I would tell anybody and everybody not to get nails done at King Nails! If you only want your nail polish to last for one day then King Nails is the place to go! Took my wife once to get gel polish. This nail tech left horrible quality gel nails:1. Nail tips were not painted thoroughly2. Bumpy/bubbly gel polish3. Painted cuticles4. Edges were uneven/nails not painted, so you could see whiteThey have very bad customer service. When I pointed out the things that were wrong with my nails, the manager raised her voice and wanted me to sit down so the lady could 'try again'Save your money/time and go somewhere else. The nails look better in the photos than in person. I'm going to a different salon to, hopefully, have them redone/fixed if possible. Complete waste of time and money. Read Less

There isn't anything wrong with this place,  but there isn't anything extraordinary either.  It is a salon like any other.  It appears that the ladies work hard and are just doing their jobs which is why I gave it 4 stars.  I've been there quite a few times so I've seen good days and bad. The wait is usually never long.  If you just need to get your nails done and a pedicure then you'll be fine. But if you're looking for a relaxed environment,  good Chairs,  and true pampering then this is not the place. I've never used then for a wax or eyebrows so I can't comment on that. Read Less

Had dinner at the Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center, and stopped to get my eyebrows waxed. Not sure if I'd go back. The first girl who did my eyebrows did a great job. She was gentle, didn't grab skin when she was tweezing, and gave them a nice shape. The second girl (who I'm guessing was the owner) was painful! Eyebrow waxing isn't that bad to me, and I'm normally someone who can even fall asleep during this process (I didn't flinch once with the first girl, btw, at all). Not only did the second lady start tweezing again on skin that was already irritated, but she did so for 5 minutes. And, she kept plucking from the same spot at least 30 times....I kept thinking to myself "pretty sure you it it, you can stop now, thanks). Even after flinging each time she plucked ad telling her it was uncomfortable, her reply was "sorry honey, you should do eyebrows more often"...I told her that it hurt when she kept plucking the same area, and that I thought the other girl did a good enough job, but she kept going. At the end, I asked for aloe and she put it on the started to massage the red area, making it worse than she already did. I told her thanks and then paid and left. If I could just get the first girl the next time, I'll go back, but avoid the lady with the short hair. Read Less

I had a really good experience here today.  I had a wonderful pedicure with great results.  The ladies were very professional.  I had my manicure done by Lina and she did an excellent job.  I am not sure of the lady's name that did my pedicure, but she did a wonderful job and my legs and feet look fabulous.  Great prices.  Great job. I was not pleased with  my experience here today.  They really need to work on their customer service and quality.Went in with someone else. We asked for pedicures. After picking polish and before sitting in the pedicure chairs, we asked if they would be done at the same time.  We were told yes. They sat us next to each other, ran our water, and told us to put our feet in.  My pedicure was started and my friends was not. My pedicure was completed and my friend's pedicure was not even started.  Now granted they had a few customers but we told them we were willing to wait to start so we could be done at the same time.  When I was done and my friend was finally started, I asked could I still sit next to them since no one was waiting to get a pedicure and I had to wait on them anyway.  I was told no and to move to a manicure station.  I don't know if they thought this would make me get a manicure too, but it didn't work. So the whole time my friend was getting their pedicure I was far away, where we had to talk loud to speak to each other. No one ever came in for a pedicure. The seat next to my friend, that I originally was sitting in, stayed available.My feet looked dry, on the top and bottom, before I even left their.  My polish was not good. There is polish on my skin and cudical. On top of this, they tried to use the razor thing on my friend's feet.  Which is (1) illegal to use in Georgia at a business and (2) not sanitary!I will go to Polished around the corner from here like I originally planned to do in the future.
