I love this place! Awesome pedicures with a nice massage at the end, feel good massage chairs, special chairs for the little ones, and service with a smile. Omg had the worst experience ever never left a nail shop with so much anger ..i went this past saturday told the lady i wanted a fill in and cut downa lil i agreed to a certain length i looked a way for a split second and realized she was cutting them shorter then what i agreed i told her i wasnt happy with the length and complained she just continued to ignore me with attitiude i told her husband the owner could he fix them he said no she the one doing my nails and later tryed to take up for her then she tryed to be a smart ass and make me pay before she finish which i shouldn't have done but was so mad had my daughter with me so i didnt wanna make any commotion ..the fact they didnt wanna make it right and fix there mistake and make me a happy costumer piss me off smh ..😡 Read Less

Worst nail experience ever they let a guy do my full set in gel who only usually does fills sooooo my right hand weighed 10 lbs and had gel all over them under them overlapping the sides etc and I wanted coffin shaped and long I had just took my nails off today to start over and he had to soak off the whole right hand and had another guy start over which ended up painful with sores open and soaking in acetone I then got shifted to a third person who kept shaping them until they were super short all different lengths. I then said I'm not happy with these at all and he asked if he could take them all off and start over AGAIN after being there for two hours I said umm no just polish and I'm Not paying so I didn't and now my hands hurt and look like shit but hey at least I didn't pay ugh Read Less

Best place in LaGrange, GA. They know their customers, do relaxing pedicures, and quality work every time. Would never go anywhere else! Went last week for the first time to treat myself as well as my daughter. They barely paid any attention to us and when it was time for my manicure I decided to go with a gel manicure. My polish is already chipping and it does not look like I just got them done. Extremely upset after paying $67 for a mani/pedi and for them to paint my four year old's nails that ended up chipping the next day. Gel manicures should last longer than a week. I reached out to the salon and was told they couldn't fix my manicure that I could come in and pay for another one. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

Not only did I damage my nails from the horrible nail job I just wanted off. I now had no nails on and my natural nails were completely ripped and thin. I came here. NAIL HEAVEN!!!! So in love with this place!! They truly are the best they have the best massage chairs and always get me in right away. They do such a thorough job and I always leave so happy. The foot massage is fantastic I usually ask for a longer massage because it's so relaxing. The nail designs are absolutely fantastic. Very cute and fun and detailed.
