I've lived in the West Cobb area for four years now, and through that time have tried several different nail shops. This one is by far the best with the work they do and customer service/appreciation. I've had pedicures, manicures, pink and white and have been happy with all of it. They were closing soon so I believe they rushed because they seem to have good reviews.. my S&S nails have many imperfections on the surface from not being sanded down properly. Some nails are different shapes than the others, 3 of them are natural looking and the rest all get larger at the end like a boat paddle. Some nails were put on so fast that they are curved the wrong way making it look like my finger is going the wrong direction. I’m sitting in my car right now typing up this review as we speak. I’m new to Kennesaw and have been looking for a place to get my toes done and read several google reviews before settling on Jade Nails, and I’m glad I did. First off: the ambiance of the salon is very serene and peaceful, there’s clouds on the ceiling and lovely piano and jazz playing, and over all the place is very clean. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and was immediately put into a salon chair and had a technician working on my feet. She offered me a complimentary water and made me feet very welcome and comfortable. The lady who did my feet was so sweet and incredibly gentile on my feet. I’m used to going to salons and having my cuticles torn apart, but not here; she was so gentle and took her time making sure that they looked perfect. Price wise, I paid the same that I did at home for a pedicure and felt I got much more out of this one. The Deluxe Pedicure is $27 and includes a peppermint sugar scrub and cooling lotion massage, and as a college student who walks around campus all day, it was much needed. Went here based on the great reviews. I was less than impressed. It was the most boring, no-frills mani/pedi I have ever had. There was only 1 other person getting their nails done when I walked in and 4 nail techs sitting around doing nothing. It took 10 minutes for them to call me back because they were all sitting around trying to figure out who was going to get up to actually work.  Customer service was non-existent.  Also, the nail polish selection looked like what I have at home, i.e. random polishes that I bought because they were on sale or because I needed to slap some polish on my nails while away from home. I expect a salon to have the better brands, better colors, etc. Lastly, the mini-massages you get on your arms/hands and legs/feet was pathetic by both technicians working on my nails. It was literally a 2 minute rub for both legs and arms with no effort put into it. I can do better rubbing my own legs and arms. On a positive note, they were very gentle when cutting down my cuticles-no pain and no bleeding from cutting too deep.  It wasn't horrible, there was just nothing that would make me ever need to go back there. The only place I'll go to for my eyebrows - Kimmy is fantastic and saved my eyebrows from being waxed "too thin" by other waxing places. They look beautiful now!! I work in Vinings, so it isn't as convenient as I'd like but I will go out of my way to see her for my eyebrows. Read Less

My second time here and I love it. Let's start with appointments; they accept walk ins but I would suggest calling. If you tell them what you want, the lady on the line will usually remember it, as well as the time you asked for so when you walk in, you can be seated right away. I was very pleased to find out that the room was well ventilated so it doesn't reek of nail polish. As for the interior, the whole establishment is very well lit and the colors chosen are all neutral tones, giving the room a very relaxing feel. The manicures are in the front of the room and there are plenty rows of chairs for pedicures. They even have a mini chair for children! They have a wide variety of colors to choose from, but I think they have more gel colors than regular colors so if you're worried about them not having a color you like (if you're not getting gel,) I suggest you bring your own. As for service, the staff were ready to greet us upon entry and once situated, we were given a menu to choose from, and we were also asked if we would like any refreshments (wine was one of the options!) Know that you will get your money's worth if you go with the biggest pedicure package. My pedicure lasted about 90 minutes, which included 2 salt scrubs, callus removal, hot towel, and lotion. The 2 scrubs lasted about 20-30 minutes and the lotion massage lasted about 25 minutes. The staff constantly checked with me to make sure that I was OK and if there was anything I needed. If you're interested in chatting, they'll talk with you about everything, but they also understand if you want to just shut your eyes and enjoy the pampering. Everything was wonderful! The atmosphere was great, the employees were nice and talkative. They, Colby especially, kept me laughing the whole time! I got a special spa pedicure for $27 and a gel full set manicure for $28. I also had my eyebrows done for $8. I will definitely be back! I love everything I got! Read Less

This establishment is well run, with emphasis on the customer experience.  The staff is friendly and do their best to ensure you are pleased with your nails.  The owner is very personable and takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have.  The salon is very clean and has a relaxed vibe.  Highly recommend.
