I've been coming to this salon for 4 months religiously every 2-3 weeks for my manicures. I'm really picky about my nails and can trust T the owner and his team. Only T and his wife have done my nails and they're always fabulous, clean and professional. I tell them what I want and I get exactly what I ask for. They can do any style or trend. Nice place, just quite busy to it’s better to call ahead to make an appointment, which I did. A man greeted me very kindly at the door and he had the look of an owner/manager. They have a great selection of colors. They’re prices are above average but still reasonable. I got a mani/pedi and while the pedicure was great, the manicure was quite rushed. I had to come back because there were bubbles in the paint and clear definition between the first coat and second. You could tell she rushed and ignored attention to detail. When I came back, the same man greeted me and was very apologetic. He had a different lady “fix” my nails at no charge, but the second job had the same issues. I rarely fall in love with a nail salon, but I have fallen in love with this one! They are super quick at getting you in and out and my nails always look great! I had my toes and nails done here for my wedding... they were horrible, i spent three hours here and she still managed to screw them up!!!!! I wanted a French mani sns with tips and she cut up my cuticles. My nails were lumpy and all around horrible...... i was so upset and she charged me an OUTRAGEOUS price. I love this place so much! It is a little out-of-the-way for me but I was looking online at reviews and for photos And came upon this place and made an appointment. I was looking for a particular design that I saw on Pinterest and did not trust the place that I normally go to to do something detailed. I rarely get a full set of nails but I am preparing for a fun trip and really wanted a particular design that I saw but with different colors. Looking at the work that they have done I thought that this place would be able to handle what I wanted to do.I easily made an appointment via Yelp and arrived on time. It was evident that they were super busy but got me into the chair immediately and I showed Tee what I wanted to do and he made it happen. He is super skilled and very pleasant to be around. And very personable and funny. You may even be treated to his musical stylings. He can hang up in the high octaves right along with Celine Dion!After my full set was completed, I had my pedicure and the lady who performed that did a fantastic job. I hate giving this 2 star because the staff is so sweet, but the wait times are ridiculous. I've come here 3 or 4 times to get my eyebrows done. The woman that does them does a great job, but it's not worth the wait Each time I waited about 15 minutes, but today the guy told me 10-15 minutes to wait and at 30 minutes later, I decided to just go elsewhere. What a waste of my time. There was another lady waiting since before I entered the shop and she was still waiting after I had left. I came in around the holiday so of course it was busy..no fault to the salon. However I was greeted immediately which I appreciated The 1st technician seem like she had a cold &kept blowing her nose but kept touching my hand ..Strike one.A new technician came along.I felt more at ease initially until I told her how I wanted my nails..She laughed and said "That's boring"..Were not friends.I didn't ask your opinion. I would not feel offended if her attitude didn't follow that remark. I continued to ask for my nails to be cut down (I like them to look natural ) she began to smack her teeth in diguist on how I want MY nails.. Finally I was ready to go as my entire visit was around 1hour ,15 mins. I leave a nice tip go about my day.I go down the street and look at my nails.One is extremely crooked but because of the bad service I didn't want to go back. My sisters urged me to return since I paid for the service after all.I return and the tech has a nasty attitude,& tried to blame my nail bed. Yet she fixed it..Hmm. Soooo I rarely right reviews unless the place blows me away... I can def say Paradise nails is the place to go. I moved from Mississippi where I had a great nail tech but haven't had any luck since I move to Georgia on finding a new one until yesterday.  Tee was amazing!!! The atmosphere of the shop was very laid back and I can honestly say that he cares about his clients, being I was new he took it upon himself to ask my name first time I've ever been in a shop and the nail tech personally asked the client their name that stood out to me.  I am very pleased with my nails and I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails he was able to do just what I asked I will definitely be back and refer all my friends to Paradise Nails!!!! This place is great! I was looking for a nail shop that could do all the awesome nail art that I see online and Instagram. They not only know how but the nailed the photo I provided. The place was clean, with TV's for viewing and massage chairs. Very good customer service and everyone was very polite. They also do lashes as well and although I didn't get that service the lady who just did lashes looked very natural. I think I have found my new salon. Read Less

This might've been the worst mani/pedi experience of my life. When you come in and you tell the owner that you need somebody who is good with natural nails and they say, let me see, as if they couldn't believe that you have natural nails, you know you're in trouble. Then, I tried to tell the manicurist that my nails needed to be shorter, and I told her that my nails have to be filed because if they cut them, they will crack. She saved my nails but didn't shorten them. So, I told her that they need to be shorter. She went to get clippers, and I told her that they could not cut them because they would crack. I don't think she understood English. She finally got instructions from the guy who was doing my pedicure and proceeded to file my nails so sharp that they could have cut glass. I told him that I wanted my nails in the same shape they were when I got there. So she went back and reshaped them, but they were all crooked. Finally, I grabbed the emery board from her and shaped my own nail and she got irritated with me. The first thing I did when I got home was take off my nail polish and re-file my nails. Never again. I'm giving this salon 2 stars only because the owner seems like such a genuine person. The customers seem to love him. I tried this nail salon for the first time a week ago. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was ok, but nothing that makes me want to return. The full-set was HORRIBLE! I Really wanted to like this place because even Kim, my nail tech, was personable. We had a good chat, however she butchered my fingers literally. I was cut with the nail clippers to the point I was bleeding and she filed the side of one of my fingers until it split open. 3 of my fingers were sore to the point I didn't want to move them for 4 days following. Lastly, the paint job was horrible and uneven. To make matters worse, yesterday one of the sore nails split in half! Not to mention although I came in for an Acrylic full set, Kim didn't mention until after she started that they don't do acrylic, only solar. Solar costs more than acrylic but she assured me it was of better quality. Clearly that was false. In all fairness, the owner, Tee, asked me if I liked them before I left. Location was close to my work so I figured I'll give them a try. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked what my needs were. I was assigned to Kim who was very nice. She made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that before she did anything to my nails that I was ok and/or satisfied. The best nail salon I've been to! I was in town for a wedding and needed my nails done. I came across the reviews for this salon and decided to give it a try. It was pretty quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. The price for regular pedicure is over priced in my opinion. Tee is the only person that knows how to do acrylic nails so there is a waitlist for that. Luckily I wasn't in a rush that day. Tee was absolutely hilarious and very entertaining! He did a great job on my nails! The only downside was the price overall! I was unaware of the extra charges for certain designs that were added (pink powder etc). I still found it pricey even after using my coupon! I'll be returning but for a regular manicure next time!Eta: my acrylic nails lasted for a month! Read Less

The owner and staff are friendly and very polite. They all make you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. The place is clean and always seems to be well staffed. My pedicure looks good even a month after getting my nails done! I have lived in the are for 5 years and tried all the other nail salons (prob 10) within 5 miles and Paradise is the best.Read Less
