Awful. Awful. Awful. Went with my boyfriend to get him a pedi and myself a new acrylic set. They sat him down, sat me down and regret to inform me that he had “appointments before me” over an hour later he finally gets his pedi started and at this point I’m fed up and would rather take my service else where. I tell them forget it I don’t want to get them done and they apologized but it wasn’t sincere. They said “oh I forgot to tell you I had appointments before you” then I continue to sit in the front waiting for my boyfriend to finish. I’m assuming the manager comes up and offers to let me sit in the massage chair for a “free massage”. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. This was not a spa experience at all. I sat in the back for an hour and no one said anything to me until I said forget it I’ll go somewhere else. Free massage out of the free electric chair is ridiculous for making me wait an hour before saying it’s going to be a while. Waste of my time. Wish I could get 0 stars.... Read Less

The best nail salon in the Marietta/Kennesaw area. I've been a customer for 10 years; very clean, recently upgraded the pedicure chairs, always friendly, completely service oriented and the employee turn over is incredibly low. This is my very first time getting a pedicure at any place, so I didn't know what to expect. First step inside, we were greeted by friendly employees. You pick a nail color from the wall while you wait. It was busy but we were seated fairly quickly. My nail artist was very polite and gentle. The nice cushioned massage chairs and warm tubs for your feet were also a nice plus. My mother got the American Nail Artist package and I just got the Simple Pedicure. A+++ service from all the associates! I was greeted at the door and immediately taken in to do my pedicure.  I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed, and they said of course! But they didn't make me wait til the end, they waxed my eyebrows WHILE I was getting my pedicure done. That was really nice to save the extra 15 minutes or so!The lady who did my eyebrows was SO gentle, precise, and thorough. I'm very pleased. I have been around the block and this is the one I always come back to. They recently updated their atmosphere and they have TVs which is nice. They have new massaging chairs and they protect their clients by putting bags in the wash basins. The owners are really considerate. This place is worth checking out. Read Less

I have been to the salon twice.  Both times everyone was very nice.  Both times I was please with my service.  I have been looking for a reliable nail salon in the Kennesaw/Acworth area for many years.  I have gone as far as Marietta.  My toes have been broken many times and finding a place that is good, does not hurt me during the massage and has quality service has been difficult.   This is the first time I have been twice to a nail salon.  Usually I won't go back because they either tortured me or did not do a good job.    I need to visit more times to give 5 stars.
