I am from the Tallahassee area, new to this area... This is THE WORST nail salon I've been to. It may look pretty inside but they were so busy, I waited over an hour to be seen... MIND YOU, NO ONE SPOKE TO ME FOR THE FIRST THIRTY MINUTES, not a hello or welcome in or anything. I followed the lead of other people, picking out a color, and sitting down, and I signed myself in because I know to do that from other salons I've been to, but even the girl who seemed like the receptionist never acknowledged me being there. I was eventually spoken to by a nail tech when she came to the front for something. I was taken back by a younger guy who had no sense of humor or salon etiquette whatsoever and from the way he acted, didn't care to make a connection so that I'd be a return client. As a cosmetologist, I know how important a return guest is. He will never, nor will that nail salon ever be getting my business, nor my girlfriend's or mother and sister in laws business again. Including but not limited to extended family and friends of each of us. The word has been spread.To top off my awful time there, my acrylic nails lifted and came off within a week and because I would rather lose money than go back, I didn't seek replacement. This place deserves to be shut down with all the insubordination against the DBPR and sanitation guidelines, as well. My guess is that some of them aren't even licensed. There are so many employees, regular clients would never know what goes on and what is approved by state guidelines and what isn't. Hated this place. Read Less

Don’t make an appointment it’s a waste of time. Most nails salons if you make an appointment you come in and go straight to a seat no matter what. Here they still make you wait FOREVER!!! Smh... BUT they are the best in town honestly lol so you either deal with the wait or go somewhere who isn’t as great. Read Less

This salon was over priced and the technicians were very rude. While on vacation I decided to take my daughter to get our toes painted. My pedicure was average bit what really got me was how they kept treating my daughter. She kept noticing her nails were messed up and was trying to point it out to the technician. The gentleman along with my technician kept saying " No No don't move!" The thing is it wasn't her moving it was just a bad job on his part. I kept trying to explain to them she is very particular. They kept ignoring our concerns and telling her to sit still. When it's all said and done, they charged me double what I pay back home at my salon. WOW!!! they charged me over $20 for my daughter to get her toes and nails painted when we pay $10 only a few hours back home. Read Less

Listen..... dont let the fact that this is a small town fool you, there is great nail salon here up to date on the latest nail trends and this salon is it. I'm from Atlanta and have my nails done all over the eat coast and i can tell you that in my 30 is yrs on this earth so far this is hands down THE BEST NAIL JOB i jave ever had.Tiffany did an EXCELLENT JOB! My wife and I's favorite nail salon by far. My wife gets stilleto, ballerina, and coffin acrylic sets. We get pedicures together as well. Very clean and very diligent nail technicians. I can't even recommend someone specific because they all are fantastic. Highly recommend! Read Less
