. At the end I gave up and didn't even let them dry properly. It was so bad. My toes on the other hand were done by someone else and she did a good job. But the worst manicure and polish job I've ever seen. It looks like I let my little niece do my nail. Never again would I go. I wasted my time and money. I wish I would have told her how horrible she did but I just don't have it in me to tell someone to their face. Any way go at your own risk

By the second day, one of my nails popped completely off. I do some typing but am not rough with my hands. They were busy, but that's not a good excuse. I paid and tipped $10 on my bill. To start off, i have never really had a regular nail salon that I go to. However, this is the only place I will go to now. The staff is really nice and does a great job at whatever you need done. I've been going there for over a year and have never had a complaint. I've also brought a lot of my friends and coworkers here when we meet for mani pedis and they've all liked it very well. The staff really makes you feel welcome and does things the way they should be done. Everything is sanitary and clean. I'm really happy I found this place.. everywhere else is either overpriced or doesn't do it right.

I've been to so many bad nail salons (if you read my other review you'll learn that I got cut up at another terrible salon), but this one is the best and I should have just learned my lesson and stop trying to find a closer, comparable nail salon. The girls here are very nice and remember you if you're a regular. They try to strike up conversation w/ you versus making it awkward as they scrub your crusty, calloused feet. It is relaxing and pleasant everytime I come here. The decor and set up is nicer than most nail salons. I normally get a pedicure and French gel polish for my hands and they do a great and thorough job! I like this place so much that I was sad to have to move to KY and begin another search for a reliable and enjoyable nail salon. I used Luxury nail & spa for my bridesmaids before my wedding weekend and they accommodated us and we had a memorable time. Wonderful place, I wish I could go there again... Or that they'd establish one here in Louisville :)

Owner needs lesson in customer service. I've been gong to this place before the new owners took over. One day I came in and there were all new people in the place. When I asked where the others were, the new owner told me they were all off that day, watching the super bowl. A flat out lie. Wonder why they felt it was necessary to lie....anyway....they assigned a male to do my pedicure. I don't allow men to do my nails or feet as my past experience with men performing these services have not been pleasant. (They were too rough for my tastes). So I requested a female tech. That caused an issue for the owner. It was clear to me from her behavior and her tone she didn't like the request. Later, the owner was working on a lady sitting in the chair next to me and was super friendly, commenting that she really like her cause she wasn't picky. I guess she meant that as a backhand negative remark about me. I get my nails and feet done twice a month without fail at this salon....for nearly 2 years. This past weekend was the last straw. When my daughter and I went to get a pedicure, I was assigned a new girl. Once seated, the water was scalding hot, the tub was filled to overflowing so much that water spilled out and my shoes got soaked. The tech left out after correcting the water (took three attempts to get it right as the water was indeed scalding hot), and told me I needed to soak for 5 minutes. She was gone for 10. The she ca mm email back in and started on my feet. I stopped her before she actually began and to l do her she could not use unclean equipment on my feet. (She did NOT get clean tools for me, rathe r she picked up the cuticles cutter from her tray that she had apparently just used on a previous person). So she said she was going to wash them off. She came back with tools wrapped in saran wrap. I told her if the tools were not properly sterilized, she could not
work on me. Another tech loaned her a clean set of tools which were sealed in the sterilized bag. It all of 3 minutes to do the cuticles on my toes. She was rushing...and rough. I told my daughter's tech I was not happy. She told the owner who came over looked at my foot and stated that my foot had already been done. Now I really don't know what she meant by that but I explained that part of the pedicure process for me was the experience and I was not receiving that. I also told her that new girl was rushing through the process. The new girl started mouthing off and I just looked at them both. Couldn't believe they were giving mouth back after the awful service. The the owner said, she was just trying to give the new girl a chance. I reminded her that I was a good customer, tipped very well, and she should have been more accommodating to me, the customer, under the circumstances. She finally sent another tech to complete the work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won't be back. Matter of fact I have taken off my nails, and will only go to REAL spas for my pedicures. No more making these people rich when they feel they are doing you a favor and really don't have a clue about customer care. If you continue to give your business to this shop better make sure their tools are clean.

Me and my mom went in wanting to get acrilics, i ended up wanting a design inspired by sailor moon. It was fairly simple and included cat ears with a small moon on the head. The person doing my nails struggled a lot and ended up botching the design all together. When I left my some of the designs where smudged and most of my bails weren't even dry. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because my mom who ended up getting a more simple design on one finger ended up coming out nicer.
In summary, don't go if you want custom designs. But if you want a simpler flat color or maybe a few lines then I'd say go for it.

The guy that painted my gel nails did a terrible job! It literally looked like a 12 year old painted my nails while we were having a sleepover. They were messy and when I complained he was rude! Since no one knew how to do painted designs, I asked for a simple design with rhinestones and foil paper and he couldn't even apply the foil lines properly. They were crooked and it just looked a mess. I will never go back here again.

Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes before anyone even asked what service we wanted. Finally got sat for Pedicures. The technician acted very inconvenienced by helping me. She was rough on my legs and feet. Very rude and charged me $3 for callus remover that was suppose to be included. She left my hands in the hot bag for close to 15 minutes. The manicure did not include any type of hand rub even though it was listed. The next day my nails and toe nails were all chipping off. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Professional Nail. They are much nicer and do a better job. LUXURY WAS CERTAINLY NOT LUXURIOUS!

The manager told her to come in today to correct this issue... So here we are, Sunday morning, she interrupts her day off once again to come get her nails corrected... I get a call from her saying they charged her full price to re do her nails. I laughed and said stop joking around. Really, they c...harged her full price to fix THEIR mistake! Not only did they make her come in twice and waste more of her time, but they didn’t even own up to the issue. Instead, the manager who couldn’t even tell me her name said “I had to come in early to fix this”. So you had to come in early to fix an issue that happened at YOUR business?? Hmm so you don’t think mistakes are part of running a business? Well I’m glad you think that way and decided to not do anything to help rectify your mistake as a business owner. If anyone wants my opinion, by now it should be clear what I would say... Absolutely DO NOT step foot into this place. Inconsiderate and entitled business owners who think because they came in early, which was about 20 minutes from normal for them, that it’s enough to make up for the mistake? I visited Luxury for the first time less than 2 weeks ago because it was close to my job. I got a brand new full set w/ acrylic & gel polish. Less than a week later 2 of my nails were lifting. I returned to Luxury to let them know of the mishap & their response showed me their lack of customer service. I told them 2 of my nails were lifting & it hadn't even been 2 weeks. They RUDELY asked me who did my nails & told me if i couldn't identify the person then they couldn't fix the problem. After i showed them who had done my nails another nail tech then said "isn't this your 2nd time coming in here to fix your nails?" Unfortunately to this establishment all black women look alike because although i reassured them that it wasn't me they insisted it was. Another rude nail tech then told me that my nails lifting was NORMAL & it's due to water, he told me MANY of his clients say the same thing. Honestly that's sad, there is NO reason why my nails should be lifting after I have just paid 45$ less than 2 weeks ago. Long story short they couldn't do as little as putting some nail glue under my nail which showed me they do not value their customers. I will not be returning & will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. I'll be back at my old place Upscale Nails on Peachtree Industrial.

I have witnessed this on several occasions and my family members have also noticed. I don't need to give a lot of detail, if you do decide to go here just pay attention a few times and it will be very obvious. It is now to the point where me and my family refuse to go back.

I visited with my friend and we both were dressed fairly nicely. We had just left class and needed a place to get our nails done. The man who did my nails hardly spoke to me, but I didn't find this odd. I don't really socialize much in nail or hair salons so I didn't think anything of it. And I like my finished product!Forward to a year later: Today I walked in with a tee shirt, tennis shoes and with my natural hair in a bun (a much different look from my initial visit) and was immediately met with strange looks from the customers and staff. I have an 8am class and was not aware there was a dress code for a nail salon (ps, there isn't). Anyway, I go up to the front desk and the same man who did my nails last time approached the counter, without speaking, and chose to answer the ringing phone instead before walking back to his client. When he hung up the phone he looked over at me and asked what I needed.I told him a basic French and he told me the price was $25 but there was a "very long wait". There was only one woman sitting in the waiting chairs at the time...Needless to say I walked out and went to the nail salon down the street.I don't support businesses who discriminate. I apologize if my appearance didn't suggest that I had money.But I promise you, I do. And I work hard for it.I promise none of it will go to you anymore, Luxury. :)

Vinny is the best and there was a lady that had an "American" accent that I thought was the manager and she did a good job as well. This last time my nails were so bad that I went back up there and the lady with the American accent gave me my money back and told me to come up and she would fix my nails free of charge because they were so bad. I call today and two people tell me there are the manger and that once I get me money back they will not do anything else for me. I asked repeated to speak to the manager or the woman with the American accent and I was told by the man claiming to be "making all the decision today" that she no longer works there since Sunday. The worst experience and waist of time ever!

I'm writing this review after the 3rd time i have come here. I am FED UP!!!! Today I came in around 7:23pm and waited over an hour before someone attended to me only to sit down, tell them I want diamond nails, and be told they don't do diamond or crystal nails. I tried to remain calm and asked her calmly why. She said because they're not popular. I asked so why keep it in your brochure? That is false advertisement and you wasted over an hour of my time that I could have used to go to another salon I know does it. No answer, no apology. Just a retarded stare. The two other times I've been there the man was extremely rude with a bad attitude. People get off of work from stressful jobs and go to a salon with the hopes of just relaxing and getting a quality and friendly service. Not the case here, unless you consider waiting for ages part of relaxation. I felt like my blood pressure went up the 2nd time I came here and was not impressed with the uneven messy job they did on my nails in addition to the attitude and insults they were most likely murmuring under their breaths. I'm sooooo f--n over this place!!!! The crazy thing is that I've never had an issue with the Scenic hey location probably because that's where the manager Lyn is always at. She quickly remedies any situation. I've only had one issue there and that was a nail breaking the very next day after I got them done. I came back and she repaired it free. Business owners and employees alike need to understand not every customer is trying to "get over". Some people just want good customer service in exchange for giving you their hard earned money. And speaking of which the guy at the Duluth location seems to show favoritism. I don't know if it's because he only likes certain people or because certain customers are too afraid to voice what they want and just remain mute while he proceeds to either hit or miss with your nails. I'm not one of them. I'm not loud and obnoxious either, but I will tell you what I want because it's MY money that's going into your mouth and pocket!!! Save yourself the headache! If you're going to go to LN&S go to scenic hwy. but avoid his location at all costs. I even called that location to complain and I will be calling back tomorrow morning to speak with Lyn.***EDITAfter going back and reading some of the reviews on google, one review caught my attention about the staff at Duluth not knowing how to do SNS nails (or diamond nails) it all makes sense now! This lady lied and told me it's not popular, people don't like to get it. No wonder it's not popular here because no one at that location knows WTF they're doing or how to do them!!Wow! No wonder because it just didn't make sense to me! Scenic hwy location does SNS or diamond all day everyday. When I go there, I see most of the women getting that!! I went there today and had to call the cops because the nail tech wouldn't give me my keys and even grabbed my arm when I told her I was paying the price she wanted for her shitty ass service !!! She purposely poured acetone after I told her she cut me after she realized I was upset and just looked at me. Almost every cuticle is ripped up and my nails aren't natural looking at all smh this is by far THE WORST place to get your nails done. It took every ounce of self control I had to not beat her ass.

I was very unpleased with this nail salon! I came in to do a regular manicure and I chose to have a gel polish. Well the lady doing my nails messed them up, how? I really dont know but she kept messing up and taking off the gel polish like 3 times, after they went into the UV light I took them out and it STILL had indented circles in the polish, and I kept my hands still the whole time so i know I wasnt the one who messed them up. I walked out the store having mini craters on my nails. I also felt like the price was a bit too much it was about 27$ just for the gel polish alone and 5$ extra for a nail design or french tip for EACH nail. And to add to that the lady who attended me was very rude, and blamed me for the nails. :/ I dont recommend this place at all.

One star for the attempt at great customer service. Usually I don't do these sort of reviews but today totally did it for me. I've been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for about five years between Lawrenceville and their Snellville locations. Never had an issue and always LOVED my nails and the service until about the last 3 times I've been. I usually call ahead of time just to know what to expect to pay for the services I receive. Well now it seems like every time I call/ go to the Lawrenceville location I'm told one price and then when it's time to pay my total is about 10-15 more than what I was quoted. Sure that's fine, I'll pay what I'm asked but I will not ever return because it seems like every visit, I'm given improper information and treated like I'm an obscene nuisance when all I'm asking is to just be told the correct information!!!! I love Luxury, and I'm sure that those ladies, and men are the BEST I've ever experienced but they sure do love making individuals feel like a fool in front of the entire salon. I'll choose not looking like a psycho over having pretty nails. I'm sad to leave, Luxury and all its goodness; give me a call when the employees are more educated on their services and know how to treat a person.

Dana is the absolute best. I had been coming here for about 6 months before Dana did my gel mani. She did such a fantastic job that for the past year and a half I see only her for my mani and pedi. I call ahead and she always fits me in same day. She is so attentive and takes her time. I always walk out incredibly happy. The other girls are all very nice and I've seen their work on others. They all have a lot of repeat customers. I would definitely recommend Luxury Nails, especially Dana.

I went to them for the first time in forever my usual place was booked and I decided to go back to them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The lady who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. She was so sloppy and kept telling me my nails were too short. I've gotten my nails done before when they were this short. I had to ask her to line up the polish a little because they were so sloppy. She should have done that on her own. She kept wanting me to get my eyebrows done there and was extremely rude. At the end I gave up and didn't even let them dry properly. It was so bad. My toes on the other hand were done by someone else and she did a good job. But the worst manicure and polish job I've ever seen. It looks like I let my little niece do my nail. Never again would I go. I wasted my time and money. I wish I would have told her how horrible she did but I just don't have it in me to tell someone to their face. Any way go at your own risk

I had gel tips done the Friday before Valentine's. I noticed later that day, after my hands dried off from hand washing, that some of the gel appeared to be pulling away from my nails around the edges. By the second day, one of my nails popped completely off. I do some typing but am not rough with my hands. They were busy, but that's not a good excuse. I paid and tipped $10 on my bill. Anyone who pays for a service deserves to have things done right instead of rushing through and making mistakes that could cost them their reputation.Will I be back? No thank you.

To start off, i have never really had a regular nail salon that I go to. However, this is the only place I will go to now. The staff is really nice and does a great job at whatever you need done. I've been going there for over a year and have never had a complaint. I've also brought a lot of my friends and coworkers here when we meet for mani pedis and they've all liked it very well. The staff really makes you feel welcome and does things the way they should be done. Everything is sanitary and clean. I'm really happy I found this place.. everywhere else is either overpriced or doesn't do it right.

I've been to so many bad nail salons (if you read my other review you'll learn that I got cut up at another terrible salon), but this one is the best and I should have just learned my lesson and stop trying to find a closer, comparable nail salon. The girls here are very nice and remember you if you're a regular. They try to strike up conversation w/ you versus making it awkward as they scrub your crusty, calloused feet. It is relaxing and pleasant everytime I come here. The decor and set up is nicer than most nail salons. I normally get a pedicure and French gel polish for my hands and they do a great and thorough job! I like this place so much that I was sad to have to move to KY and begin another search for a reliable and enjoyable nail salon. I used Luxury nail & spa for my bridesmaids before my wedding weekend and they accommodated us and we had a memorable time. Wonderful place, I wish I could go there again... Or that they'd establish one here in Louisville :)
