There definitely needs to be some retraining. It seems as though these girls learned very least basics on doing nails. They did a terrible job every time and I vowed not to go back. I've been there a handful of times, maybe five or six. I get gel manicures and I've had one pedicure there. They're always friendly and professional - but the real reason I would highly recommend Fancy nails is they try to fix mistakes. People have to understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes they'll get a faulty nail color that peels (that's what happened with me). I contacted her via Facebook and she completely redid my nails at no cost to me. She used the same color, ...at my request, and when they peeled again she offered a discount on my next visit. 2 months went by before I could come back and she remembered who I was and honored the discount. She also fixed a chipped toenail (from where I stubbed my toe at work ) and I didn't even have the original pedicure there (I was out of state and had it done in CT). I had a full set put on. A week later they were lifting so badly I had to have them filled early. Another week goes by and I notice a dark spot on one of my nails. It was fungus that was the result of not trimming away the acrylic that had lifted during the last fill. I'm not sure why...but I let her fill them again and this third time my nails just looked horrible. The acrylic was so thick at the cuticle it looked comical. When I walked in they acted like I was bothering them I had my feet done I had someone else's nails painted and I also got my eyebrows waxed also my mother's eyebrows waxed mine look like crap I'm not sure how my mother says I am very disappointed in the service and the quality of it will not return Read Less

The staff is very professional and friendly however I believe they lack in the knowledge of doing nails! The pedicure spa is very relaxing and clean! Feels great! When it comes to painting especially designs and nails it's not so great. They must be new at applying nails. Mine are so crooked and thick I am going to have to have them removed:( Read Less
