My family have been this salon since 3 years ago. We love ❤️ them a lots. The way they treat us very friendly like their families. Even ,when they are busy we don’t mind to wait half hours , we know how their service always special . They are not rush like “In and Out”,so we can soak in spa more time and relax with massage . Oh my Goodness...Just Excellence all around!!! My daughter and I drove 30 minutes to come and check out this Nail salon. First, the most important to us is to being greeted when you walk into any establishment. The salon was nice and clean. Nice atmosphere as well. We were sitted right away. The nail tech (male) was very professional when handling my 12yr daughter. He also verified with me to make sure that he was giving her the right length of nail that I preferred for my daughter (extremely short). Kudos!! My male tech was an older gentleman and very kind and was very talented at this profession. Helen, did my daughter pedicure, she loved it. Nara, did my gel nail set, she was patience and very skilled at what she does. She offered us water, which I thought was nice. This establishment is a Team Player... which is AWESOME!!!!!!? I was a walk-in and didn't have to wait. I chose my polish and was ready to go. Music was very relaxing. I chose the deluxe pedicure with the sugar scrub and all that and it smelt amazing. He did a wonderful job. Also most importantly they open brand new package with the pumice and all that to use on you. And they also send you home the package to use at home. :) Read Less

I have never been to a nail salon that treated you like a regular the first time you walk in the door. Even though they were very busy, no one rushed on any part of my services. Ruby even took the time to look at a picture, and take my phone to match the color. I had a terrible fill job at another establishment, and was worried that my nails were going to be ruined. She took the time to make sure they were not. I left with exactly what I had wanted, and will be going back to her when I need them redone. I recently visited Tropical Nails and Spa and I have to admit that I loved my experience there. The staff was polite and friendly. It was busy yet I did not have a long wait. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I usually go into a nail salon with an exact idea of what I want and my nails never turn out the way I wanted them to. That was not the case at Tropical Nails. I believe my nails turned out better than I could have imagined. I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. My girlfriend and I used to come here all the time and go to the back room to get pedicures. However the past 3 or 4 times we came in we asked how long it would be for pedicures. Each time we are told "right now, no wait". We sit with our feet in water for 20 minutes or more! Ridiculous! We said we wouldn't come back. But a month or so later decided to try it again...well, same thing. Do not go here if you plan on being lied to about the wait time. Our feet are soggy before they even get started on our pedicures. We walked out this time and we won't be back again. **edit: we had a bad experience but we went back and they made it great! We love this place and their professionalism. I do not recommend this establishment. The owner Ruby is very unprofessional and they do not adhere to their appointment times. I was there 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done and polish on my toes. I had an appointment and they made me wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen. What is the point in making an appointment? This is a common theme. You will be at Tropical Nails forever because they take the longest time to complete simple procedures. When they changed the polish on my toes, they put 5 coats and used two different colors to get a match for my nails. Of course my toes did not dry even after a couple of hours and smeared. When I called the next day they told me they could not fix my polish until 7:00 (which is what time they close). They also would not refund the $10.00 extra I paid to get my toe nail polish changed. This was on top of the $35 I paid for a dip powder fill on my nails and the $6 tip I left. I am a fool. I would not recconmend going here but if you do, never let Ruby touch your nails. She doesn't know what she is doing and does not care if you are satisfied. Read Less
