This salon was terrible. I forgot to write the review until today when I visited Diva Nails and had a fantastic experience. At Ruby Nails, a young man did my pedicure in, I kid you not, under 10 minutes. He didn't speak to me aside from asking what color I wanted and was rude when asking that. I left the owner a note explaining what happened and why I didn't tip (because he was busy at the moment). The note had my phone number on it, but I never received any kind of follow up. They were great for many years then some employees left and it was redesigned. What was left was subpar work even from ladies who usually did excellent. The reason I finally left after 7 plus years was this... I went to get my nail fixed. It broke but was still on. The lady had me at her table, tryed to get it off with no luck she said we have to soak i said no I'll get it. So while she gets up and goes over to a pedicure station I announce I had gotten the nail off and she could fix it. She completely ignored me....still at her station btw...grabs pedicure instruments and heads back to the pedicure station and proceeds to begin pedicure on another customer. I just sit and stare at her kind if in disbelief. I get up and leave...never to return. Read Less

The service was quick, but I'm not happy with what I got. My acrylic nails are thick and bulky, and the paint doesn't go to my cuticles or either side of the nail. They don't look seamless with my nail, and the paint job is thin. If I hold my nails up to the light, you can see the light through the polish. Read Less

Up until today my rating for Ruby Nails would have been 5 stars plus. I have bought $100 dollar gift certificates forkboth my mother and my mother in law. My 85 year old mother lost the certificate in the hustle and bustle of Christmas. I felt sure Ruby would replace. I was shocked when she told me unless I had the certificate number she could not help me. I told her the date and time that I bought it but still no help. I would have thought that perhaps Ruby would keep a record of what numbers were sold to who. Anyway Ruby has chosen to lose a customer because they basically implied that we would be dishonest and use the lost one if we found it. Shame on whoever made this decision. Read Less
